My experience using ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
I find it helpful in verifying the prospect I am looking for, as well as finding other prospective propsects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited views per month, I feel caps me off from pursuring more prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find information that I need to find the right prospects. It helps me in verifying if they have changed companies, the best numbers they are likey to engage with me on, and sourcing futer prospects.
Pretty Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty helpful to find generally accurate emails and phone numbers to reach out to prospects. Every once in a while they will be invalid but for the most part you can gather a lot of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little outdated in the way it functions. It doesn't feel the most user friendly it could be and sometimes the ZoomInfo Extension doesn't work that efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information for prospects. It is quick and fairly accurate. Saves me the time of having to do a lot of digging and looking into different tools to find information.
Zoominfo SalesOS is a powerful tool that will provide value for any sales organization

Sales OS saves give me and my team access to pivotal data. It not only saves time in prospecting but provides accurate data that is unavailable via an internet search,
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOS has a lot of data and needs someone on your team dedicated to getting the most out of it. Setting up a search can take time because how the vast amount of customization and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS gives my company the visibility we didn't have access to before. We can now know who is on our website, new target accounts, account mapping, and contact information.
Great platform for data extraction
What do you like best about the product?
It's highly intense data of companies & personas. Very effective for IT industries. Really helpful for Sales & marketing folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good for now. Just a problem I fell is the websights sometimes shows default location as HQ which seems to be resloved.

Zoominfo gives viable data of people in the company & helps in reaching out to them easy. It extracts verified contact details with low bounce rate of emails.

One of the things I like most about ZoomInfo SalesOS is the comprehensive database of contact information. we can easily find the contact information for decision-makers at any company, regardless of size or industry. This has saved me a lot of time and effort, and it has allowed me to reach out to more potential customers.

ZoomInfo SalesOS can be expensive, especially for small businesses. The pricing plans start at around $15,000 per year, and they can go up significantly depending on the features and functionality that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalizing outreach: ZoomInfo SalesOS allows me to personalize my outreach messages by providing me with information about my prospects' interests and needs. This helps me to get a better response rate from my outreach efforts.
My ZoomInfo Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Signals. This tool has been very beneficial when targeting prospects to go after. It has become a tool that I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a lot of bad data in ZoomInfo. I get a lot of emails kicked back from people who have left a company or retired. It would be helpful if there is an easier way for my to submit bad data or for ZoomInfo to catch it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not easy to find contact information for prospects without having a tool to do so. It would be near impossible to accomplish the amount of prospecting I do without ZoomInfo or a similar tool. It makes the process of creating a contact list easy without much effort on my part.
I use Zoom Info as part of my sales process, daily.
What do you like best about the product?
What I find to be the most helpful, is find hey love C suite contacts and their emails and numbers, including cell phones. I have been impressed with how thorough and complete your information is, to that of your competitors!
What do you dislike about the product?
With some of the turnover from companies worldwide, occasionally the information is antiquated. It would be helpful if there was a report button and after like 100 reports it could be removed for investigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm pleased with how I can find accurate information, in an easy to use format to assist me in contacting the best decision maker. It has definitely made more proficient and profitable!
I'm not sure how a sales team could operate in this era without ZoomInfo in their tech stack

The ability to integrate pretty seamlessly with other sales tools is great.

Can be a little clunky or slow sometimes but usually works great.

Zoominfo helps connect me with the prospect by giving me very accurate data to various channels.
ZoomInfo is a total game changer for Sales Operations
What do you like best about the product?
There are many times when the contact info just cannot be found, and ZI has it. I can export it directly into my Salesforce, or use Lists to do larger acquisition projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database is so large that there are understandably mis-mappings and mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is definitely helping solve situations where we need large, detailed and accurate data sets for new acquisition, but also one-off contact information as Sales needs.
Essential for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Most contact information found within the Zoominfo database is accurate and extremely helpful. I tried using one of their competitors previously and was nowhere near as user-friendly and accurate as Zoominfo was.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is while the contact information is mostly accurate, the job titles and companies somtimes lag behind/don't update. If that could be fixed to automatically populate and better sync with LinkedIn profiles, that would be superb.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is providing a way for me to reach out to prospects and locate contact info I need to help succeed in a sales role. I'm genuinely unsure how else I would have been able to prospect without the information that Zoominfo provides.
