Best source for Sales Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the information is edited as the new info is discovered and updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at the moment. I am able to navigate well. I wish that the email address would just be given only when confirmed not assumed by the others in the company. I do not think this is Zoominfo though, i believe it is info that has been gathered, otherwise, I have all positive feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoominfo solves for me is that when people are stumped they will reach out to me and I have access so I am able to find more facts about certain people to bring more leads to myself and others. I have a goal to reach and each day I am able to hit or excel that goal with the work I do in zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info helps me to find the right contacts to reach out to. They have everything from the top executives in a company to the administrators working in the offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform was a little difficult to navigate at first. The outreach tool definately does not have all the features of the site itself. Overall, with practice these issues turned out to just be minor setbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps me to get all the contact information on pertinent clients. Last names, phone numbers, emails, last names, and correct titles. Also, it provides great information on organizational charts if I am unable to reach a specific contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Chrome Extenstion is readily avalible at all times. My email deliverablity has increased dramaticly since using ZoomInfo. I also appricate how there is an icon next to emails or phone numbers that are likely to respond. Zoominfo is excellent when it comes to prospecting or researching!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ZoomInfo SalesOS chrome extenstion can take some time to load, that being said a quick page refresh usual solves this problem. The only other challenge I have with zoominfo is when it has trouble finding employee emails for a specific company, usually the same problem will occur for each employee at that specific company. This challenge doesn't happen often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to valid leads and contact information, prospecting contacts, check companies annual revenue. With out Zoominfo I would have very little insight into a prospective companies annual revenue. I also wouldn't beable to validate contact information. Without Zoominfo I would also have to manueling import contacts into saleforce vs currently I am able to import bulk contact lists seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me mobile phone numbers for prospects so I can reach them directly. This is very important because sometimes the HQ number simply isn't enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides. It makes my job so much easier. Like I said, I couldn't do my job without it. That's why I have nothing bad to say about it. My whole team loves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes these prospects are really hard to find. Zoominfo solves this problem. I'm able to find the contact I need and this keeps me super productive. It definitely increases my performance.

It can go down sometimes but normally comes back up in a matter of minutes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best way I've found to identify org charts, heircharchies, and extract an individuals phone number and email in a trusted way. We use it where it integrates with Outreach and Salesforce, both "exports" happen in a matter of seconds helping my workflow and stay efficient as an outbound salesman.

The most useful thing about ZoomInfo SalesOS is to call directly from the page. No need ot export the conatct to the Engage.

Couldn't think of any right on top of my head.

ZoomInfo provides a vast database of business contacts, enabling sales teams to identify and target potential leads effectively. After using ZoomInfo I have seen increased efficiency in prospecting and higher quality leads for targeted marketing and sales efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I uttilize the company description, financial data, technology aspect you can dive into before even having a conversation with a prospect, as well as identifying key players. All immediately accessible through the Zoominfo extention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike here as a seller, it's about acting quickly - with Zoominfo we're able to accomplish what may take hours worth of research. Only call out is maybe sometimes data isn't completely up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is able to help me prospect quickly, identify key players for who to prospect, also, the extention helps me prospect and add prospects from LinkedIn almost instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ZoomInfo Sales integrates with all of my existing sales tools and works quickly, saving so much time over manual updating. I particularly like the Chrome extension. I use it to identify decision-making hierarchy, then import the new prospects and add them to a cadence in Salesloft while keeping Salesforce up to date as the source of truth. I also appreciate the notifications for prospects browsing our website to gauge their level of interest. The database is wonderful and highly accurate, which is crucial since other databases were not nearly as up to date and accurate. Our operations team worked with ZoomInfo customer support to set it up, and my experience was uninvolved and very easy to sign in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the direct number for a prospect is listed as the department number instead of their desk. The process for submitting incorrect info could be easier, even though it's already rather quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for sales prospecting and clearing outdated contacts. It helps us find new prospects we wouldn't know to reach otherwise. The integration with tools like Salesforce keeps our data current and saves time over manual updates.
