Effective Sales Tool with Great Data but Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
While ZoomInfo has been a strong tool overall, the list enrichment feature falls short of expectations. I’ve found that the enriched lists often miss key data points or return incomplete information, making me prefer a waterfall enrich provider for list uploads. The results could be more consistent, especially for complex or niche industries. I hope to see improvements here as it would make the platform even more effective. The frequency of use in our team is high, though it varies depending on individual roles, market focus, and specific sales processes. Our SEs and BDRs regularly use ZoomInfo, while only our power-user AEs have access. Implementation was straightforward and hassle-free, making it easy to get the team up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has been an invaluable resource for my sales role in the mid-market and up. The data quality is consistently high, making it easy to find accurate contact information and firmographic details for prospecting. The platform integrates well with our CRM, which streamlines outreach and allows for a more targeted approach. I've tried other tools, but ZoomInfo’s database stands out in terms of its depth and breadth. The search filters and intent data have been especially useful in identifying new opportunities and expanding into new verticals.Customer support is decent, but I'd rate it around 5/10 as response times and resolutions could be quickr. With that said, rarely do I ever have to actually reach out to anyone at zoom, so its not an issue. Our overseas teams (EU, UK, AU etc.) have found much less success with Zoominfo, for various reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the challenge of finding accurate and up-to-date contact information for prospecting, allowing us to target the right decision-makers quickly. The platform’s robust database and intent data help us uncover new opportunities, prioritize high-potential leads, and engage with prospects at the right time. For me, this means less time spent on manual research and more time focused on building relationships and closing deals, ultimately improving productivity and increasing our chances of hitting revenue targets. This wealth of information allows me to identify high-quality prospects and tailor my outreach efforts effectively. The accuracy and breadth of data available make it easier to focus on leads that are more likely to convert.

ZoomInfo’s advanced search functionality enables me to drill down into specific criteria to find the most relevant prospects. Whether I’m looking for leads based on industry, company size, geographic location, or job function, the platform’s powerful filters help me zero in on the ideal targets. This precision ensures that my outreach efforts are directed towards the most promising opportunities.

ZoomInfo offers intelligent insights and recommendations based on data analytics. For example, the platform can suggest potential leads similar to existing high-value customers or highlight key decision-makers within target companies. These insights help me make more informed decisions about whom to reach out to and how to tailor my messaging for maximum impact.

The seamless integration between ZoomInfo and my CRM system (such as Salesforce) enhances my workflow by automatically syncing data and updating records. It also allows me to track interactions and follow up efficiently, without switching between multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It`s a little pricey, but there`s a lot of value too.

ZoomInfo’s rich data and advanced search capabilities enable me to identify and engage with high-quality leads that are more likely to convert. By targeting the right prospects, I can focus my efforts on opportunities with a higher probability of success.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate! Easy to pull corporate information and the contacts I got were quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of filters which is good, but can also bog you down a bit and perhaps miss some contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better outbounding leads/contacts. A good starting point to reach out to specific companies & departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a very useful tool that I use on a daily basis to produce new leads. The best part about Zoominfo is that it has a user-friendly design and gives authentic data, which helps the sales team. We can also update bulk data excel files and get information for all dates in the excel file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is expensive for a starting business, and only one ID can be used by one user multipal login is not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoominfo helps to get direct contact office number and professional email id of a person which helps or sales team to reach the person.
