Handy when used casually; essential when fully leveraged

What do you like best about the product?
*Clear, accurate, well-sourced info
*Accessible training modules
*Clean UI, simple integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
*Access tiers aren't clearly defined up front without fully engaging with sales tea,
*Struggles with drilling down to "at location" or ZIP level searches; nearly imosssible to get street address resolution results even when supplying already known good data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*Qualified contact information, especially mobile numbers, for building qualified leads on-the-fly for mobile sales team

*Developing sanitized and functional structure for future data silos by validating foundational data

*Verifying when a prospect has moved to another company within the industry

Great Data for the West and Some Undersold Features

What do you like best about the product?
Data for the western world: Americas is pretty neat. But ZI is more than just data enrichment. They also have:

- An extension to scrape people data from LinkedIn
- Alert you on scoops on your accounts
- Recent addition of Salesforce record owner filters within ZI is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The support. By far I have never enjoyed my conversations with either my CSM nor the Support. Some of these features were not even "sold" to us: like the extension. It is pretty nifty and for the life of me I don't know why would the CSM not tell, not even during the contract renewal: "Hey! We also have this free and bundled in for you!"

As stands for the core product "data": it starts falling apart as you move from West to East. Give ZI random ten Japanese accounts and in all probability they will fail to get you the contacts from them. Unless all ten are SoftBank that is :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Data Enrichment
2. They have an API that integrates with Ringlead. So you can enrich the lead right when it is created to meet your routing rules (ex: Territory routing that depends on country enrichment)
3. Scoops
4. Their LinkedIn Extension

Info When You Need It

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of typing in a company/prospect's name and having the entire org chart right in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies have outdated info, (i.e, people may have left the company)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even if the company has outdated info, you can still see the email address format and move forward with new prospects within the company by cross-utilizing platforms like LinkedIn

Love the filtering options

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, exporting contacts is seamless across various CRMs. I love the ability to narrow contacts down by management level.

I've been able to search for and add hundreds of new companies based on their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information can be out of date. At times, it will pull data for the wrong company - especially on government or school pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we're solving for : outdated contact information in CRM, missing target companies in CRM

I've been able to search for and add over a hundred new companies that match my target industry, revenue, & employee count.

ZoomInfo has been very helpful in email campaigning and cold calling.

What do you like best about the product?
How much ZoomInfo has to offer. And, when combined with Engage, the results are profitable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo takes a while to load first thing in the morning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a niche market where networking can be complex and not productive. With ZoomInfo, market research and contact acquisition have become more accessible and yield more responses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the classes. With a better understanding of ZoomInfo, you become more efficient with its use.

Being able to find companies and contacts for my sales job.

To complicated to easily navigate to what i want to find. I'm still learning been doing the training and have added Engage Zoom Info.

What do you like best about the product?
Typically it's easy to navigate, pages are easy to understand, simple to find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be frustrating to use search functions; it's all or nothing. No suggestions come up like in LinkedIn for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I export a lot of contacts into SF from ZoomInfo when I can't get them out of LI, I find a lot of contact information that is not available from any other resource (that has been made available to me) like, mobile numbers, email, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reading the articles and blogs. One of the articles was 6 years old.

What do you like best about the product?
If your success depends on keeping in touch with a wide range of people, ZoomInfo is the best way to find their work email, personal email, office phone and mobile phone numbers. Searching is fast and easy with ZoomInfo, and the results are reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile numbers aren't 100% accurate, but I'm glad mistakes are rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic and moving forward, contacts are using their mobile phones more than their office phones, so it's essential to reach out to people where they're paying attention. ZoomInfo's database

Add Reach Out, the ZoomInfo Chrome extension!
