ZoomInfo is able to extract more than just great information about company structure.
What do you like best about the product?
Organizational charts, contact information & deployed technologies were what I historically used ZoomInfo for, but learning about the Intent topics has added a great tool to spot potential opportunities within my accounts. The integration into Salesforce allows me to automate the beginning of a campaign and track its success.
I also recently discovered the on-line training, which has helped me dig deeper into the capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit clunky, so learning the best ways to use it takes some time. Just so you know – the deployed technologies can get a bit dated, so you should use additional sources to confirm. Is there a way to understand more about the extent of the technologies and to know if mentions have gone quite over a period of time?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me understand some of the key opportunities that may exist in an account and who some key contacts might be, and assure I have good ways of reaching out to those individuals. I have started building a workflow with other tools to automate opportunity identification and campaign initiation.

some of my searches and filters can't be combined.

Gaps in our market research, optimize our sales intelligence.
The info you need to reach your prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
No solution on the market can get you the contact information or the intent data that ZoomInfo can. Using ZI, I can find out how to reach my prospects and target them with relevant messaging (very often geared towards known competitor pain points)!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that very often, the organization maps and contact info is quite inaccurate. While ZoomInfo is a game changer, it cannot be used as a standalone intelligence tool and needs to be coupled with another solution, such as LISN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from the obvious use case around contact information that ZoomInfo provides, one of the most valuable tools within ZI is the intent data they can provide. We can measure intent on our website with our native tools but seeing that external or competitor intent data allows us to reach out at a time when the prospect is most interested!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales allows me to group all potential clients together and send a series of emails, called Sales Flow. Using Zoominfo allows me to set specific times,dates, and other custom details. it makes the work week easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is that it does not allow you to tag a group of people in Sales. While the tag does not transfer over to Engage. You must go into Engage and select your prospects again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo makes it much easier to see how many people are interacting with the thing we end out. Whether it be emails, sales flows, visitors to our site, to people whove clicked links we have.
Accurate and Up-to-date Lead Capture
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its ability to provide effective lead recommendations based on my search history and preferences. For example, if I frequently search for leads in the technology industry, it will provide me with more relevant recommendations based on my past behavior and search patterns, making my lead-generation process more efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization and I have not encountered any significant issues or drawbacks with ZoomInfo SalesOS so far, and we are quite satisfied with the product overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly and accurately identify potential customers and generate quality leads is critical for the success of our organization. ZoomInfo SalesOS solves this problem for us by providing advanced search and filtering capabilities that help us target the right prospects with precision and efficiency. This translates into more effective and productive sales efforts, saving us time and resources while also increasing revenue.
Great for finding contact numbers
What do you like best about the product?
That I can easily find numbers and emails to reach out to customers, and that it is usuallly accurate and that I can also tell intent on what the company is lookinginto.
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometimes the numbers are incorrect, the person no longer works there or never worked there, and that I'll sometimes call for that person and be told there is no one there by that name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of not having enough contact and me being able to find the correct contact within zoominfo to then leverage on my calls with the company.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very user friendly and all the contacts are updated on monthly basis. After integrating with revenue grid my time consumption of exporting leads is very less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts which are exported are not visible in the CRM due to duplicates. if the contact changed his role we need to send some suggestion but after reviewing our suggestions they are well tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information is up to date. And all the provided calling information is very legit. This helps me to be more productive at work with an improvement in my teams overall performance.
ZoomInfo Sales OS a- Quick and Easy.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS allows for quick and easy finding of key contacts and accounts. It also syncs wonderfully with ZoomInfo Engage to allow for quick outreach and salesflow to contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SalesOS had an easy integration with Netsuite. We have recently transitioned to using Netsuite as our CRM and now I can no longer directly export contacts to our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo SalesOS to find contacts and accounts for cold outreach for our Business Development and Sales teams. It provides a great database for finding folks.
ZoomInfo allows me to do my job better, faster
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill into an account and retrieve information about a specific individual within that account. I can also find people in the account that I couldn't identify through other methods of research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really think there is a fix for this, but sometimes when I am trying to find a specific individual, I need to actually type their name in, associated with an account, if the ZoomInfo confidence score for them is not super high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business problem is to find the contact info for an individual for for an account in order to conduct outreach. Sometimes I also get a referral to a name within an org but don't have their phone number or email.
One stop shop for companies looking for Leads
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been an excellent integration for our team since we purchased the tool. It has solved most of our problems as a team, and we are delighted with our decision to buy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about this tool is that it also consists of ancient data. We get connected to people who are no longer associated with that company, and we reach out to the wrong people in doing so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a company, were facing a lot of issues in getting the direct numbers, but now, with ZoomInfo, we can get natural numbers and with that, the connection rate is more for us.
