Zoominfo has a variety of company information, easy access, great categorizations of verticals
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best are the vertical selections/filters as well as the options for how you order results shown.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better mobile app and map view: a way to see business around your location on a map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding qualified more people in a business to talk with and more accuracy with Emails/Phone numbers. Finding businesses not always shown on other lead generators.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a staple in my sales toolkit. I sell to mid-large Enterprise organizations and couldn't do my job effectively without it. It's honestly a must-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that I dislike about the platform. Just make sure to keep building integrations with some of the outreach tools on the market. The landscape continues to evolve, and sales professionals are always looking for ways to automate their tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be challenging to find the right contacts and have something relevant to use as a reason to reach out. Zoominfo provides insights into current news and internal organization changes so that you don't have to browse the internet forever. Saves me a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The product searches intuitively. Type in Business name or contact and Zoom will take you to the correct record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Headcount factors in any employee who ever worked at an organization so, these figures are often bloated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the title and email address of whom I want to contact has never been easier. I have realized that I can prospect faster and more accurately than I ever have before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need the final and perhaps most important bit of data before making a prospecting call? Zoom usually has it and gives it to you fast. You'll build better lists and, in turn, will be able to prospect more.
I have gotten several great contacts on ZoomInfo that have led to meaningful conversations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like user-friendliness the most, it is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I don't know what to do when I do get the wrong number or email every once in a while.

I am getting access to more important accounts and contacts that I could not get elsewhere.

It is a great tool that you cannot get anywhere else in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo continues to prove more effective than competitors with updated information. I love that they offer personal cell phone and email info as well. The lists are usually sorted by most senior people first. The ability to fully customize your search is amazing. I like that you can sort the data by most recently updated as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo still has a long way to go in getting company information, even from large companies. I also have found that there is certain search criteria that are still missing. For example, there are occasions where I would like to exclude specific criteria like company name. I have also noticed that some of the company information can be outdated. For example, I have done a simple google search of net revenue in a given year and it can be millions off from what I see in Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automate many functions of recruiting. You can do sales and recruiting with it. ZoomInfo makes it easy to find companies that you weren't familiar with. I am able to export information to CSV file and then quickly compile a list to call or email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Chrome plug in is great as well as I can simply go to my target companies website, and their executive information is available right in the plug in. Saves us significant time in the selling process. Company firmographics are useful as well and save research time and create authenticity when calling into accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the tool - it's the best for contact data! The quality is definitely top knotch - especially for finding mobile phone numbers for prospecting, even for SMB accounts. Very useful for firmographic data as well. I often use it simultaneously with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to grab contact data while researching leads. Useful integrations with Salesforce as well to add contacts at scale. The research is also super responsive to updating contact/account info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy - there frequently seems to be issues with the site going down or needing to be refreshed, that impede progress. There are also limitations capturing data from international contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data and contact quality, sales prospecting at scale, account intelligence (firmographic data, market intelligence and company news, even intent data in the form of "scoops." Easily building lists and seamlessly exporting to Salesforce.
Overall very useful and easy to use.

Intent, exporting, Scoops, and my personalized feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting intent, some features don't show on the excel. I'd like to see not only the Score but also the Audience Strength and Signal Count.

It's another way of getting direct numbers and emails. Benefits: intent signals, technologies, org charts.
Have used ZoomInfo from my first SDR role to my current role as Director of Sales; invaluable tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to get someone specific or also look at an account broadly. In my line of work, it could be multiple departments that handle what I need to discuss. The ability to jump around from finance to HR, to legal is incredibly helpful and a HUGE Like!
The other aspect is the reliability and continuous proven success of zoom I like very much!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the competitors to zoom have a bit more content when it comes to buy intent as well as finding the "correct" phone number when the one on file turns out to be incorrect. One of the other dislikes is the inability to have a "true live human" go after specific info for you that you can't find or don't have in the system currently. Some of the competitors offer that and it is very helpful!

Solving the ability to find a specif grouping of target prospect companies and individuals within those companies quickly and across the country.

Not much to complain about! The service is very helpful in my day-to-day work which involves a lot of prospecting.

I have been finding contact info for prospects and saving a ton of time doing so. This gives me more time for outreach during the day.
