A direct line to the decision maker
What do you like best about the product?
What truly sets Zoom Info apart from similar products is the depth and accuracy of the information they make available about what is happening right now within the company. The tool I am referring to is "Scoops". You will find information regarding expanding segments of a company's business, mergers/sales or acquisitions, new product lines, milestones, new locations etc. Zoom Info pulls from many publications and news outlets, making my job of staying up to date on what matters to my prospects incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I can spend much more time than planned when I log

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to determine the hierarchy within the organization of prospects and clients. It also helps me to show up informed about what is happening within a client's company or the industry that impacts which services could be most helpful in furthering their goals. Knowing who to talk to and what that party is most likely concerned with today is what is needed to ensure I am offering the correct product at the right time

What do you like best about the product?
The data so far seems to be very accurate and particularly helpful when trying to determine who the decision maker would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to reduce the number of monthly credits for some less-active users and increase the number of credits for others who are more "power users" (like myself.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very helpful in finding "hidden" markets for our distributors, especially in the manufacturing sector.
I use Zoom 2-3 times a week, it is a wonderful tool for our company.

You can look up a company, you can look up many companies in certain areas or you can look up individuals. It is very helpful in finding companies to call on.

You have to spend a little time with it to learn the different things you can do but once you do that it is great.

it is a great tool for finding new business in areas you can't go to.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the tools at your fingertips to help you connect with the right people from the right companies. It also allows you to get the peoples email address as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The part about Zoom info I do not like is the time that it takes to update new contacts for the companies. there is usually many contacts that don't work for the company on the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping break the barrier and allows you to get into contact the the right individual every single time. if you do not get the right person you get pretty darn cose.

What do you like best about the product?
Often times you have a contact with an outdated email or phone number. ZoomInfo is a great tool to use when this happens to find a prospect/customer's current contact information. On that note, it helps you to find other people in an organization if the intial person you need to speak to is unresponsive. Such a helpful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The homepage when logging on can look a bit overwhelming. I think it would be great to have a filter option to filter by what method of contact you would like to find for a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me take time out of the sales process by allowing me to access direct contacts with cell phone numbers, email addresses, etc. It narrows down the sales lifestyle process and cuts it in half.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the phone numbers I can get from Zoom info. This really enables me to reach out to more people instead of just using email. I also love the leads that come through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly really do not have any dislikes. I guess the only thing would be phone numbers cannot be retrieved at certain times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving leads that I only want to go after instead of wasting my time with other one's. Finding phone numbers is the main plus for me.

Most useful feature is the access to mobile numbers in addition to key news releases. Best thing is is the ability to create custom lead lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful feature would be the revenue figures. They tend to be innacurate. It would be useful to have the ability to mark a lead as 'read'

Its difficult to find mobile numbers without ZoomInfo. Makes mass lead sourcing easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like best is using the Chrome Add-On extension. I can go to a company's website and use the extension to quickly get the contact details I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No search product is perfect. ZoomInfo Sales OS is the best that I have found. I would like to get more company contact details, but this is improving everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales OS saves me time. I can quickly gather the contact information for the companies I am researching. The more time I save, the more Outreach I can do. The more Outreach I complete, the more sales I make.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to a site's employee list and the relevant phone #s saves a remarkable amount of time. When you have a specific person you can ask for, it's easier to get through the gatekeeper.
Any time there is someone new who starts, I always tell them to utilize zoom as much as possible because it is going to lead to better results. It's extremely easy to use and has a number of features that fit hand-in-glove with our role in sales.

What do you dislike about the product?
While few and far between, there are times where the contacts have not been updated and someone listed may no longer be at the company. This is a small thing though because even if someone is no longer at the organization, it's a good starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that zoom helps with is time management. It's infinitely faster making contact with a company when you know of certain people within departments that you can specifically ask to speak with.
Also, the way in which you can customize searching for businesses by industry, revenue, etc is extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed and accuracy of finding a contact or email. The browser extension is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be the times when it didn't have the company or contacts I wanted to find.
