A great tool for sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
With a few clicks of a button, I can find out any missing information that I require for contacts that I plan to target.

Also, the section for scoops really helps us find clients that have received new funding so we can better target a realistic client in real-time,
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would complain about is the lack of development regarding the research in the international market contact points.

Sometimes with several tabs in use it can look a bit clustered but the information gathered is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to fill in missing contact information for key clients I am targeting. Also, the organization chart really helps me find the best person to contact to get my foot in the door.

Good way to find out more about companies!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the information includes the emails and linkedIns.

I don't like that some of the info isn't updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find contacts of specific companies. ZoomInfo has helped me reach out to more companies for prospecting and find their keep decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Improved prospecting new sales leads and finding detailed contact information. Prospect and company contact information is updated frequently which has saved me a lot of time while prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be like have better details into the software solutions companies are using. It seems generalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating contact data and verifying that contacts were still with the company. When there were no longer with the company, we would update to inactive and it would improve are email statistics.

Work Great, In Theory

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's simple and easy to use. There is an integration with Hubspot, so it's easy for the contacts to be exported and used almost immediately. Their search functions and scoops are awesome as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a way to control what properties it takes into consideration when finding a duplicate. Sometimes, there are people who used to be at an institution, and rather than update the contact we already have, it creates a completely new one since not all of the properties were identical. We have had to do some more manual work on that. Also, if you are a company focused on selling into Higher Ed, I would hold off on purchasing this solution. The data is not where it needs to be, but they are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for needing to check numerous databases for the accuracy of contact information. We have seen the benefits of having one centralized location that we can go to for the most up-to-date (they're working on this) information possible. This will save us a lot of time in the long run.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to ask a lot of questions in the demos and don't forget about your CSM! The customer service at Zoominfo has been amazing and their team is as frustrated as we are that the data is not up to par for the higher ed industry. They are more than happy to get us where we want to be.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoominfo for 3 months now, lead details are accurate. Really I would recommend this software to everyone in sales and marketing because the user interface is friendly and the data is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used this tool too much but everything I heard so far is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is predicted emails are not good enough. Benefits are getting the right information about the companies with very specific searches about ranking, job functions, employee size, revenue, and company size.

ZI is amazing! But could be better

What do you like best about the product?
ZI has been instrumental in helping us scale our outbound capabilities. Because of them we have access to much more prospect data in a couple of clicks than we would originally. Their interface is relatively easy to use and pushing information to our CRM makes data attainment easy.

Something I really like is their continuous improvements to the platform. This has come in many ways such as integrations with other solutions as well as acquisitions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that I think ZI could do to be better:

- Update data: there is a lot of data that is old (people leaving companies, bad emails, rebrands, M&A, etc.) which they can do a better job of getting in front of
- Filter accurateness: We use filters a lot, we've noticed when using them that we still get prospect data that does not match the filters being used
- Bad international data: our company is in 3 countries, aside from the US our international counterparts experience a lot of bad data
- Customer Service: customer service is a bit slow and can lag to communicated when we have issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Scaling outbound outreach
- Attaining more account and prospect data
- Arming SDR teams with robust tools
- Automating prospect alerts and updates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an expensive tool but it gets the job done. No data aggregator is as effective and massively helps scale data attainment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can run a wide range of filters to get the most targeted prospect info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way you remove companies from an existing search. You have to search the company name to remove it specifically rather than having an uncheck list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales so ZoomInfo helps me get to the right people based on filters I run. I have realized that it has a plugin that makes it easier to find contacts as I visit a company's webpage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great for prospecting leads, finding out which companies to target based on your product and or services.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send mass data to the crm first and then the ability to send same data to a cadence in sales loft.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the contacts don't get added as a contact in crm if they don't exist already before the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a substantial amount of time when setting up prospecting cadences.

Make sure you take the time to integrate the software with all the partner tools before beginning.

What do you like best about the product?
The information that it gives you about a person such as their email and phone number. Also, the company information is great as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not correct or even very old. I wish it had a way you could give feedback on if that person is the correct person you need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of trying to find an email address or contact name for somebody I am looking to sell to at a certain company!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would buy it as I think it gives you a leg up inside a company!
