Great Industry, Company and Leadership info
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily, it's a great resource for contact info, but I also use it to find competitors. I also like the updates on industry and company info, as well as the movement of senior leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is outdated and/or incomplete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ZoomInfo primarily to get contact info, but I also use it to find additional companies when using the Competitors area on a company. That has unearthed numerous companies I didn't have on my radar.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly get the correct contact information vs having to try a bunch of different emails or having direct numbers vs having to call front desk and be transferred to voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, you'll come across someone who has left an organization in the last month or two and has not been updated, but 90% of the time information is accurate and up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to close deals quickly once identifying the decision maker and being able to get to them more quickly than my competition.

What do you like best about the product?
The details and 'scoops' available. Revenue appears to be relatively accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
"People" and contacts seem to be the primary focus which is great for the salesteam. I work predominantly with 'lists' and the company view cannot be listed first. Also, I need to match exact companies and use DUNS numbers which ZI does not allow searches by DUNS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In many cases, the company revenues seems to be more available than other tools.
A great tool for database
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ZoomInfo for a very long time. The best thing that I like about it is the quality of data they have and the quantity of data they have. Being a sales guy I need to work on data and for better results, I need quality data, with the help of this tool I am able to fetch the right data for me with the great accuracy of business emails and direct phone numbers. Hence I like this the most about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the mobile app of ZoomInfo, Mobile app's user interface is not so good, I am only able to use the mobile app for contact search only but If I need to work on advance filter I have to jump on the web app. Hence I dislike the mobile app of ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zooominfo is solving a lot of problems for me. I need quality as well as quantity data for new business development and with the help of ZoomInfo only I am able to do it. It provides data, information, scoops, and intent for particular accounts and contacs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Zoominfo to all the other prospective sales customer who is looking for high-quality data to do new business development.

Zoominfo is helping us find emails for contacts and this is good for reaching out with marketing material.
Depth of data, presentation of data, both good. A few bugs but workable.

Ease of accessing the available data and typical number of contacts available.

Similarly named entities have had a few issues having intermixed data. Need to rely on external data sources (LinkedIn, company website, etc.) to verify contact and company information.

There are a few integration features for Salesforce I'd like to see but it's clear they are investing here

Increased productivity as we are better able to qualify deals in/out of the sales process

It has to be one of the top three you look at. Frankly, it should be used to set the bar. That will make your decision easy!
Great way to do prospective with quality database
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best database platform ever. The best thing that I like about it is the advance filter in which I am able to filter out the data according to the geography, technology stack, job role and a lot more options are there. So yes I like the advance filter the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that I dislike about this tool is the price. The price of ZoomInfo is very high compared to the other tools available in the market, but on the other hand, I can say that it is worth spending on it. So yes, I can say that price is the only thing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving problems of the database from a sales and marketing perspective. I am able to find out the right prospect with the right email and mobile number for business development, so yes this is the problem I am solving with the help of this tool.

From my side, it is 100% recommendable for anyone out there who is looking for such a solution. A big yes from the side.

The company scoops and new additions to companies are great. Easy to see technologies and company hierarchies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is outdated, but overall pretty good.

Prospecting for new clients is a problem I'm solving. The benefits are getting new ways to contact have relevant messaging to prospects.
