Direct dials and mobile numbers helps me reach prospects

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is mobile number and direct dials for the prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the contact score. It should just be at 90 or above for most accurate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting meetings with prospects to generate sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is streamlined and makes sense from one step to the next. It has a very nice visual catalog of marketing statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing leads could be better. It isn't easy to make several different contacts constrain to one lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem is the difficulty organizing and deleting contacts

Info find is the most accurate than other platforms I've used in the past. Is user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. Once you get ahold of the features is easy to take advantage of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes and takes too long to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better contact info of decision-maker, which makes more probability to close deals

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo, I can find prospects´ information most effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data are not up to date; when I try looking for recent contact phone numbers, sometimes the information has not been updated or when a prospects changes company, it takes a while for the data to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find prospects´ direct phone numbers and emails when they are unavailable in Apollo, and I can also find leads that fit my company´s ICP.

What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Zoominfo as the source of truth for data in our CRM. I am able to enrich the data we have at the contact and account level to ensure it is accurate and up to date. I also use Zoominfo to add new leads into our CRM to help sales teams with their prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more Salesforce integration filters available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data enrichment, new lead acquisition, source of truth for CRM data.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage drastically enhanced the productivity and efficiency of our salespeople. Admins can create templates and step-by-step salesflows to get their salespeople up and running faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been several bugs that have persisted throughout our time using the platform. However, none of the bugs prevented us from working our pipeline more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salespeople were spending way too much time researching versus actually making sales calls. Engage enables us to contact more qualified prospects in a shorter amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Website is very quick and easy to navigate
Cell Phone #'s and E-Mail addresses accurate so far during our trial
Direct line phone numbers will be huge for us

Lot of potential here and we are about to launch our 2 week trial and excited to get started

Not much to dislike so far during the trial but I did find some inaccurate information so far

Great all-in-one solution

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has advanced search functionality that allows you to segment data using 100s of different segmentation filters at both a contact and company level. On top of this, it is also possible to filter based on company scoops, which are split into financial, general, opportunity and personnel, and technologies which allows us to really filter down to the accounts which we have the greatest opportunity of converting. Additionally, the software comes with tagging and list functionalities to allow us to easily keep track of previous searches, as well as a notifications functions to allow us to set alerts when any of the key criteria of our target accounts updates. We also subscribe to the WebSights and intent data functions to give us additional insight on top of this, making ZoomInfo a fantastic all in one solution for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of ZoomInfo's marketing materials are unclear and suggest steps are taken to ensure their data is clean that potentially aren't. This has resulted in higher than expected bounce rates when using their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier account mapping, a greater ability to identify and take advantage of opportunities and a GDPR compliant source of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool that only offers one of the functions of ZoomInfo then I'd suggest looking at specialist solutions as there may be better ones out there. However, if you are looking for an all-in-one solution that offers the greatest variety of tools, I'm not aware of a better tool in the market.

when I input a search, I have to select it - I can't type a recognized result, hit return and it appears
