Great source of Information
What do you like best about the product?
lots of good data, integrates well with SF

nothing so far, pretty solid app, use it often

finding "like" contacts/similar companies, org charts are helpful too. easier to target the right client
Zoominfo - key to our success
What do you like best about the product?
I think Zoom info has been key to our success as a sales organization at DocuSign. We use it to identify decision-makers at companies, identify new companies, and identify integration potential with a companies current software. I use the tool every day in my role as a BDR and find it one of the most important tools at my disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy can be iffy on the contact info for some companies, and the info isn't always up to date. Also, mid market and SMB companies tend to have limited info which makes it a better tool for up market sales teams. Although it is still effective for lower market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of identifying contacts at a company to reach out to. We have been able to target our outreach to the appropriate contacts thus cutting down prospecting time but upwards of 80%.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very good tool for a sales organization and highly recommend it.

Not being able to pull companies that have multiple locations. Some mid-market companies not listed.

The ability to search by keyword for titles and departments; one-touch connection to CRM; Chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
No list is perfect, and Zoominfo isn't either--sometimes people have already moved on to other positions, but that is to be expected.

Finding HR workers with specific roles. Identifying lower hanging fruit.
Zoominfo - useful tool for maintaining healthy data
What do you like best about the product?
Great for adding contacts to existing accounts. Very easy to train our new employees on the main use case for our business (adding contacts to existing contacts/opportunities) through the chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data for private companies is a bit inaccurate - which is to be expected...
In addition, scoops seems to only be useful for very large companies - still need to explore more here though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefit is enriching contact data. Also helps prospecting for the super-user. This means that we can go in with target account profiles and add them to our database easily and further vet them from there.
Zoom Info helps me reach the people I need to wherever they are.

The direct line phone numbers and business emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information can be spotty sometimes, especially for the smaller market firms.

I am solving the problem of not having up-to-date contact information and hard to get contact information.

If you're trying to get business emails and direct lines, this is the product for you.

The intent feature has allowed us to see what other companies are looking for which should help our sales team prospect more efficiently. I think it will be a great tool to help us save time on finding new customers to market and sell too.

Per seat pricing.

The information is not as up to date as I wish it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo gives me emails of prospects that I do not have. It helps me get in contact with them and has provided my organization with means to make deals. It is extremely complete and helps me get information needed about a hospital or health system before we meet with them, so we can better serve them and make the most of our meeting.

Learn the capabilities - there are so many things to learn about it that can help you!
ZoomInfo is a great asset to Sales Operations for Leads, Data Accuracy, and Industry Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The top three things I love about Zoominfo: the OnDemand learning to get trained up on how to best utilize the tool, the pop-up reminders about upcoming courses are also very helpful. I really like the integration to my CRM makes data transfer seemless, and the Org chart with intent help me provide quality leads to my Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better quality data for China, well really all APAC customers so I could funnel more leads to my Sales team overseas. I also wish we could have more than 6 topics on Intent and be able to shuffle my "intent topics" on my own without having to contact Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to easily import the business address for our customers headquarters address which makes using our Quote and Order tools more efficient. We've also been able to identify new target customers using the "customers similar to" feature. When my salesmen are hunting for new accounts, the new feature that shows if that account is already assigned to someone can save them time to see if the account is already being serviced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend others who are considering ZoomInfo to take the time to learn all the functionality the tool can offer. As there is a lot of content consider scheduling the learning time upfront.

The ability to find contacts and information fast and being able to bulk upload them into SFDC

There is no direct connector to outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of not being able to fin peoples contacts or spending time looking on various sites. With ZoomInfo I can see whether that information is available or not so I don't waste my time
