"Still #1 Tool for Data Mining"
What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with a vast database of business contacts, including detailed information on companies and professionals. One of the key strengths of ZoomInfo and what I liked most about it is its commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date data. I also like their customer service as they respond to queries in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't see anything that I dislike about ZoomInfo. Probably, the delay when a contact moved from one company to another. But that is just normal and reasonable. That's just about it and ZoomInfo really helps me with my everyday tasks on being productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo offers an extensive database of business contacts, including detailed information on companies and professionals. This database is updated regularly, ensuring that the information contained within it is accurate. This helps us update the contact information of our clients and also benefits me a lot as I am being very productive because of this tool.
A Game Changer for Cold and Warm Leads
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of times you might engage with someone who has intrest in a product or service you offer and they want to connect. What happens when they do not have a phone number in the signiture? You go to ZoomInfo and it quickly and easily pulls data you can then use to connect with the prospect. I use it all the time everyday when I am at work. It seamlessly intregates as a browser extension as well so it implements itself into my daily workflow as well. Customer service is a 10/10 and the features it offers are boundless!
What do you dislike about the product?
With them constantly updating everyday new prospects it does sometimes happen when a direct line is not avalible but 9/10 it will have a good email to get back to them on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly they are a machine any problems they have they are on top of it constantly improving any issues and reporting them is very easy when you do run into the one off situations of not having the right numbers for specific people.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS has been crucial in building the commercial process for a startup with one dedicated outbound rep. The amount of time saved in seamlessly exporting contact information to the CRM is spent on much higher-value activities, and verified emails protect the domain name health.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor UI things that don't really get in the way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating contact information and exporting into CRM means the sales team can immediately target their ICP and not waste time trying to find contact details or perform manual data entry beneath their pay grade. Sales execs can focus on the more value-add parts of the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic to have a tool that can give insights into what a company they want to purchase and the contact information for the right people to buy. it's great that it links to Sales Force and quickly and easily update my contacts and add new one. I use ZoomInfo every day. It was easy to implement, and customer service is very responsive

Some of the tasks to add lists and updates can be confusing.

Whats most helpful about Zoominfo is the way you can look up basically anyone on the internet and find a good email or phone number to reach them. It helps Salespeople save so much time and energy when list building and prospecting new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoominfo doesn't also have the most accurate data on prospects, like invalid emails and phone numbers. However they are working constantly on updating and fixing issues around inaccurate information.

They help solve the business issue of finding prospects data to contact them for all types of sales positions.

There are becoming a plethra of filters and ways to segment data. More training on what these filters are for, and how they help to identify prospects would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the SDRs get more qualified, leads to our sales reps. The benefits that we have seen is more events for Sales that have generated into Closed won opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it helpful in verifying the prospect I am looking for, as well as finding other prospective propsects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited views per month, I feel caps me off from pursuring more prospects.

It helps me find information that I need to find the right prospects. It helps me in verifying if they have changed companies, the best numbers they are likey to engage with me on, and sourcing futer prospects.
Pretty Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty helpful to find generally accurate emails and phone numbers to reach out to prospects. Every once in a while they will be invalid but for the most part you can gather a lot of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little outdated in the way it functions. It doesn't feel the most user friendly it could be and sometimes the ZoomInfo Extension doesn't work that efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information for prospects. It is quick and fairly accurate. Saves me the time of having to do a lot of digging and looking into different tools to find information.

Zoominfo SalesOS has a lot of data and needs someone on your team dedicated to getting the most out of it. Setting up a search can take time because how the vast amount of customization and information.

ZoomInfo SalesOS gives my company the visibility we didn't have access to before. We can now know who is on our website, new target accounts, account mapping, and contact information.
