Good tool for outbound lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate information, you can use tags for different searches, good export capabilities

The contact details are not always as acurate, depending on the region

If you are focusing on cold calling and outbound lead generation, this is a great tool to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the insights i.e. company size, revenue, etc. I also like the intent info as that helps me in my cold calling outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like discovery.org had better navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right people to get in touch with. I use the technologies tab to determine if I am working with an install base or a net-new prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo greatly contributed to my success as a Business Development Representative. The website is user friendly and provides quality information to assist in any prospecting/sales roles. I liked the signal data that provided news and trends in related industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say this is isolated to ZoomInfo, but there is always a chance of data inaccuracies, however ZoomInfo made is easy to interact with their support and sales teams if any questions were raised and we identified any questionable data points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who worked with small to medium sized businesses with a large territory of accounts, company information and employee information was scarce. ZoomInfo helped provide signal data that made the process of prioritizing accounts more efficient and ensured you were spending the right amount of time with the right people. My interactions became more conversational and relevant, which in turn helped increase meetings, generate pipeline and improve sales campaigns I was running.

ZE and its integration with ZI - and how well they integrate with Salesforce

I would like to see more illustrations/diagrams of data flow and how it interacts with Salesforce at the object level.

Very complete tool improve lead generation and qualification
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to search companies and the people who work there, also you can check the org chart of them so you can see who works in each department and the job tittles to identify your buyer persona.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's a little slow and not up to date.

More efficiency to achieve our buyer persona and diferents ways to contact them (email, phone, etc)
Best Database for USA
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of the data and all the other aspects like intent, organization chart, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that accurate for Southeast Asia and Middle East and Africa markets like the USA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email part... Finding one's exact business email with a complicated pattern, especially in the banking sector.
This is a great websites for finding and searching for leads that have strong backgrounds.
What do you like best about the product?
The option to filter leads efficiently and copy and paste them straight into an excel sheet is very helpful. I also programmatically get contact details. Given that the chrome extension gives up to 200 leads per month, this is especially convenient. It is also useful when you already have accounts to go after and just need email addresses.
Zoominfo also launched a new email sequencing tool for free. Not only that, but there is a way to filter through if a contact has a mobile phone versus a work phone. This is helpful as there can be issues when contacting a lead, and there are long wait times. By adding a filter to access a number straight to the contact themselves (as opposed to their work), it is much easier bypass hold times when contacting. After constantly contacting leads after leads, this makes it much less time consuming to communicate straight away.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is a rather expensive product for those that are working for a small team, so if you do not make the most of it, it can be quite pricey. It also can be inconvenient to view the contact information when logging on websites or to check what their email is as it uses one of the 2000 views you can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accuracy percentages have helped to make sure the info for leads are true, and being able to copy and paste straight from websites such as Linkedin is beneficial. There is also great coverage outside North America, and I realized I no longer have to limit my searches to the US. Furthermore, working with Salseforce, I can automatically see if is already in the website, which helps save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those using Zoominfo, I would suggest watching the videos because they make using the website very easy.
Solid platform that they are continuing to update
What do you like best about the product?
Database seems to be continuously expanding with more and more contacts and verified contact info. Earlier use of the product the database seemed to be much more limited than it is today. Seems their acquisitions of competitors has been helping a lot in this regard. Additional feature expansion, ATS integration, and Chrome extension (ReachOut) have come over time to make the platform more powerful.
The ReachOut extension in particular is a one of my favorite individual features. Not having to toggle to a different window to pull from the database is great and that paired with integration with my ATS/CRM is fantastic for keeping my workflow efficient. The integration with my specific ATS (Bullhorn) could use a few tweaks, especially for direct import, but all-in-all it is a better integration than I get with some of the other extensions I use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest missing element a lot of the time are contacts that work at smaller and even mid-sized companies at times. Great for larger company research and sourcing, but the smaller the company, the less likely the database reaches their contacts at all. Continuing to find ways to bring in verified contact lists on smaller and mid-market companies will be a major added benefit for me in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is great for me to find a 2nd or 3rd avenue of outreach to potential prospects beyond direct Linkedin outreach or office direct lines where I have seen my response rates on that platform fall over time. The additional outreach avenues of a personal email, business email, and/or a mobile have helped me to maintain solid response rates on lead outreach.
Easy to use and better than competition
What do you like best about the product?
The data is very accurate and easy to find. Often a contact's personal email is also given...not that I recommend that as a means to contact someone. Also it integrates nicely with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes smaller companies (less than 200 employees) have little information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoominfo to find the correct contact and email/phone number.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was part of a pilot program for my company and we chose ZoomInfo over 2 of the other leading providers.
Great Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom let's me find the direct dial & email for key decision makers at my top prospects which allows me to circumvent the gatekeeper and ultimately expedite the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take some time for a person's information to update when they transition into different companies. Also, sometimes contact information for certain companies not provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved networking, faster sales cycles, and better visibility into decision makers at key prospects.
