What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales offers highly dependable, top-tier contact and company data, which significantly streamlines prospecting and allows for much more precise targeting. The platform’s intent signals, organizational charts, and data enrichment features make it easier to pinpoint the right accounts and key decision-makers with accuracy. With access to verified phone numbers, direct emails, and valuable research insights, the time spent searching for information is greatly reduced, enabling faster outbound outreach. All in all, it provides the sales team with a strategic edge by enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information may still be outdated or inconsistent, particularly in fast-moving industries, which can sometimes result in bounced emails or incorrect phone numbers. As your team expands, the platform can become costly, and accessing certain advanced features requires upgrading to higher-tier licenses to get the most out of it. The interface can occasionally feel cluttered due to the abundance of tools available in one place, and new users might find the learning curve a bit steep. Nevertheless, despite these drawbacks, the core data quality continues to make it a valuable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the challenge of finding accurate, verified prospect data and reaching the right decision makers quickly. Instead of spending hours researching contacts, companies, and buying signals across multiple tools, ZoomInfo consolidates everything into one platform. This helps us build high-quality target lists, personalize outreach with real insights, and identify prospects who are already in-market through intent data. The result is faster prospecting, stronger pipeline creation, and more meaningful sales conversations that convert at a higher rate.

Effortless Prospecting with Powerful Filters and right Data

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo Sales is how easy it makes it to find the right companies and contacts. The filters are solid, the data is organized well, and it helps speed up the early part of prospecting. It’s nice being able to quickly pull lists, check org charts, and get a general idea of who you should be talking to without jumping between a bunch of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times. There are tons of features, tabs, and options, and it takes a while to figure out what you actually need versus what just gets in the way. It’s also pretty heavy on the upsells, and some of the best features are locked behind extra add-ons, which can get annoying. Overall it works, but it definitely isn’t the most streamlined or simple tool to use day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps cut down the time it takes to figure out who I should be reaching out to. Instead of digging around online or guessing who the right contact is, I can quickly pull a list, see company info, and get a general picture of the org.

Helps me source new/relevant contacts into salesforce

It's not always accurate/up to date. Sometime the contacts are retired, wrong phone number or have the same name as desired contact or work for company with similar name.

It's helping me find new leads to reach out to and prospect

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for providing accurate information, which has helped us increase the number of meetings booked. The accurate contacts information allows us to be more precise in targeting and has been a game changer for us. I find that everything is available in one place, which makes it the best platform for lead enrichment, lead generation, and lead information. The extension is a top favorite because when I'm on LinkedIn, I can get live information such as email, phone number, office number, headquarters, and more. It's amazing for getting full organizational information from websites. The advanced search tool is also fantastic, letting me narrow down searches by title, company, and industry to exactly what I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more clarity on how the intent data works. We receive a lot of intent mentions, but I just need a little bit more of an explanation on how the intent data actually works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for accurate contact information, improving SDR outreach with good numbers, leading to more booked meetings. It helps target decision-makers effectively and provides full organizational insights, impacting my team and company positively.

Streamlines Lead Management, But Needs Better AI Integration

What do you like best about the product?
It ease the process of the sales by providing lead score, lead handling so that team can easily manage the leads which helps in more deal closures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other AI based platforms is not that efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier facing issue with lead management which is easy on ZoomInfo as it give us lead scoring, lead engagement and leads activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to contact information for decision makers and influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to mention, but I find the tool extremely easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Zoominfo, it was much harder for me to identify decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very helpful to find sales contacts, info about executives at different companies, emails, phone numbers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, some smaller companies were not registered in their database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would give me direct access to a company's C-Suite info, employee info, emails, phone numbers, and would also teach me about what the company was doing in the news and info on the industry. I also enjoyed having it suggest other companies in the same industry, so I could branch out and get other companies in my pool of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides accurate contact information for LinkedIn profiles, which is very useful for data collection and lead generation purposes.
easy of integration, Implementation, ease of use , 24*7 customer support and higher usecase frequency
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few instances where it provides just the email information and not the full contact details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced difficulties connecting with my target prospects.

Accurate Contacts and Seamless CRM Integration, Minor Data Inaccuracies

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps me find the best contacts to reach out to for my sales organization. Emails and phone numbers are almost always spot on, along with current and previous jobs for the contact. The ability to transfer a contact over to my CRM with all their information saves hours of time as opposed to copy and pasting every piece of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while there will be an incorrect cell phone number or an out-of-date contact. There are also times zoom doesn't integrate with my CRM to transfer contacts, but all of those instances are pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of recent the cell phone numbers have been much more accurate which is always helpful. Cell phone communication is essential for sales outreach in many cases.
