Very good tool for finding great talent
What do you like best about the product?
Love the possibility of finding great candidates and accurate contact information. In addition, talent flows are extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boolean searches are not accurate enough.

Finding candidate´s contact information, personal email.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been Using ZoomInfo for almost two years now. It has made it extremely easy for our Start-Up to be able to filter in companies using the technologies we sell into and pull in companies and contacts directly into our CRM. We have tried a few other prospecting tools and find ZoomInfo to be the easiest to use and have the most useful info. I would highly recommend ZoomInfo for any company looking to grow their lists!
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo is a game-changer for our business, it is a bit pricey for our startup, but without it we would not have the right database to continue to bring in new revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped us easily find new companies and contacts for our sales team to reach out to. We were struggling with this before. Also, it makes it so much easier to pull that info directly in our CRM so the team can immediately start working on those leads.
Customizable Search Experience for New Clientele
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo daily and the most helpful tool in ZoomInfo is the Intent feature. It's great to be able to build of prospective clients that are interested in our service. It also helps that when I find great leads, I am able to export them straight into our Salesforce easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software can be a bit buggy and lose what I'm working on or log me out randomly however the customer support team is always helpful in solving those problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding good leads for our services and it benefits our company because it helps us identify those good leads with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Zoominfo is the leader in the space and really like the way the platform is built. It has everything that a B2B SaaS company would need to run a business. The availability and accuracy of the data seem to be really good. We have been using it for many years now and improvements & enhancements are great
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not related to ZoomInfo product, but the expectation to have different enrichment/prospecting tools for different geographies seems to be challenging. I just hope they prioritise Global data availability so that customers can make use of 1 tool fully.

We are heavily dependent on Zoominfo for Auto enrichment for all our website leads, enrichment for list created within the company and buyer insights. All our sales reps have access to Zoominfo and they can trigger notification or workflow based on their usecases. We also use it for creating our dream list of prospects using the ICP filters to identify our best bets
Best SalesOS service in the market, No worries SalesOS is there.
What do you like best about the product?
Awesomest real time lead management system. Having integrated APIs and calls with lead nurturing via automated mails and feedbacks on the go. Easy to use by the associates.

Can be more gamified for the users, but it's good. Quite professional.

Sales assistance, Email marketing, lead capturing, sales engagement at its best.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is Part of My Daily Success
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the "Likely to Engage" feature ZoomInfo SalesOS has added. The information is very accurate and helps me target the right numbers and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate be generic, but I really don't have any issues with ZoomInfo SalesOS. I geniunely like all aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me see if prospects have changed roles or companies. This saves me time making data mining cold calls so that I can focus on building businesses the way I need to.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomIfo very easy to use. Most of the informtion you need is right there, ICP, specific numbers that prospects are more likely to engage through, the chrome plugin also allows you to get directly to their Linkedin. Also multiple ways to filter the contacts. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Prospects move to different companies so the information isn't always spot on but that's to be expected.
