What do you like best about the product?
Very easy tool to use with lost of helpful info!

There are a few emails listed under contacts that bounce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps find missing contact info that isn't in our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS gives me access to the people I need to connect with in my email and telephone campaigns. I can target by location, business type, employee category type and even Intent signals based upon our keywords.
I can look at my Websight heading in ZoomInfo SalesOS and identify traffic to our website that came from the email / telephone campaign, leading to continued opportunities to close the sale as there is interest in our product / service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really been able to come up with a downside with Zoominfo SalesOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The access to the database save many hours daily searching for potential customers without having to search google to find companies one by one, then seach and try to find emails and the correct emails to reach the right person in the department you are targeting.
The database is always being updated and I receive notifications of the updates based upon my saved searches, such as by location, business type, industry. I can update my email list in seconds with the updates.
The "Intent" heading section is very useful as I can setup my search by location parameters, Intent topics and other details. I get weekly updates on new companies inquiring or online signals about the keywords that apply to our offerings, leading to searching that company and contacting the buyer or person that best matches the intent signal. This would be a high quality lead as these signals are usually in the research stage prior to a RFQ.

What do you like best about the product?
It can pull data using linkedin, webistes, and other platforms. The data is accurate and the tool allows you to find a lot of information on a company or future client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that it sometimes freezes or gets stuck but it's easy to fix just by refreshing your page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-It helps me do research on a future client. With all the different features I can find contact information, news insight, revenue, and much more all through this one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that i am able to monitor the traffic through my website. I love that i can find the people most appropriate to need my services

Because of the the amount of data in zoominfo it makes my computer slow

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's accurate data for the listed companies and their employees is valuable information at one's fingertips. Also, the data is updated periodically which ensures well-targeted sales campaigns. Easy to use. Easy to implement the data with data exports. I use it on a daily basis. Additionally, I get great customer support and easy integration with other internally-used apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data for companies and prospects based outside North and South America region is sometimes unavailable, inaccurate or outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Intelligence at my fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best tool available for finding contacts and contact information at companies you need to prospect in to. Ease of search, use and seamless ability to move contacts to a CRM make ZoomInfo the primary platform for any salesperson or team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am hard pressed to find something I dislike about ZoomInfo. It really helps me get my job done and I dont know what I would do without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfor helps me find the right contacts and their contact information at companies I prospect into. I believe that prospects at work prefer to recieve work-related information in their work email. Without ZoomInfo's contact information, I would be forced to only use Linkedin, which does not give me personal contact information and is generally recieved in a personal email as its a personal profile.

ZoomInfo helps me get the right messages to the right places quickly and efficiently, helping me to find prospects with projects or pains and move them into the sales funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to check the revenue on organizations. Quick import from salesnav to salesloft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been having problems with my MacBook Air and the Zoom extension. I've had to turn it off for long periods of time because it was causing my computer to freeze. Our IT support team said there is a report about issues with my model of computer and the zoom extension
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly find phone numbers and email addresses to outbound.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, you can get latest updates about the tech industry, you can easily filter out your target accounts and the C level contacts. doubled my company's reveue after usooing Zoominfo
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many cons, just more contacts need to be updated

Zoominfo is able to connect me with the right people in the organization

What do you like best about the product?
You have virtually access to all viable information you need. You create and customize list with potential prospect that are within your target range. Easy to use, number of features, integration in CRM works smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new hires into positions. Finding people who have left positions. Giving email, phone numbers and ways to get ahold of prospects. Makes my job a ton easier because I have everything under one place. Also it the prospects who just hired into the position we target are always going to be hotter leads.
