Great place to find contact details if you know the person you are looking for
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has contact information like mail IDs/Phone numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
The data and contacts are dated sometimes and not up-to date especially for India
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I look for contact details once I know the people that I am looking for. Incase I do not know who I am looking for, I find department-wise people in Zoom Info.
Very Reliable Direct Lines and Cells
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use. Love the fact that I can find people based on company and name. The org chart is very helpful. Whenever I'm stumped, I know that I can depend on ZoomInfo to have a better number for a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit slow or down, but usually if I refresh, it comes back up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding accurate contact numbers and email addresses. I love the fact that when I'm trying to contact someone, I know I can rely on Zoominfo to find it.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty comprehensive list of contacts, UI easy to understand, and runs reasonably fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering (especially for contacts) could use work, would like to see exclusive/ inclusive option for filters or at least a clearer way to do so. Going from googling contact name to zoominfo is difficult. Often have to retype name through another zoominfo window rather than just click the hyperlink from Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for new contacts in existing accounts. Searching for personal/ direct numbers for contacts, figuring out company hierarchy.
ZoomInfo - A Great Tool for Sales Leads / Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Google Add In- Quickly Get Info on the companies you're researching on the fly as you're researching them. It's extremely easy to launch and so much information is at your fingertips in real time while you're searching for sales leads, company background, revenue, organizational structure, size and scope of the companies your targeting for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I would say is that in order to fully utilize the ZoomInfo tools, it does take a little time to train up to fully take advantage of all the tools available to the user. Once you find out what you like best as far as info and researching the tools are at your fingertips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used the tool to learn more about the companies that were on my radar, the correct contacts and the org charts to know the principles. I've used the tool to obtain info on new customer prospects that had not been on my target list previously that I've found using the ZoomInfo tools.
Nothing else exists that does what Zoominfo does!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many fields and variations that one can use while searching. My favorite feature currently is the 'similar company' field. This is very helpful for finding other companies to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
about 10% of the companies that I search are not in Zoominfo and I wish they were! Also, there is some outdated info that I have found. As an example, I get bounce-back emails after reaching out because the individuals I reached out to, no longer work for the company.

I really like the intent emails that you can set up, however, I have not mastered how to set this up to get it to work perfectly. Once I do I think this will be a great way to generate really warm 'cold leads'

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very intuitive. Lots of great info as a sales person

Not much to dislike. The different features may get to be a little much

Getting in touch with customers I wouldn’t know about

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and gets you the information you need on your Prospects with 1 -2 clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high for a SMB - Would be great if they could provide lower price tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take over 35% of my time finding the right lead within a business whom I wish to approach. I have freed up this time to actually sell and close business.
Great Industry, Company and Leadership info
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily, it's a great resource for contact info, but I also use it to find competitors. I also like the updates on industry and company info, as well as the movement of senior leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is outdated and/or incomplete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ZoomInfo primarily to get contact info, but I also use it to find additional companies when using the Competitors area on a company. That has unearthed numerous companies I didn't have on my radar.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly get the correct contact information vs having to try a bunch of different emails or having direct numbers vs having to call front desk and be transferred to voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, you'll come across someone who has left an organization in the last month or two and has not been updated, but 90% of the time information is accurate and up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to close deals quickly once identifying the decision maker and being able to get to them more quickly than my competition.

What do you like best about the product?
The details and 'scoops' available. Revenue appears to be relatively accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
"People" and contacts seem to be the primary focus which is great for the salesteam. I work predominantly with 'lists' and the company view cannot be listed first. Also, I need to match exact companies and use DUNS numbers which ZI does not allow searches by DUNS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In many cases, the company revenues seems to be more available than other tools.
