Essential to my job

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality that I love the most is uploading a list of companies and being able to pull contacts and contact info to export. Without this feature, I would struggle with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to upload a large list of zip codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to quickly pull a list of contacts from companies in my territory. It gives me what I need to start prospecting. I can target different contacts for different products.

What do you like best about the product?
The browser extension streamlines the extraction of contacts directly from LinkedIn. Integrating with CRM helps in maintaining and tracking the lead lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is prohibited to use the same login credentials on two different devices simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
The standout feature of ZoomInfo is the data quality; I wouldn't claim it's perfect, but it surpasses other tools by a considerable margin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is extremely poor, with a lack of responsiveness and communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily utilize it for lead generation purposes. This helps me identify and acquire potential leads more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about this tool is, I work for Axis Bank in Corporate Sales division in order to reach out prospect i use this tool for Lead generation eg: Contact info and email. I am amaze with the accuracy of data and availability of data company wise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For me everything is good about this tool and I don't find anything as of now to dislike about.

What do you like best about the product?
The new feature that shows more likely to engage is very helpful. Finding leads or contact person is easier
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when you are searching company it does not shows any recommendation but available in D&B. Some of the contact details are not updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When maeketing forwarded a content syndication lead you can easlily find alternative contact person, scoops and news about the company

What do you like best about the product?
I get so much visibility into find the right prospect at the right level in the right company - instead of beating around the bush and spending too much time on Linkedin & Google. More time to actually sell!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so robust that it makes it hard to utilize all of the tools - I can't fight the feeling that there's an easier/better way to do things. But even so, there's a place to find help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prospectign issue of not being able to get in touch with the person I need to at a company. Or the team of people for that matter.
