Having access to ZoomInfo has definitely been a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get contact info for prospects that I'm going after has been huge. We have our internal database which is pretty good, however there are plenty of times when our data isn't accurate or missing. Being able to find accurate contact info helps me connect with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any database the data isn't always accurate. I use LinkedIn sales navigator quite a bit to cross reference the prospect to see if they are still wtih the comany that ZoomInfo shows. Sometimes ZoomInfo will show the prospect at company A when thev've moved to company B. It's usually easy to look at the history of the prospect on sales navigator to figure out what's what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with propspects that I"m going after where I don't have their contact info. My company doesn't provide this service so I'm paying for this out of pocket. One of the biggest benefits is that it helps me connect with more prospects than my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to access contact information that I otherwise would not find on my companies internal contact database. I also like that it confirms job roles for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is not a feature to make a note that a certain contact/phone number/email is incorrect or the contact no longer works there. I would like a report incorrect button or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to contact my customers and have a database of contact info that my company doesn't have to spend the time to do on our own. The plugin aspect is especially helpful when trying to rapidly do demand gen.

What do you like best about the product?
I love intent signal to find the most relevant leads of companies looking for YOU and your services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clearing the search field in advanced search feature, or if you click the back arrow button, it does not get you back to the original page of advanced search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another great leads for us, bringing us closer to our clients, this more specificity and lead connections.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the infomation is up to date, very informative well organized. Specially the "similar companies" tab, scoops, current employees those and lists of those likely to engage etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but a lot of info to go through sometimes. I personally have found the tool to be extremely useful in my day to day. Certain items not being available at different levels of membership would be one of the things difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me develop prospective leads, sales strategies and providing correct contacts to reach out to.

SalesOS has Supercharged Our Prospecting Process

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has provided countless benefits to our targeting and prospecting processes. From being able to identify key decision-makers quickly and early on in the process, understanding more about their business without the need to probe, identifying website traffic so we can enroll potential prospects into workflows, and the list goes on. Not to mention their initial Sales OS Certification process is extremely well put together and beneficial for all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had one dislike, I find that targeting specific franchises inside of a larger organization can sometimes cause difficulties, and may not always identify the tech stack (CRM as example) that you are looking for. For example, Harley-Davidson Dealerships within the Harley-Davidson Company. Beyond that, not much to dislike about it honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problems of not being able to identify key decision-makers inside of an organization, especially when gatekeepers are present. Before we had no way of identifying or website traffic, but with WebSights we are easily able to identify those customers and prospect them accordingly based on what pages they visited and their shown intent level.

What do you like best about the product?
Websights is my favorite. I really enjoy the information they provide. It makes it way easier to call a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have complaints about the SalesOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding clients that might have not called in to the sales department.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data and the amount of data within in the platform is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
From tyime to time, the data may not be 100% accurate but the amount of A+ data far outweights any hiccups when encountering old data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering contact info. is great wiht ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has a plethora of detailed and accurate contact information on every organization I work with. With Salesforce integration it has helped improve my efficiency 10x by helping identify the roles and contacts I need as workforces change. Intent filters for accounts in my salesforce module have led to several opportunities that would not have been there without Zoominfo's help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is pretty intuitive, but I wonder at times if I am utilizing it to it's fullest. Like any tool, success relies on the user's dedication to utiliizing it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the core Zoominfo is helping me better understand an org chart for prospects so I can better navigate current customers for new opportunities as well as ensure I am spending my efforts on the correct contacts for prospects I do not yet have engagement with.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo does a great job of showing org charts within my target accounts and providing me with up to date contact information for phone numbers and emails. I use Zoominfo everyday for prospecting and my job would be almost impossible without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be outdated, but they do a great job of updating to the most accurate information. Also, sometimes the server will crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not knowing the organizational structure of target accounts for my sales org. After viewing a company's org chart on your site. I know who's who and the hieracrchy to find the correct decision makers and their contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to find contacts for companies in seconds. The ability to tie leads into Salesforce has been a game changer and I have been able to close several pieces of business because of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no down sides to using ZoomInfo if you are in Sales and prospecting for new leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find a contact almost instantaneously while I am searching a potential client's website is an invaluable tool.
