ZoomInfo is a cheat code and makes prospecting much more efficient and Specific
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having such a powerful tool at my fingertips. I am able to gain real time insights and get answers to questions immediately. ZoomInfo is like a cheat code for sales. We are only just beginning to utilize ZoomInfo as we should, but it has already helped land a top five account for us! If I don't use this daily, I really should find time to do so. This is a great way to start the day and get the juices flowing for prospecting. We just signed a contract with SalesForce as well and plan to integrate ZoomInfo into SalesForce to make information transfers much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know what I don't know. Customer support is fantastic but I don't utilize it nearly enough. I want to learn more tips and tricks to more effectively use the platform. Not everything is easy to understand with regard to what everything is and how to use it. I just need to spend more time working with everything. Cost is on the high side, but I firmly believe we'll see ROI more quickly than expected. Some of the implementation was confusing for me but our IT manager made things easier by owning much of this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps to manage information on leads and prospects and has a seemingly limitless supply of targets and additional prospects. All leads are warm leads with ZI.
Quality data and tools that make it available
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of data is very high when compared to other solutions I've used. The integrations are also impressive and work as advertised.
What do you dislike about the product?
When logging into certain modules, it doesn't make sense to force the user to use the mouse when they should be able to simply hit Enter to log into modules. Also, just logging in sometimes simply doesn't work. I have to restart everything just to log in. Every other app I have works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes information about the prospective company and contacts available immediately. It also provides similar companies to our existing clients for deeper levels of prospecting.

I like how it gives you direct info on prospects

Sometimes the phone #'s are not correct..(cell phone might actually be direct line or a fax #)

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it ties together ICPs and Intent for a winning combination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the WebSights feature showed who was on our website vs just the company name.

It allows our reps to use their limited time more wisely to target the right companies and the right time.

Always solid contacts
What do you like best about the product?
My ability to just look up a company and learn the big-picture about them, e.g., Revenue, Insights, and FTEs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is off or VERY old. I've called some people and they tell me, "Dude, John hasn't worked here in 5 years." I'm like, WHAT?! HA! Not a good sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, ability to just get on and find the right SMB information, whether it's fully up to date or not - it's still very helpful.

To be able to pull sales reports and contacts into excel.

Ease of generating leads for the IT Sales.

I like how easy it is to find prospects contacts info, and also how easily it is to transfer to the sales force account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email addresses and phone numbers are inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving how I get the correct phone numbers and emails from prospects I am trying to reach. They also send out a weekly zoominfo signal stating which of my prospects are researching staffing or are going through mergers.
