Cost Effective, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best solutions in the market for the sales team. We can see a significant improvement in targeting potential leads after using it for just a few months. Zoominfo has well integration with Salesforce which is really awesome. Zoominfo ensures the lead quality by providing the quality score and ranking them by A-Z. It makes many important contact information (i.e - Office Phone, Email, Additional Email, Personal Phone, and Linkedin profile URL) available to users. It is also cost-effective compare to other services which provide similar solutions. Bulk contact lookup and export feature saves time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though there are not many dislikable features to highlight. I think ZoomInfo should update the contact information of the leads on a regulars basis. They should also reduce downtime. Sometimes their website is really slow or inaccessible which is really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding quality used to be a real headache for the sales raps which is solved now thanks to ZoomInfo. Sales raps can invest more time in making calls. Email bounce rate reduced by one third. Zoominfo also provides additional emails and phone numbers which increases the chance of reaching potential customers significantly.

It's easy to use and accurate database of potential users, which is very helpful to grow your business.
Data is quite accurate, easy to use, good Technographics, But it lacks automating emailing process
What do you like best about the product?
Data accuracy is really good when compared to competetors, good to see they are always buying out competetors and valuable technologies.
I like the Technographic search criteria and database update frequency.
I appreciatie that they outsource companies for human verification of contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
1)No G-Suit integration, no email sequencing (salesforce CRM is integrated, but medium Startup companies would prefer G suit)
2) Extension works from only one PC, I tried 100 times with OTP. It was being used by an old team member now he left the company but extension does not work from new laptop

It is really costly but yes helpful, COnsidering apollo coming to marketwith alsmot 95% same database , zoominfo should have lower prices for database.
As other tools are unique, so can keep pricing high.

Very useful for getting contact information that is instrumental in establishing communications.

Very informative with details and updates of contacts, personas and organization details.

while importing contacts mobile numbers and personal email ids are not taken into account.

Getting deep insights on the information of employees for a particular organization, aligning with organizational structure and hierarchy in a systematic way.

Very good support and assistance and guidance when any doubts arise.
Best lead gen tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried most of the lead gen tools available today and honestly, some of them were really good. The only problem with other software was that if their phone number accuracy was good, the email addresses were extremely incorrect or vice versa but with Zoominfo, we were able to really strike out the right balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of the LinkedIn profiles, they do not seem to have any data whatsoever and this has happened for cXo level executives mostly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our market research team has benefitted a lot because of the tool. They have been able to cut down on the usual time they used to take.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides to using Zoominfo are immediately verifying details and employment history when hunting to connect and engage prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pet peeve is that it doesn't upfront reveal when a person has left the company, and if it did, it would save you time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the tool as a high-level prospecting tool in finding out who are the decision-makers and champion influencers in engaging an account.

What do you like best about the product?
Whatever the data is provided in the tool after updating, that is very accurate. I would say that the tool is 95% accurate at times in terms of generating prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are 3 thing that is most annoying about the tool:
1. Its User Interface, The UI is not that responsive and smooth. It lags that extra smoothness which could make the user experience amazing. It is still following the old traditional UI Schemes.
2. Its Reachout algorithm. Most of the time when we search for a person, we get different results in the reachout extension and in Zoominfo Main Homepage. We have to pull the extension towards the left every time to see if the information we are viewing is accurate or not. This not only delays our work but also is an extra step which due to bad UI experience causes a delay in work.
3. the Data Updation cycle: The major blunder that ZoomInfo does is they have all sorts of data available but whatever is available it is not updated, Whether the lead has left the company, or their titles have been changed but all such major changes are not reflected back in ZoomInfo database. This not only causes inaccuracy of data many times but also spoils the relation between marketing and sales guys. Zoominfo needs to reduce its data updation cycle drastically and update data very frequently because reaching out to the right prospect is all about having the most accurate data

They have added a timestamp to contacts which is a positive approach in letting the users know when was the contact last taken care of by the ZoomInfo team

Once Zoominfo eliminates few things from the tool, The tool is perfect in terms of use and ease

Add-on feature to each webpage while searching, the high success rate of finding business emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add-on feature often runs slow or either doesn't load at all. Also, the searching feature could be made a little easier

We can find adequate leads as well as their best emails more quickly. The scoop feature also helps to suggest relevant leads that I would have otherwise would have never searched.
A ZoomInfo license makes me more valuable to my company
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has contact information for almost anyone you want to look up. This is really valuable as our sales team tries approaching new contacts with new information. Not everyone in our company has a ZoomInfo license so people often come to mee for help finding contact information which makes me feel more valuable to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tags and more complicated features of ZoomInfo can be difficult to use but I mainly use it for the basic functionality and let our CRM sort contacts into lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inside sales team has been able to find new contacts complete with emails and phone numbers which they can call and generate opportunities we would've never known existed.
Good Lead finder
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to find leads and set the parameters of what I am looking for. I cover a whole state and deal with the c-level. It is also nice being able to load everything in saleforce so that I can track where I get with the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is wrong about 25% of the time. That does become frustrating when I get so many leads each month, and the info is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time getting essential contact info such as email addresses and direct phone numbers. When prospecting saves a tremendous amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be nice if you could send proof in for invalid leads and get credits back for them.
Market Leading Data in a Market with Just ok Data
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's search function is truly innovative and designed for the smart sales person, intent data is really cool, and as a business ZoomInfo is market sensing and trying to innovate to need.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Their trainings are AWFUL - really draining click and point. Even when I spent a 60-minute meeting to help the trainer make it as relevant as possible they came without the notes we had prepared. My org has taken to running our own training and not relying on them to teach their own tool.
2) Sexist issue with Data Management - I have used ZoomInfo at two companies over 5 years. Throughout all that time there has been an issue where ZoomInfo flips First and Last names of women with a traditional male first name. For example - Mary Austin is flipped to Austin Mary. I see this at least once a quarter if not and have been rightful took off by prospects for flipping her name.
3) They show us all the data - not just the data that is good. additionally the filters for quality are confusing
