Highly recommend for any Sales team looking to grow

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo makes looking ofr new sales entirely too easy. I cannot see how I managed a sales career without zoominfo. It has everything you need and more. I cannot recommend this enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not much that I dislike about Zoominfo. The interface is easy to use. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you takes the free courses offered, you get really used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more cold calling. It's like Zoominfo brings the sales to you. Once you integrate it with your internet browser you are able to find contacts that otherwise would be impossible to obtain.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to scape contacts directly from linkedin sales nav, using the chrome plugin. Business emails and phone numbers included!
- Ability to verify contact details, role tites.
- Zoominfo shows you prospects and specific numbers/emails they are most likely to respond on.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Gets buggy at times, takes a while to load plugin. But after refreshing chrome, its usually fine.
- It's good to scrape contacts when used in conjuction with sales navigator, but having to use it as a database on it's own, is not the best experience. Hard to use the filters on the webiste, search results arent the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helps me gather contact information for prospects that are not in our CRM.
- Helps me verify contact info of existing prospects in the CRM.
- The plugin improves the speed at which I can import contacts, instead of making contacts on the CRM manually.

What do you like best about the product?
That when iam looking for specific data or want to know the right persons to reach or department to get a hold of I can easily find it in zoominfo because they have data for all the companies not just from the US but from the World !!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite honestly the only thing that I dislike from zoominfo at the moment is that it tends to not be as updated sometimes companies are no longer in service or contact infor is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right persons and right companies with the correct information in order for me to reach out to them also proving me with details and knowledge about each prospect that i look for.

Believable data and unbelievable functions

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the buyers intent and the way ZoomInfo is intelligent enough to think from a sales perspective to provide me with the critical data I need as a sales rep for my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the options are limited to how much you/your organization is willing to spend on, So for example Chorus and Intent are really usable but depend on the price of your scubscription.
Dont get me wrong this is a lifeline for a sales rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly its the contact info that I use ZoomInfo SalesOS for and the certifications are huge! This is making me more productive because ZoomInfo takes away my obstacles.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info makes it incredibly easy to find contacts from specific organizations, and in specific geographies. There's nothing like it!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that despite requesting 95% accuracy of an email address for a contact, it may still be wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts and their contact information in a fast and efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Most people probably know ZoomInfo for finding contact information for targeted prospects but don't stop there. It becomes significantly more powerful if you put the itme and effort into learing some of the more advanced capabilties, inclusing WebSights, Intent, list management, and Workflows.

Breadth and depth of customer data is outstanding--especially for mid- to large- enterprise organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, and it's difficult to build search results into automations for importing into your CRM, assigning to the current rep or including the the right campaign.

Pricing is not completely transparent--lots of calls to find out if features are included in our plan and/or what is the additional investment to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
#1 use for us is still helping our sales reps build their target lists for outbound prospecting.

Marketing uses include using Intent data and Websighs to help prioritize marketing programs, add the right accounts to our marketing campaigns, and append incomplete data records.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it gives me an opportunity to review a lead correctly. Also it gives me the tools to succeed on a cold call. It movivates me to be a stronger closer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the order in which you have to classify information in order to save it in the correct format. It doesnt provide exact data thats needed to contact the individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It leads into a high value sale target with a bit more of information to allow you to open up the conversation 3 ways to build and close a strong sale. It also lets you listen to your previous calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go through a list of contacts in the company, find the right person quickly, and have a high probability of reaching them. I can find the right person because I can see their LinkedIn profile, included with the contact. Most of the time I don't call if there isn't a cell number. I usually don't call if there is no cell number. Having a mobile number has increased my contact ratio threefold. I love the recently added feature indicating how likely the person is to answer the phone. I use it. My contact ratio for some markets has moved from 1:5 to 1:3, and on some days, 1:2!
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding contact information for people working outside the United States or Canada is my least favorite aspect of ZoomInfo. The contact information of the contact is often incomplete, and the number of contacts is low. Geographically, this includes Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, and South America. I don't think ZoomInfo can do much about this problem because the information is likely hard to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Finding the right person to contact faster so that I generate leads that my clients close. My efficiency in finding leads has increased threefold since I started using ZoomInfo in June 2020. My clients' closing ratio has increased threefold because my leads are better (depending on the client.

2. Intent has enabled me to find leads generating significant business for my client who wants to grow their business in another country.

3. I am getting more work done in less time. List building time is reduced by 30% so I don't have to work after hours to build call lists.
