What do you like best about the product?
Scoops and intent features along with the competitor info, giving you valuable information to tailor your outreach that could attract their attention
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally outdated info, incorrect contact info , not finding a relevant contact which is expected to a certain extent but in general fairly reliable data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces your research time significantly in understanding your target clients and helps tailor your messages based on the intelligence data.

Best tool to find data for sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the business email ID quality, direct business numbers, and mobile number that ZoomInfo provides. I also like the advanced filleter of ZoomInfo using which I am able to find the right data for me at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the mobile application, the mobile app is not user-friendly and I am not able to use all the features using the mobile app, hence I dislike the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the problem related to finding the right prospects for sales and marketing, we can now able to find business emails, mobile numbers for cold email as well as cold calling.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team was very responsive and did a fantastic job helping facilitate our enablement with the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is uncomfortable at times and feels a little clunky, but overall helps you get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new contacts and contact info while everyone is remote. These benefits are huge because it lets you reach out to them when you have no other means.

Make sure you speak to the sales teams about the implementation./

What do you like best about the product?
Buyer intent feature. Timing is everything and knowing companies are looking for what you are selling is invaluable
What do you dislike about the product?
For larger companies, not knowing WHO within that company was looking causes a "lot of chasing without a lot of catching" as no one knows who was searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall amount of intelligence ZI has captured can help in so many ways, including contact info, new hires in strategic positions, and merger activity. This info helps us with targeted marketing and timely marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not think that this alone will solve all your biz dev wants/needs; also, know that many of your competitors are already using this or other similar tools.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is such a great lead generation tool . The platform is super easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lead, numbers, or emails are not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving with ZoomInfo is getting our new business development team to find new targets - contacts and companies - for their outreach. Also, find new opportunities by looking at the insights they provide.

If you're going to get ZoomInfo, make sure it integrates with whatever CRM you're using.

Checking for accuracy with lead info. Being able to get lead info that can open doors into new business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the statistics mentioned- for example: data decay rate, and how Zoominfo helps overcome this challenge for organizations

I think the UI for the certifications test can be better

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it fully integrates to Dynamics 365, and we can export or update data quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is inaccurate or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up our dirty database and adding new contacts. We no longer have to add contacts manually, so that saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
There aren't many people I can't find because of the quantity of information available. Because I can export prospects in bulk (groups of up to 25-30 at a time) and arrange them in order immediately from ZoomInfo, my job is made much simpler (at least to Outreach). This is a tool that I've trained my new coworkers to utilize, and it's really easy to include into our prospecting techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of information available, it is inevitable that some of it will be incorrect. I've called people on more than one occasion and been told they've left the firm six years ago or retired ten years ago. At least once every several weeks, the service itself has trouble loading. Sometimes it's tough to access contacts straight away since I have to go to the hierarchy first before clicking on contacts, which might take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, I have also encountered some of the above-mentioned technical concerns, such as the inability to export data in sequence and the platform becoming unreachable owing to network problems 1-2 times every month. The advantages, on the other hand, are incalculable ZoomInfo has changed the way I prospect. I make at least 3/4 of my daily calls with ZoomInfo. In comparison to utilizing the search function, it takes significantly longer for me to locate a contact when I do it manually. To get the most out of each new account, I always prospect in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For example, I utilize it to discover contacts at well-established firms. As a result, adding a new contact is a quick and painless process. This service has so much more to offer than the odd negative report.
