What do you like best about the product?
Insights are very useful for sales and marketing operations

Ux is not constant , there has to be field which can be downloadable ,like tech used

Accurate Data and Helpful Insights for my Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
I directly integrated Zoominfo Sales with my CRM, so that i can push any leads without manual work, this helps in saving my time. And also the accuracy of the data are better comparing other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pricing is higher according to me, this makes the smaller sales team to afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously my sales team need to research companies leads and their information, that too sometimes we are able to get the wrong data also. After moving to zoominfo sales, it helps our sales team to reduce their manual work and making the outreach faster for better connection rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity. I love the fact that I could also export directly to my crm without issues. It was also very easy to get everything started. It easily integrated into my Zoho crm. The customer support is very responsive and I use the product nearly every day for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head, just that sometimes the number in the system for someone is not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get in front of the right people. It helps me to get around problematic front desk obstacles.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has definitely made my life as an SDR easier since I get to speak with Decision Makers quicker and has helped me land active jobs for the client I'm working for, get more accurate information and have accurate context of businesses when I call to talk to the right people. All I need sometimes is a name, an email, or just the business name or link. There are so many options I can use to get to the right people, that if I don't have one, I can just use another and still get the right information. Once I got everything, one click is enough to send it to my CRM, so it enhances the time I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when filtering I might miss valuable information, but only when using too many filters, so possibly is just my ignorance on how to properly use them. Other than that, no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to decision makers. Most of the times without zoominfo, is nearly impossible talking to the right people. With zoominfo all I gotta do is find them and just hit one button to call.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of using ZoomInfo is that a lot of the information can be outdated. For example, some stakeholders listed may have left the company years ago or even retired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main issues that ZoomInfo is helping us address is the lack of quality leads from other sources. This has been beneficial for our business, as it allows us to expand our reach and connect with more potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales helps us to take the company profiles and their details for our business increase purpose which is easy for us to get data and have contact informations.

Few time ZoomInfo Sales provide wrong informations which would affect the business.

ZoomInfo Sales solve the problem by providing the contact information of specific top person of company and so that we benefit by getting project demos and further process.

What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, ZoomInfo has been a game-changer for prospecting. The huge, updated contact database helps me quickly find decision-makers, and the Org Chart view makes it easy to understand reporting structures. I also like the intent data, which shows which companies might be in the market for our solution. The CRM integrations save me a lot of manual work by letting me push contacts directly into my outreach sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact details can be outdated or incomplete, especially for niche industries. The credit system runs out quickly if you’re doing high-volume prospecting, and the pricing can feel steep for smaller teams. It also takes a little time to fully learn all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales has made prospecting so much easier. I get accurate contact info, direct dials, and company insights in minutes, plus intent data that shows which accounts are actively looking for solutions.

Because of this, I save around 5 to 6 hours a week on research and have boosted my meeting booking rate by about 20%. It also keeps our CRM clean, so my outreach is more focused and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has helped the sales teams alot in finding good leads and data. Because of this we have been able to meet our targets and gain good revenue for the compamy. We use zoomInfo sales everyday. It is very easy to use and understand. Whenever we have faced any issue the customer support is very helpful. The implementation and intergration of the product was very smooth. The number of features like lead gen, data,Analytics & Reporting etc are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We really love using this software.

ZoomInfo has helped us in finding the right data and leads for our company. Because of the software we have been able to meet our targets and close good deals.

What do you like best about the product?
like how easy it makes it to find the right contacts and get accurate info quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info isn’t fully up to date, so I have to double-check it.

It helps me quickly find the right decision-makers and their contact details, which saves a lot of time and makes outreach more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales provided the required and helpful insignts and tools to keep a track of the sales pipeline and align things to boost up the sales. It worked well with our CRM and outlook email. Implementation was like a piece of cake as team was very helpful and is a tool that can be frequently used.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drawback as such with ZoomInfo Sales. Team is helpful and provides proper help and support.

Previously it was a hectic task to manage the data and had to use multiple tools to streamline the sales process but ZoomInfo sales helped to solve this issue.
