What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the statistics mentioned- for example: data decay rate, and how Zoominfo helps overcome this challenge for organizations

I think the UI for the certifications test can be better

I love that it fully integrates to Dynamics 365, and we can export or update data quickly.

Sometimes the information is inaccurate or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up our dirty database and adding new contacts. We no longer have to add contacts manually, so that saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
There aren't many people I can't find because of the quantity of information available. Because I can export prospects in bulk (groups of up to 25-30 at a time) and arrange them in order immediately from ZoomInfo, my job is made much simpler (at least to Outreach). This is a tool that I've trained my new coworkers to utilize, and it's really easy to include into our prospecting techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of information available, it is inevitable that some of it will be incorrect. I've called people on more than one occasion and been told they've left the firm six years ago or retired ten years ago. At least once every several weeks, the service itself has trouble loading. Sometimes it's tough to access contacts straight away since I have to go to the hierarchy first before clicking on contacts, which might take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, I have also encountered some of the above-mentioned technical concerns, such as the inability to export data in sequence and the platform becoming unreachable owing to network problems 1-2 times every month. The advantages, on the other hand, are incalculable ZoomInfo has changed the way I prospect. I make at least 3/4 of my daily calls with ZoomInfo. In comparison to utilizing the search function, it takes significantly longer for me to locate a contact when I do it manually. To get the most out of each new account, I always prospect in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For example, I utilize it to discover contacts at well-established firms. As a result, adding a new contact is a quick and painless process. This service has so much more to offer than the odd negative report.

What do you like best about the product?
We like their account and contact database where we get so much info. like their role, responsibilities, and who they may report to, etc. I like their scoops which are very important insights for Marketing and Sales. We like working with their business success team who will train you how to use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there's was an easier way to download the exact number of contacts instead of trying to increase or reduce the contacts in your search. To match the exact number that we need to pull, it is taking a lot of time and hassle.

Finding the contact of businesses we are trying to market and sell to. Also, find new opportunities by looking at the insights they provide.

I love that there are links to LinkedIn, so I don't have to copy and paste names

I don't particularly appreciate that not all info is up to date. There are several times where I've attempted to contact an employee, and they hadn't worked there in years.

It helps when there are direct lines listed so that I can bypass receptionists and gatekeepers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a nice graphical user interface, and the data is readily available in a numerical format. You may reach them through a broad network of firms and relationships in the business world. As a database platform, ZoomInfo is unbeatable. A feature I really enjoy is the sophisticated filtering, which allows me to narrow down my search results according to geographic location and other factors such as technology stack, job position, etc. My favorite feature is the sophisticated filtering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo doesn't have many flaws, save for its expensive price structure and the occasional incorrect email address. ZoomInfo's pricing is costly compared to other products on the market, but on the other side, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales and marketing, ZoomInfo solves database difficulties. For company growth, I am able to locate the correct prospect with the right email and mobile number. When it comes to saving time and accessing a huge number of data, Zoominfo is the clear winner. It allows us to expand our client base in other countries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone seeking for such a solution, in my opinion, should try it out. Yes, I agree that data volume availability is a great tool, but I'm concerned about its price.
