Very simple and straight forward easy to use UI.

Simplicity and Filters Pretty straightforward UI, not much learning curve!

ZoomInfo does the research for me that I could do on my own, but I don't have time for and don't get paid for.

It's a complicated tool and resource, and it really takes a time commitment to learn how to use it to its fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me target the right person at the right time- it gives insight into the path to the decision maker and it gives insight into what is currently on their mind.

The leads and account management are good in Zoominfo with a clear UX design

Some contacts are outdated, and some leads don't have proper email id and information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire sales process begins with Zoominfo contacts, and it's solving lead management and assignment issues in our organization; and this is one of the trustable sources to reach out to prospect

Alot going on in each window can be a little overwhelming for new users. New users can get discouraged when they dont know how to use everything

Getting in touch with decision-makers easily is the best thing that iI have ever had. Having access to peoples cell phones was always tricky but Zoom helps that out tremendously

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy and availability of useful data - in addition to contact information, Intent and Websights features provide powerful information to act on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike at this point.

We are able to identify and contact decision makers quicker than before. We are saving our salespeople time by using ZoomInfo.
Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The contacts are usually accurate. Salesforce integration works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mexico database is not as robust as the US market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of finding contacts within targeted accounts.
Zoom Info is one of the best Sales Platforms I have used- The data is VERY Accurate.
What do you like best about the product?
It has almost all the Emails and Direct Dials I need when searching a prospect. Zoom is my go to place for when I need to find more information. It is also nice that it can show you technologies and attributes the company and employee level are using. The Intent Data Platform is also very nice because it helps show you exactly what your customers or prospects are looking at/ for right in front of your eyes. My other favortie thing about Zoom is that is Connects right into our Hubspot platform and I can add and download contacts or infromation with just a click of a botton. It is so convient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have all the information I need on some of the smaller companies. Sometimes when I am looking for a certain contact.. the email or Direct dial is missing.. it doesnt happen often but when it does I get sad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information - Zoom does a really good job of helping me find accurate contact information. Zoom also shows me exactly what kind of Intent Data companies and prospects and looking at. So, I can look up what type of intent matches my company and then find that information with a click of a botton. The Technologies and attributes sections is also very nice for research.

If you are looking for accurate Contact/Prospect Data... Zoom is the first place to look.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact information for direct phone calls. A true treat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes the leads' contact information (job title, company) does not match Linkedin and can be old or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly accurate contact information on leads'. Easier to import a higher quantity of leads' to Salesforce. Inside scoops and tech on companies for prospecting purposes.
Great tool for lead generation & data enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
Most companies are listed with relveant contact information and is updated if positions get changed. Easy to use tool for building out company and target lists. Very user friendly platform, have had no issues building lists, searching for a company or prospect. I like how you can customize what data is pulled off of ZoomInfo when doing an export. This has saved me numerous hours of work once I had all my settings correct. Also exporting individual contacts is super easy all it takes is one click once you get to their profile page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find the buyer in bigger organizations, or the person who is actively researchign new tools. With many people working remotely, it's been difficult using their office or direct line to get a hold of them and I've had numerous people get upset when I call their cellphone so it's more of an industry issue. I think some of the technology that is listed under companies is outdated. We sell software that pairs well with certain ERP systems and I've called numerous accounts that had a specific ERP listed but I was told they switched off of it years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my account executives pull new prospects to build out company hierarchies. Update existing accounts and contacts with data enrichments. With weekly intent emails, it's been easy to find potential candidates that are actively looking at similar software tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the first time I've been in a business development role, and this tool has made my job easier. Plenty of updated data and contacts even at smaller organizations; you should be able to find specific contacts at any business (unless they are super small).
Go-to tool for SDRs/BDRs
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data primarily phone numbers and emails is what keeps us tied to this tool. My entire organization uses it for their day-to-day sales activities and getting accurate insights into prospect profiles without taking any effort as they find all info in one place and helps them get away from signing in to different web pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has not been able to impress me is its user interface. I understand there are too much information and topics that are useful but that looks cluttered. A new user will take some time to adopt it if not familiar with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't provide only the accurate contact details of the person in an organization but also provides granular info about the organization too like org. chart with departmental views, financials, and also the market news. There is no beter1-stop shop than Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As Zoominfo has a data enrichment option, it's great for getting accurate information for certain accounts and also personal info. It's easy to use once you get familiar with it and helps you with quality data.
