I am very impressed and there's a lot to engage with

What do you like best about the product?
- Great Data; data is pretty accurate and comprehensive. More and better than I have seen in other platforms.
- ReachOut is convenient and can export to CRM.
- Training offered by ZoomInfo is beneficial and helped me learn how to improve my use of the platform.
- WebSights shows website visitors which is helpful to see if any organizations have visited the website and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I am not sure the Intent is super accurate. I reached out to organizations that Zoominfo identified as looking at our particular service and was unsuccessful at finding contacts that said they were looking for our service.
- Sometimes, searching can be confusing. Recent searches, saved searches, and lists are confusing as well. The platform could do a better job of keeping a history of which companies and contacts I have looked up.
- When using the OrgChart, if you click on someone and then click back in the browser, your search is reset, so if you had dug into the organization, you would have to start all over.
- Sometimes, it can take a few seconds to load, but I would say this is acceptable with millions of records on a cloud service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Improved ability to reach targeted prospects. It is very easy to find people using the search options.
- Improved sales skills. I have gone through some of the training and improved how I use the platform and my personal sales skills.
- I like being able to search a few terms and then make that into a list.
- It works well to use Zoominfo and LinkedIn to cross reference information.
- Scoops is helpful to create some talking points and keep up with trends and corporate news.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial, and do a free trial of other platforms as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to look at data several different ways - on the dashcoard, as part of a list or part of a tagged group, or on the actual company page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot fo moving parts, and getting used to all the bells and whistels takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving some significant data hygiene problems, as well as giving our inside team the ability to prioritize based on intent and company intel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is an excellent set of data tools to enable your sales and marketing teams to have correct and actionable data.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that there will be times where the prospect you are looking for within a company is not listed on Zoominfo.

Zoominfo has great capabilities

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the capabilities- the ability to see intents, and pull contacts and info
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits system, they should just get rid of that. Also, sometimes the lists end up having too many irrelevant contacts, so it would help if they could come up with more efficient ways to filter them out. Also I have not found my account exec/customer success to be the most responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am conducting cold outreach to spread product awareness and get more sales with Zoominfo. It's been great to realize the benefit of Intents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try using the inights and contact/company tagging features

ZoomInfo is the Secret Sauce for Sales

  • April 07, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Intent feature is great at giving a head's up as to what the pain points are at organizations I am targeting, so I can be timely and reach them with a targeted in reaching out. I also like that the product has phone numbers and work email versus LinkedIn which only has personal emails. I also like the App that let's you link from LinkedIn to pull them into ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contacts have not been updated and I have to inform them of a departure etc. Feel like they are often trying to upsell to newest feature, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying prospects to build and expand our database. Targeting potential clients who I may not have been aware of by using intent to see when they have a need for our services.

What do you like best about the product?
Websights, Scoops, and Intent. The new Intent signal locations are a great add-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Contacts provided are not the best. I can much easier find better contacts on LinkedIn's SalesNav.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website visits, and finding clients to reach out to who are hitting out Signals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask questions to their staff. They are incredibly helpful and quick to respond.
