Lead generation has been greatly simplified.
What do you like best about the product?
The most notable aspects of ZoomInfo's sales operating system are its capabilities in account identification, account insights, lead generation, and data quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least beneficial feature is the integration of forms and social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is addressing challenges related to account identification, lead generation, email campaigns, and cold calling, which in turn is proving to be advantageous for me.
Easy, practical, and fast!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is at your finger tips to have a warm lead and speaking to the right people. No more just calling in asking who would be the right person to speak with about our services. Easy to use and navigate through SalesOS and the customer support has been outstanding to superior compared to other software systems we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really say there is something I dislike about SalesOS because I appreciate how focused the system is on getting you the best results to close a deal. If I had to pick one it would be allowing our team to see who has already looked up a company and upload their information, maybe it would change to a different color instead of making tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the companies who could use our services at the right time. Knowing who to speak with and knowing is this person will be more apt to open an email or answer a phone call via cell phone or company phone.
Best datatbase ever for searching for prospect info!
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best is the ability to search by individual name, company name, or however i choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to Zoom, it's awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides the ability to not find the appropriate contact but their phone # and emall address as well as recent stories about the company and or individual.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a long time user and fan of ZoomInfo. I've utilized it as a Sales Rep and a Manager/Admin and I find it easy to use, intuitive and very thorough. The fact that the data is verified makes a world of difference when prospecting for new logo's. There's a great depth of data that makes it easier and faster to research companies and dial into your targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its broad capabilities, it can take a while for Sales Reps to get fully up to speed on how to use the tool properly. The training and resources, however, are many and varied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time we used to spend finding companies and contacts, verifying them and importing into our CRM has been shortenedby about 80%. We're much more efficient in our lead handling process.
Using this tool since 2022, I highly recommend it for lead generation.

The process includes lead generation, ensuring the accuracy of data, making data available, verifying email addresses, enriching leads, and providing insights into accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact stage doesn't update automatically; you need to adjust it manually.

Absolutely worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
I trialed three other competitors and get the best results with zoominfo, hands down! More contacts with most accurate email, phone, title and location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I do miss the lookalike companies and links in the older version better where three were shown (lower left) when you search on a company. This feature is now performed under 'lists'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps temendously in sales hunting in finding the right contacts (title, location) as well as finding similar companies within those industries. Prior to zoominfo, this was a much longer process.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides high-quality data like Email, Phone numbers, and other detail. when we compare it to other tools zoominfo has a wide range of industry data. if we use zoominfo we don't want to use any other email verification tools bcoz the quality of the email status zoominfo has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing such as it being an amazing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zoominfo for outbound purposes. Zoominfo provides hight quality phone numbers and emails. now we are getting a hight rate of connecting calls and a high rating of email open rate.
Best platform for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoominfo is that it gives inside structure and organization in companies. They are also connected very well to other CRM so exporting companies and contacts are extremely convient, it saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is expired but still is the best platform I have used for Sales. There are times were the LinkedIn contact connections but if you look up the name of the contact you can still find it. Its just not directly linked to LinkedIn sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my go to platform to look up contact information for people you want to reach out to. Some of the phone numbers are out of date but the emails have been perfect for almost every contact.
ZoomInfo provides probably the best contact data in the industry -- but much more than just that

I tremendously value ZoomInfo's ability to search through Websights to understand who's looking for information about my company

We haven't built out the intent piece, yet, and I'd love to see that help us even further.

How to organize my territory and where to find key contacts.
The new update is perfect.
What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most is the advanced search. It is now fast to load firm and contacts information. Also easy to export large amount of data.

I don't see any downside for now because so far I am satisfied with what zoominfo is right now.

In my line of work email address (business) and job title is very important.
