A ZoomInfo license makes me more valuable to my company

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has contact information for almost anyone you want to look up. This is really valuable as our sales team tries approaching new contacts with new information. Not everyone in our company has a ZoomInfo license so people often come to mee for help finding contact information which makes me feel more valuable to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tags and more complicated features of ZoomInfo can be difficult to use but I mainly use it for the basic functionality and let our CRM sort contacts into lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inside sales team has been able to find new contacts complete with emails and phone numbers which they can call and generate opportunities we would've never known existed.

Good Lead finder

What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to find leads and set the parameters of what I am looking for. I cover a whole state and deal with the c-level. It is also nice being able to load everything in saleforce so that I can track where I get with the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is wrong about 25% of the time. That does become frustrating when I get so many leads each month, and the info is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time getting essential contact info such as email addresses and direct phone numbers. When prospecting saves a tremendous amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be nice if you could send proof in for invalid leads and get credits back for them.

Market Leading Data in a Market with Just ok Data

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's search function is truly innovative and designed for the smart sales person, intent data is really cool, and as a business ZoomInfo is market sensing and trying to innovate to need.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Their trainings are AWFUL - really draining click and point. Even when I spent a 60-minute meeting to help the trainer make it as relevant as possible they came without the notes we had prepared. My org has taken to running our own training and not relying on them to teach their own tool.
2) Sexist issue with Data Management - I have used ZoomInfo at two companies over 5 years. Throughout all that time there has been an issue where ZoomInfo flips First and Last names of women with a traditional male first name. For example - Mary Austin is flipped to Austin Mary. I see this at least once a quarter if not and have been rightful took off by prospects for flipping her name.
3) They show us all the data - not just the data that is good. additionally the filters for quality are confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting access to numbers, emails, and insights for prospect companies as well as group them by similarities without manual research

What do you like best about the product?
I like the list that i can classify according to logic and my own tags
What do you dislike about the product?
the home page user experience there is a lot of info at once, the fact that i cannot export most of the time my contacts to my crm and the errors in HQ numrbers noit located in the right main hq country

finding some mobile professional numbers, exploring deep into an industry and finding new name of accounts

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user friendly and easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all contacts are up to date but over 95% accurate, which is better than anything else I've used in the past
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great prospecting tool with the high turnover in the hospitality industyr

Accuracy is the best I've used in any prospecting tool

Great contact data, like direct/mobile phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could pull in additional fields on Salesforce Sync
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're updating our account/contact data in Salesforce to be the most recent. Reps are able to directly contact people based on mobile phone/most recent employer.

What do you like best about the product?
Many filters are available to focus on the relevant prospects and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is stale; it's hard keeping track of this many people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. ZoomInfo, especially with our Salesforce integration, makes prospecting much faster.

Phone Numbers Galore!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo is the quality and accuracy of phone numbers, especially when it comes to mobile/personal numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is outdated, and I have had a few contacts that work at another company than the one listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I am solving is finding accurate phone numbers. I would highly recommend adding the chrome extension. It is helpful so that you don't have to have multiple tabs open.

Quality of the contact information is not always there, I get a lot of wrong numbers.

ZoomInfo helps me find a lot of contact information for my prospects and easily exports it to my CRM.
