Great way to get numbers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can find phone numbers, both business and personal, for your prospects. If I have a number and an email, my odds of connecting with prospects goes way up. Also, l like how you can bulk upload prospects into salesforce. Zoom info automates a lot of my prospecting. The biggest problem a sales rep faces is manual labor. If there is a way to automate away the manual labor so you can spend more time selling that is a win. Zoom info takes away the manual one-off email flow and allows you to be both targeted and specific as well as time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were numbers for every prospect, but Im living in dreamland to expect any software to have that. I do wish the user interface was a little simpler, and I have not quite figured out how to search for specific names at a company, like you can do it Sales Navigator. I wish there was a search bar so I could type in an employee's last name and have it pop up. Usually I have to scroll through all the employees alphabetically and this takes more time than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im finding the correct information for the prospects i'm trying to reach. A sales rep can spin his/her wheels by working with incomplete data (i.e., incorrect phone numbers or email addresses, or even roles)

If you are a sales rep that wants to connect with more prospects, get zoom info.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo is the wide variety of company information it provides as well as the number of search tools to make an accurate boolean search.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some people that are in the company that have not been updated or uploaded in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contact to reach out to when no one will provide the information or if that information is not found in other websites.

What do you like best about the product?
The information and insights that it gathers are totally worth the investment. ZoomInfo has saved us so much time, money, and resources. It is easy to work with and gather the right contact information so when I call prospects I have the right information and don't look like a goof on the phone. I like how ZoomInfo integrates with Gmail when logging in and with SalesForce so I can transfer the data straight into it. I have enjoyed using it and will continue to benefit from it as our company uses it. The other aspect of ZoomInfo that I like are the insights about each company. They are very helpful and give me ammo going into meetings. Thanks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts ZoomInfo pulls are not correct and haven't been at the company for years. At times the numbers and emails are incorrect :( WHen I port in the contact information it doesn't port the cell number over it only ports the company main number. That can be a big headache at times. I am finding that it happens more often than not nowadays. If you could fix that it would be great. Sometimes it feels like the insights about each company is not only incorrect but way off for some reason. For example, the revenue the company pulls in.

Not having the accurate contact info / I save a lot of time and resources with ZoomInfo

No form to submit for updated and/or new contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying new leads within existing accounts has gotten easier with ZI.
Saved Search updates weekly are convenient as well.

I use it to get contact info on prospects and see org layouts for companies.
What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of the contact information is by far the most valuable. I also enjoy the org view of companies which helps expedite the prospecting prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not reliable, where you call a mobile number and it is not the prospect it says it's for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact information for accounts prospects that we have trouble contacting as well as prospects in the deal cycle that have gone dark.
ZoomInfo has the most up to date organizational charts and contact data I've found to date

Organizational charts are up to date and contact information is often very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't 100% yet. It's about 88% accurate, which is very close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to know who to call with what you're selling. ZoomInfo solves for that.

The best part of Zoominfo is the data that's been collected and rating it's viability.

There are some mistakes in some of the data that can make your sales team look unprepared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to create better customized target lists.
Zoom Helps Fill the Gaps
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom for the past 8 years and I always find I need more contact info and it usually provides it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the old UI, but I am getting used to the new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me build out account profiles and find new contacts. It has helped get contact info for account we are working with and ones we would like to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The intent alerts are great but I also just love being able to find additional contact within an organization. That is the primary reason I use this tool. Information and insights
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about zoom info is how long the list take to load and appear in my lists area. It would be better if they were available instantaneously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using zoom info has helped me solve alot of business problems like helping me identify what technologies and org is using, identfying who has left the company already and uncovering more potential sales opportunities

Give it a try, it is certainly worth the money and pays for itself rather quickly

What do you like best about the product?
finding out financial information and structure about any company and that you can divide and search by various factors. I have used this many times to get a list of all the companies in my working Region and filtered to either have a specific number of employees or have a specific amount of revenue. It is also really easy to export your data into a csv file, making the management really easy.
I was also able to connect my zoominfo to Salesforce, making it really easy to transfer information into salesforce, so it saved me a lot of time as I didn't have to do anything manually.

What do you dislike about the product?
the data for contacts is sometimes out of date and incorrect and not all companies are available. not all accounts are linked to a LinkedIn account which can be annoying but not the biggest worry.
The one thing I would like which is missing right now. Some way of tracking which accounts you have already previously exported into an Excel file, as I export accounts in my region but if I repeat the process a few months later, there is no indicator which shows the ones I have already exported.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding out company budgets and getting direct contact numbers and emails. it makes it much easier getting information on a specific company and makes the interaction much more beneficial and you get more information out of them, as you can target your conversation a little.
I personally schedule calls with leads from my accounts and knowing how much their budget is and who they report into, how many people there are in their team etc. is amazing value for me personally so I can drive the conversation into a specific direction. This also allows me to show them more suitable proposals.
