What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to get someone specific or also look at an account broadly. In my line of work, it could be multiple departments that handle what I need to discuss. The ability to jump around from finance to HR, to legal is incredibly helpful and a HUGE Like!

The other aspect is the reliability and continuous proven success of zoom I like very much!

Finally, I truly like the ability to quickly find something specific or just as easily broadly search the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the competitors to zoom have a bit more content when it comes to buy intent as well as finding the "correct" phone number when the one on file turns out to be incorrect. One of the other dislikes is the inability to have a "true live human" go after specific info for you that you can't find or don't have in the system currently. Some of the competitors offer that and it is very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the ability to find a specif grouping of target prospect companies and individuals within those companies quickly and across the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding contact information for prospects. It is beneficial to find missing phone numbers or additional emails that would be otherwise tough to find on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about! The service is very helpful in my day-to-day work which involves a lot of prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been finding contact info for prospects and saving a ton of time doing so. This gives me more time for outreach during the day.

What do you like best about the product?
- I like the export functionality. I like being able to save a ton of time prospecting by just pulling the information on ZoomInfo.
- Generally use to get contacts and export it to SF, then do further prospecting.
- Especially useful when targeting new Verticals or accounts that my company has not already reached out to or purified
- I like the filter function, where it's well thought out with what I'm trying to filter and sort. For example, I like being able to filter down to whoever has email or the company's size.
- To add to the filter function, it is nice having to filter contacts based on the department (HR, IT, etc)
- ZoomInfo is very user-friendly, I generally know where to go and use it even when first starting to use the Database
- I appreciate the job hierarchy, which shows me the general structure for the organization and who is in charge/who works under who
What do you dislike about the product?
- At times, POC positions are inaccurate or not up to date
- Wish it had more contacts for Restaurants and Restaurant management groups (emails particularly)
- It would be cool having a list of companies I can add to prospect and purify
- Not too many dislikes with ZoomInfo, I think it is extremely useful for prospecting and figuring out who to reach out to

- Save time on prospecting and purifying accounts I am assigned

What do you like best about the product?
They have a ton of info, and it's effortless to navigate! In addition to that I feel like they have a surprising amount of information about smaller companies and their teams that you would not expect in a database such as ZoomInfo! Great stuff guys!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to re-login every day. Also, searching within specific fields and custom lists could be a little easier. Currently, I feel like I have to narrow down my search results manually before targetting a particular person. Also, I do see that occasionally there are some connectivity issues. These are not very common, but they do happen sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me get to the right person every time! In addition to that, their data is very accurate! I have realized a lot of time savings.

Product is good - certification was a nightmare

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is relatively easy to use - intent features are great. Customizing searches is pretty easy. Exporting to CRM is easy. There are multiple videos and a good knowledge center to help you learn. I also enjoy the scoops feature in the product as It helps me understand what is going on in the industries that I track. Having the ability to hand-select contacts that have a contact reliability score is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certification coursework is designed by someone who doesn't understand the needs of most users. Test questions that have multiple useless answers. Questions that relate to features that I will not use are a part of the certifiation process and required way to much guesswork. Misspellings of certain answers and even one answer that was right that is marked as wrong. This needs to be fixed. I don't like the way engage handles mutiple user streams. It is a bit clunky. One of the ways I tested this was to look up friends in industries I was once a part of and several times it was wrong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just learned the software - but the benefits of understanding potential customer intent is fantastic. Easy access to CRM tasks with engage also helps tremendously. This will help me find the best customers quickly because it is so much more in depth than doing Google Searches or doing searches through public databases at the library which is what I did in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend a lot of time learning the interface and ask a lot of "why" questions to ensure you get the answers that you need. Sometimes things you see in the videos and online training do not make sense until you ask those questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info has a large and up to date database that is thoroughly researched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced searches can sometimes become very complicated, particularly when researching large corporations with multiple sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info allows us to not only search for new business, but verify contact details about current customers in our CRM. It also allows us to export leads and contacts directly into SF to the appropriate account.

What do you like best about the product?
the extensive data base and how you can fast copy the data, the search options are great too
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not up to date with other information; for example LinkedIn, also some companies are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm mainly looking for emails and phone numbers; I really like the company overview.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can totally recommend it if you are looking for business people for whatever reason.

Great service for prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows me to quickly gather direct contact information for decision-makers or likely leads within my target customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be a bit slow to load at times, but the wait is well worth it with how much time it shaves off my information-gathering phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to quickly see if someone else in my organization is prospecting into an account through the salesforce integration in the browser attachment. Zoominfo also enables me to contact more prospects at once with a reasonably high rate of confidence that these prospects are the right people.

I like the ability to dig down into any account at the level I want to dig into.

I wish I could have more than 1000 names exported per month.
