Nothing so far! The onboarding process has been good and I'm excited to get started.

Incorrect emails and phone numbers that are leading to unfruitful trials in sales. Haven't gotten started with the solution yet but anticipate a much better outreach.

The legacy version was a little more easy to use than the Discovery Org. More information on Technology used by companies would have been a plus for me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to research for companies and contacts. I would highly recommend using Zoominfo over others because of its accuracy of information and integration with other platforms like Salesforce.
Best tool for increasing sells pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's user's graphics interface with it's data availability in numbers. They have highest number of companies & contacts in industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much more bad things about zoominfo, except their high pricing structure and some time there are invalid email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building day to day & quarterly sales pipeline using zoominfo data. The best benefit about using zoominfo are saving time on data building with access to large volume data that definitely help us to increase our customer base from different territories.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For data volume availability it's perfect tools, but just concern is it's pricing to high.

What do you like best about the product?
The intent information has helped my sales team a lot! The chrome extension is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more updates on smaller businesses, especially for companies with 10-50 employees. It's common for contact information to go unupdated for several months. Additionally, it would be really helpful to have the ability to view building sizes, as this can provide useful context. Given the impact of COVID-19, it would also be great to know if a business is operating remotely or on-site, as that could affect how and when to reach out. Lastly, it would be awesome if there was a way to pull recommended contacts based on location, not just title or position, to help identify the right people to reach out to more efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work trying to find operational or facility managers for my company. I love being able to just go on the website for a business and use the extension to see if there is any information on Zoom about them. Saves me time from having to go to zoom and search for the company, then click on the company and such. The Intent leads have also led us to 2 sales this year alone. Extremely helpful!

Make sure to update your scoops and have the extension.
Expensive but worth the price if your committed to it

Gets accurate access to a large database of leads, easy to integrate then back into Salesforce

Very expensive and wish it was easier to make others use it. As an admin, I use it then most and know how to leverage it but others think it's just another took at their disposal which is not great because it should be their everyday lives tool

I like that it helps keep our team organized and can easily keep track of who we have contacted, how often, and how many are opening our content.

I dislike that ZoomInfo is sometimes a bit glitchy, but I have noticed many improvements over the course of our company using it.

I love all of the contact information for any company you are searching for. I have been able to connect with key contacts for future business.

The intent piece does not seem very accurate.

Connecting with the right contacts in an organization is paramount to success. Being able to target specific companies and reach the right targets has been extremely beneficial.

The company and contact information is incredible. You will be amazed and the amount of information that Zoom has compiled.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's ability to very quickly identify new potential clients and enrich market detail. Where information is incorrect, requesting updates is very simple and the team are very responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little daunting when you first login in terms of where to start. However, ZoomInfo do have solid onboarding enablement and it makes sense once you have gone through the training.

What do you like best about the product?
Export of sales info in excel, employee info, variety of categories to break down sales data and hone in on specific search criteria, Scoops reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is not always accurate, confusion about what level of access you need to obtain certain levels of data, not a lot of info about content services (Opentext, IBM, Docuware, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems with lead generation, getting data for select customers with emails and phone numbers, honing in on successful customers to contact based on company size, revenue and IT budget spend reports, gather data for product campaigns based on reported technologies (for example, can see customers use Salesforce, good target for internal product marketing campaign), use scoops for warm leads based on recent updates and activities. This has generated immediate leads to follow up on and pipeline creation

Play around with running specific search queries and try to be as specific as possible when doing lead generation to return the most efficient results.
