Great for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
It is more up-to-date than other lists we have purchased.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is a little touchy. - Using INS rather than Insurance can get different results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding leads to appoint. The fact that there are contacts and they can be exported directly to SalesForce has helped me build my funnel

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and fills in holes we may have in our leads. The Outreach extension is beneficial & cuts down on time wasted on creating contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the profiles are incomplete or outdated and can create problems for salespeople.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making new contacts in SalesForce is easy and allows more time to be spent on client contact.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a powerful tool, with a lot of moving pieces... it can be a bit complicated to get started with, but their customer support is awesome... they have great training sessions, live chat, and a really fantastic knowledge base that can help with what you need answering. My favorite feature, however, is their plugin on Chrome. I love that you don't need to log onto ZoomInfo everytime you're looking for information on a company or person - you can go onto their LinkedIn profile or their company website and find out almost everything that you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complicated to use at first, so the learning curve may take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding more leads, cleaning up our CRM, and building mindful sales and marketing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a powerful tool to help build and maintain your lead gen - this is a great one to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to locate contact info for c-level personell easily .
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside with Zoominfo is that in some of our targeted campaigns at an SDR level, we haven't gotten a lot of information. It works better in certain markets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to land some of our biggest deals by leveraging zoom info and skipping past gatekeepers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about ZoomInfo is how easy it is to use. It is simple for me to find broad or specific targets for my company to reach out to. It is easy for me to export them and put them into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about the platform. It is constantly growing and adding features. The mobile app is great too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our org was new to the entire outbounding process, and ZoomInfo gave us actionable insights to use when mailing targets. The platform made our job much easier to engage the right person with the right conversation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out - the ability to test drive the platform was what I needed to be convinced and to be able to convince my managers. Use the training videos that are provided -they get you up and running fast.

Lead generation made effective with Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very useful in lead generation, collecting info about companies and leads. I really like the amount of data generated through this application. It has a lot of filters that can be effectively used for focused research. The best thing is that we can export the data into a CSV file or directly integrate the data into the CRM. The company summaries are very effective that it has a lot of information like company summary, organization chart, tech stacks, and enterprise application. We can also get the contact information of the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the new update, the contact information is not available in the company summary. previously it used to be there, but now we need to click on the target to get the specific contact. Sometimes the contact details and email addresses are not so accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, the contact information of the leads to reach them out. Exporting data about the companies.

It is a great lead generation tool

The functionality and ease of use along with great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. if there was one thing, perhaps it would be more contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a big help with our lead generation efforts leading to a more efficient migration process to our CRM.

I think it is worth the investment. It is an efficient lead generation platform.

Well worth the money we have spent

What do you like best about the product?
I really like seeing who the decision-makers are as well as cell phone numbers. This has been an absolute game-changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that they have pop ads come up on the platform. We paid 18K a year for the service, Zoominfo if you are reading this, STOP. I don't appreciate you taking advantage of your platform to get more eyeballs. It's VERY annoying and honestly pisses me off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting past gatekeepers and having real conversations with DM's.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop advertising to paying customers on your platform. We don't like and feel taken advantage of.

Very good quality comprehensive database

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and quality of information are extremely good.
The tool provides the ability to filter based on multiple criteria allowing the user to generate very high-quality and targeted leads. It's a comprehensive database that provides all the required information in one single interface including geography, industry, revenue, size, professional emails, direct phone numbers, etc. We have worked with multiple databases and fin that there are very few bounces on the emails for this list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite happy with ZoomInfo but find the ZoomInfo Engage tool very limiting in terms of features and functionalities that are available. I cannot add negative filters or generate analytics very easily. It also does not allow for emails to be sent as a drip campaign. It is not easy to identify contacts that were sent multiple emails etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have generated a list of potential customers based on a typical target customer profile. We are reaching out to the prospects via email campaigns and phone calls. Given the various input fields available in the database we are able to connect with the right decision-makers in the organization. We have also been able to convert some leads into customers!
