Pretty Seamless and good Support
What do you like best about the product?
ZI Chrome Extension: The simpicity, my BDR uses the Chrome Extension to source and export contacts straight to our CRM while prospecting on LinkedIn SalesNav. They don't need to pivot / learn a brand new tool. All the contact info and Account details live right on the pop out. Easy Implementation, Fast Support, Flexible pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself can be a bit difficult to manage with multiple features from Workflows, Websights, formcomplete etc. Nice to have everything in one place, but things can often seem crowded. Aldo Advanced searches can be a nightmare at times. I aways struggle to filter out Org Exported Contacts/ Accounts. The SFDC Icon is always glitchy on searches and duplicates always exist no matter what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves both Account and Contact Aquisition / Enrichment. (EMEA Data is not as good as US data)
Workflows are neat. Formcomplete is a nice to have feature. We are working on leverginging Websights and Intent to replace 6sense now.

Very solid tool for prospecting and data enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has solid data coverage across many of the industries that we cover. It can automatically keep our Salesforce updated with the latest information. The new Copilot functionality makes it easier than ever for our reps to access data and it helps aggregate and surface important signals to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional data quality issues that pop up, to be expected with a tool like this that operates at scale. We had a few hiccups in implementing the new copilot functionality but our service team at Zoominfo helped navigate through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping us understand our market and improve our sales motion by providing updated information about companies and contacts in our target market.
One of the best platforms I have used for getting accurate data on prospects & customers
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, the UI is self explanatory, their customer service team is on top of any issues your account might have and their ability to update data in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive platform but coming from an enterprise company we are looking at how much time it saves our reps, accuracy of data over the pricing point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with the most upto date data, data accuracy, updating our CRM records, helping sales team prospect, get eyes on intent data.

It gives me access to information in half the time it would have taken going more traditional routes. Super easy to use, super easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is outdated are incorrect, there will be multiple lists themes for one role at a company, and a few of them will be people that haven't worked for the company in years.

Helps us find the right contact person most of the team, so we don't have to go through in this cycles of calling, getting run around, and not getting information of the person we need to speak to

It helps me a lot in data gathering for my prospects like their emails, mobile numbers and other important information

Zoominfo provides accruate data of my prospects which benefits me in numerous ways like less bounced emails, more conversations with customers on phone etc

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integration bw hubspot and salesforce.

A+ contacts are not correct. sometimes the info and intent is not valid.

Its solving a big problem where an individual has to mine all the data throughout the internet to outreach for a person but with the help of zoominfo you will be able to search all the employees with just a company their contacts along with the their intent decision makers and best thing about zooominfo is the extention.

ZoomInfo Sales helps me find the right contacts by title, role, and company to create targeted campaigns. The AI writing tools are time saving as well!

It would be great to have a way to update contacts when I find them outdated.

I need government contacts which are hard to find on the web. ZoomInfo has most of the contact titles I need across federal and state/local governments.

The Information of the particular prospect which is regularly updated and accurate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am searchg for something for an example a person I don't get the linkedin link attach with the info or any professional refrence which could be easily done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there are two similar name of the business registerd and if search with domain zoominfo as per google comes on top that means the info is accurate and that saves lot of times.
Great Experience With ZoomInfo Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The integration and communication between ZoomInfo and our CRM, assist at saving time and effort. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The ease of use in setting up the feature as well as the support provided, only added to our positive exerience. This past year, entering a new verticle, the data that zoominfo provided was essential to being able to get to market in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality, retail, and large corporations in food/beverage. These are complex industries for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. By combining LinkedIn and Zoominfo we were able to overcome some of these barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In entering a new vertical, we did not have the long standing relationships. Zoominfo helped us break into the industry by giving us information to be able to reach out to the appropriate individuals as well as the background to be able to talk intelligently in the area.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used other business intel tools but my preference is ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo has the best contacts and industry intel!

Sometime challenging to navigate, but the info is there.
