What do you like best about the product?
the amount of leads you can find there, you can reach out to a lot of people at once

that you can not export accounts ,some times the emails are not accurate

What do you like best about the product?
accuracy of the data, LinkedIn plugin, dashboard, research, advanced search and filter options, and a Continuously Updated B2B Database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing!! Little expensive in comparison to Apollo, Lusha, and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firts step of business development. Creating accurate B2B databse for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find the prospects from the Conpanies. It also helps you to track the decision maker and to get their contact details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the data accuracy is not there which leads to some errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I was facing trouble to find the right POC in the organization and track down the company's growth. Zoominfo provided me the best in built feature for this.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo sales has helped the sales team find the right contact details and details and reach out to the right prospects. The ease of using ZoomInfo is very easy. We use it everyday. The implementation and integration was very smooth and easy. Whenever we faced any issue the customer service team always helped us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its very helpful and time saving for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to find the right data rather than sitting and finding them manually which is not always right. This not only saves time but also makes my outreach more targeted, leading to better response rates and a stronger sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can easily look for leads if you search on any website and import the lead to zoho.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data may not be up to date.

Generation of leads in a faster way. Identify titles and get direct contact with decision makers.

No downsides as such. Not all information is updated and need to refer Linkedin Sales Navigator also.

Reliable Prospecting Tool with Accurate Data

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales makes finding the right prospects so much easier. The contact database is detailed and often more accurate than other tools, i have tried. I like the filtering options and you can get really specific with the industry, job title, and company size. The Chrome extension is also a nice touch for quick lookups while browsing LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes smaller company details aren't as complete as I had like, but for mid to large businesses the data is usually spot on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us cut down on research time and focus more on outreach. we have been able to build targeted lists In minutes instead of hours, and its improved our responses rate because we're contacting the right people from the start.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has great features! The information available as proved to be of use to our hotel teams. It easily integrates with SalesForce which makes linking new accounts and contacts a breeze. I haven't needed customer support, but I would assume that they would be able to assist with anything I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some might find this helpful, I dislike the update that it shows recommended contacts first instead of the default buying group our company has selected. A lot of times, the recommended contacts are not people who we would benefit from contacting. Would like to see the old way returned to the account homepage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is taking a lot of the leg work of prospecting for our sales teams and therefore that is giving them more time to focus on outside sales efforts and truly building relationships with their clients.

Accuracy and Efficiency in Lead Enrichment

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different filters, and the platform itself is pretty self-explanatory. I think it could be a little more user-friendly, but overall, you understand it. As soon as you go to the sales screen, you understand it pretty easily. I like how we can filter and search by things in bulk, like titles and ZIP codes, among other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if this is an issue, but I would like to know if I could upload a list of leads that I only have companies' names and websites and then get it enriched. I don't know what's the process. The other thing is I would like to keep track of the leads that I have exported or downloaded from ZoomInfo. Like, just a check mark or a filter of already leads already exported or something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for lead enrichment and gathering leads. It solves the problem of incorrect information from other sources with more accurate data and good intent data, improving targeting for cold call outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
All the new features are quite useful, the intent, scoops, and the recent one, the ZoomInfo Copilot feature, is quite helpful to start the conversation with any prospects or within in targeted account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not getting enough data for the APAC region. However, it is sufficient for now.

Looking forward to additional data for these regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in right prospecting for any specific geography, and we can apply filters as per our need.
