What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and ease of use along with great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. if there was one thing, perhaps it would be more contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a big help with our lead generation efforts leading to a more efficient migration process to our CRM.

I think it is worth the investment. It is an efficient lead generation platform.
Well worth the money we have spent
What do you like best about the product?
I really like seeing who the decision-makers are as well as cell phone numbers. This has been an absolute game-changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that they have pop ads come up on the platform. We paid 18K a year for the service, Zoominfo if you are reading this, STOP. I don't appreciate you taking advantage of your platform to get more eyeballs. It's VERY annoying and honestly pisses me off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting past gatekeepers and having real conversations with DM's.

Stop advertising to paying customers on your platform. We don't like and feel taken advantage of.
Very good quality comprehensive database
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and quality of information are extremely good.
The tool provides the ability to filter based on multiple criteria allowing the user to generate very high-quality and targeted leads. It's a comprehensive database that provides all the required information in one single interface including geography, industry, revenue, size, professional emails, direct phone numbers, etc. We have worked with multiple databases and fin that there are very few bounces on the emails for this list.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite happy with ZoomInfo but find the ZoomInfo Engage tool very limiting in terms of features and functionalities that are available. I cannot add negative filters or generate analytics very easily. It also does not allow for emails to be sent as a drip campaign. It is not easy to identify contacts that were sent multiple emails etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have generated a list of potential customers based on a typical target customer profile. We are reaching out to the prospects via email campaigns and phone calls. Given the various input fields available in the database we are able to connect with the right decision-makers in the organization. We have also been able to convert some leads into customers!
Strong Lead Generation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is such a great lead generation tool. One of my favorite aspects of ZoomInfo is the ability to check the status of when a contact record has last been updated. In addition to that, I like being able to mass-import contacts into prospecting tools and easy to set up and start cadences directly from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has a few flaws that I'd like to see important. As a user, one of the most frustrating aspects of ZoomInfo is that not all contact information is imported into prospecting tools. I have used different lead generation platforms, in addition to different prospecting tools, and I have to say this aspect is subpar and frustrating. I find myself having to do double the work by copy and pasting the material from the actual website and importing it directly into my tool when this should be a seamless process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, the biggest benefit of ZoomInfo is the sheer amount of info that is provided. The tool makes prospecting much easier, and the ability to take that data and specific searches revolving around sales criteria making the prospecting process so much more manageable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo offers many significant aspects. One of my favorite parts is mass important account lists and extract matching criteria for those accounts (whether that be prospects or direct information). This is especially helpful when trying to pull mass amounts of data in one sitting.
Extensive Data with attention to detail
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's the level of deep dive available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not updated as often. I am still finding some data which hasn't been updated since 2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting in front of the right prospects even though we are a part of a niche industry. The extensive job titles and market deep down with all the other filters help narrow down the search.
Easy to use and understand
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see exactly where the interest is coming from (Geographic Area). Additionally the variable filters to help get to the correct contact or company. The ability to quickly see what the customer does, so that when I make the call I have a baseline understanding of what they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you are paying attention, you can download a contact or a company that is not showing intent in your area. It's really not a bad thing, as they may become customers in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting updated company information and I am able to see an employee tree, which makes prospecting much easier. The Intent lists that come over daily, help with creating leads for the day.
Great tool, slow interface, does the job
What do you like best about the product?
My two favorite aspects are the accessibility to countless contacts as well as the seamless integrations with Salesforce. The user interface within Zoominfo is very intuitive and easy to navigate. When the contacts are correct, it is very easy to import them and see what other numbers are readily available to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only qualm with Zoominfo is the speed of the interface, the website itself is laid out very intuitively, but the load speeds can be brutal at times. Some of the higher-level tools are not as self-explanatory as the majority of the website. Due to the lack of training on these, it feels like the tool is just a lead grabber at times. On top of this, some contacts are either out of date or improperly tagged within the companies. The scoring of the references is also dodgy at times, and it gets complicated figuring out what's what within the companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDR, speed to lead and prospecting in great numbers are the most critical aspect of my job; Zoominfo allows for this easily. The CRM connection is honestly invaluable to a company that uses some of the third-party software, such as Salesforce. If it didn't have the integration that it did, it would be no better tool than LinkedIn SalesNav (which it also integrates with).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn it as well as you can, the second you learn how to utilize the tool fully, it will become your best friend.
Expensive but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The power of the information in the platform, direct dials that work, emails that do not bounce back are just a couple of its best features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow needs some work; I constantly have to click the same pages repeatedly to speed up outreach.

Zoominfo has great Lead Generation, Accurate information, and lots of leads.
Amazing tool for all companies
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. especially the little tap on the right of the screen

Sometimes won't load some of the newer companies that are newer. Refreshing usually takes care of it.

I have the ability at a glance to look at how much the companies are worth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability to understand when its a search on google vs a domain name. That would help.
Wouldn't be able to do my job without it. Sometimes contact info is not update to date.

I am accessing mobiles phone number. Additionally, I like searching relevant titles.

Sometimes numbers are not accurate and you will be lead to someone else with the same name at a different company.

Finding mobile numbers during a WFH environment is critical.
