Convenient and concise access to helpful information
What do you like best about the product?
The number of tools that give insight into a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is outdated information.

Gives great insight into the needs/interests of clients before mining for more.

What do you like best about the product?
Best-in-class for contact information. I especially like the org chart feature to help understand how a business functions internally. Saved searches are also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to differentiate people who are employed full time and people who are consultants. No ability to store notes, or connect notes from the CRM into ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find and contact people relevant to the work I do. It benefits me by being the most accurate source for information, and notifying me when people change roles.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to by-pass gate keepers and get in contact directly with CFO's and CEO's has been of tremendous help to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. Everything works to our advantage.

Getting in contact with the decision makers is a huge advantage.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about ZoomInfo is the chrome extension. It makes it easy while searching for new prospects on their site. Especially since I can filter who shows up by dept.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information on ZI is outdated. I've had some issues when sourcing from ZI, so I always double check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI makes it easy to find prospects information extremely quickly.

The ability to customize your search from industry to employees number, position, location and more

Some of the information is not up to date (Employees are no longer with the company)

ZoomInfo allows me to find contacts to go to market to and upload it to SalesForce in a very easy manner.

helps me find the contact info necessary to have a better chance of reaching customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Noticed some profiles don't match with LinkedIn pages linked to those, and it can be annoying how often you get logged off during the day if you don't use it for some time. Also, sometimes some info isn't up to date in terms of the HQ number would belong to the organization the individual worked previously at
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find the necessary contact information of potential customers and see if they're still even working at a certain place. Also helps me find other contacts to reach out to if the one I need is being unresponsive or isn't at that organization anymore.

I love being able to find information about contacts that I wouldn't be able to otherwise.

Sometimes contacts no longer work at the establishments, so having it updated more often would be better.

Being able to search for employees by position and department has been an incredible time saver in my prospecting process.

The price is a little steep but the information provided is invaluable,

I really like the usability of ZoomInfo and how fast it gives me the information I'm looking for. I also enjoy the search feature and the filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of ZoomInfo is that it's not always up to date. I have reached out to people who are no longer with the company.

ZoomInfo gives me phone numbers and emails of people that I am trying to do outreach with. It saves me a lot of time from digging on the internet for their info.
