ZoomInfo-Great resource for Account Execs
What do you like best about the product?
Up to date info on accounts with accurate contact info for demand gen activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some sub-accounts, additional info/POC's are not listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with demand generation and cold call campaigns. Reach out is more in-depth leading to additional leads.

For folks looking to establish leads and demand generation activities, ZoomInfo is a very helpful tool.
Best tool to use to map out your Target Accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view projects and technologies owned at a particular organization. The features to see the organizational structure and the contact information for the key influencers is hands down a huge time saver and allows you to be more targeted in your outreach. I like the feature if there is missing or stale data to request for an update. Understanding the technologies owned at an organization is super helpful so we can identify whitespace or interoperability with our solution and what they own today.
What do you dislike about the product?
People move around a lot more from one organization to another and to have fresh contact information and contacts at an account can sometimes be off. It can be difficult at times to manage your newsfeed or get a good hierarchical view of the organization you are targeting. The limited capability to export contacts from zoominfo into a CSV or directly into SFDC is a huge downside, limited to 25 contacts at a time can take a lot of time to export. DiscoverOrg use to allow you to do large bulk extractions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of knowing who are the influencers at an account what are their current projects and the ability to have fresh contact information to reach out and act on the insights you can learn from Zoominfo. I use the tool to help collaborate with my team members particularly with the BDR organization so we can block and tackle together o n the contacts we are targeting.

It is worth every penny of your investment

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is the ability to upload prospects directly from ZoomInfo to SalesLoft or Outreach. This greatly improves my efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I enjoy most everything about ZoomInfo, I do occasionally run into inaccurate phone number or outdated information. Other times, the contact only has a corporate HQ number versus a direct line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using ZoomInfo I am able to directly reach out to customers and prospects without having to use a phone tree and hope I reach the right person or department. ZoomInfo allows me to be efficient and more effective in my daily activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to find all listed contacts within a company, and I like the browser widget that populates contact information into PCR so that I can build out my pipeline easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find much of the information can be outdated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find the personal email/cell phone numbers of many contacts that I would not have had access to without this tool. This is so very helpful as I work in an industry where these contacts are not usually available for phone calls during normal work hours due to being with clients.
Zoominfo - essential for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly manage lists, add pertinent contacts, and interface with other key applications (Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin etc.) make ZoomInfo an essential tool for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any application, there's a small learning curve, but it's not a difficult program to use overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding additional companies and contact in the industries and geo's that I cover. ZoomInfo widens the net that you're casting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for contacts by name and by title is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information isn't always accurate. I am often finding the title to be incorrect, or to be uploading contacts who have left the company and no longer work there. Also, Zoominfo doesn't have contacts for many small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives you the ability to contact prospects through email or direct numbers, which is very helpful for outbound prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to filter mobile numbers in Discover in order to improve my connect rates. I enjoy being able to filter by technology partners in order to find prospects most likely to buy our solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure this is something that can be fixed, but using ZoomInfo means contacting the same prospects as tens of thousands of salespeople. Using LinkedIn SalesNav and manually inputing data into our CRM is more effective because of the saturation of these folks inboxes/the sheer # of calls they recieve.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information given for unlocked prospects is unmatched! I also appreciate that any discrepancies that were found were immediate reviewed and follow-up by a real live person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export all leads. would prefer to have names/titles of unlocked prospects as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to know the email convention is one of the most valuable tools when reaching out to prospects.
The new Zoom platform is easy to use and seems to have more updated data.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration to Salesforce and the ability to seamlessly move between data tabs for added data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are switching from the old platform to the new platform pay specific attention to the integrations. We missed a mobile integration that kept mobile numbers from importing. Once we determined this a month later we fixed the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for obtaining accurate prospect information as well as understanding specifically what the potential account marketing tech stack looks like, and the complexity of their overall tech stack.

It's great for finding contact info for people through LinkedIn.

I'm not a fan using the zoominfo web page, the info isn't always correct.
