What do you like best about the product?
I love that the data is human-verified. In addition, I love buyer intent and the availability to find who is looking for you before you are looking for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love ZoomInfo! Very High-quality data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves my pain around identifying and gathering contact information for new prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, a large selection of emails and numbers, and a chrome extension that works with LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
The website seems to have more emails and telephone numbers. It would be best if you can sort the formers and currents of a company and see the dates they worked in the company of interest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to see dates that employees worked for certain companies, you need to click in to LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics of which features I utilize most, the follow up emails and having a paper trail to reference afterwards!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Not at all. I love it. There is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording conversations and making sure I'm able to follow up on the action items and remind my clients of what they said too.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's SalesOS helps identify the right persona that you are looking to prospect. It helps identify what makes them the best prospect and show if they have any intent so far in your type of product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it rocks. The tool is super helpful in many different ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to find the right persona, and then send it to your CRM (SalesForce or Outreach and more)

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about zoom info has to be the Intent feature. Having the ability to form a list of leads based on specific features that are unique to your needs is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information provided can be old or inaccurate. For example, the direct lines for certain employees within a company may not have been updated in the last year or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to build a large pipeline and maintain my leads. It allows me to easily bring in new leads while also staying up to date on the staffing situation at my current companies.

What do you like best about the product?
That we get the right point of contact for the prospective business, which is valid, and working there, and I have reached out to many new prospect businesses through the zoom info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked thing in the zoom info, but i have found one fault if the person left the company zoom info will take a couple of weeks to remove them from the zoom info list but still it is a very helpful platform

The problem we face is finding the right point of contact for the prospective businesses but zoom info solved this problem out by the providing the right information of the company

What do you like best about the product?
That you can interconnect several departments of a company into one platform. It tells you the hierarchy of any company you one as well as news from that company
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it freezes or glitches. But apart from that, it works really well and really fast. Within the second we can transfer all the data into our main servers or platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collection of data, Organized data, control of marketing campaigns, it supports how well our leads are, it tells us if someone has evolved into a new company, and it helps you to keep your task on track.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very useful for demand generation and marketing team and sales team.
You can searched for the specific job title of the specific company on the specific region or location.
You can combined almost unlimited filters that you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
the downsides, I think is the price
It's very expensive but it's a reasonable price, you can try it for a week and you will love it.
If you can utilized it, you will love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helped me a lot searching and reaching to specific person's job title and companies.
Using ZoomInfo made me realized that it I just need to work smarter, ZI makes my job easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using zoominfo to all demand generation team out there.
Very useful indeed, ZoomInfo got it all from advanced search to Intent.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most in-depth sorting and refining abilities when sourcing potential new leads. I feel as though I already know my customers before I make initial contact because ZoomInfo does a great job consolidating all known information. I also appreciate that we can exclude any search results that our organization has already exported.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a feature to exclude any search results that our organization has already exported, I feel as though its functionality is spotty. There is also an issue where some prospects have several ZoomInfo profiles due to holding several jobs. This has led to some uncomfortable situations with clients, and caused us to re-call DNC numbers. Maybe try to implement a system that can pick out repeated profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a quickly growing organization, we needed affordable and easy-to-use and implement software. We used to purchase spreadsheets of contact information from non-reliable sources. More often than not, the info was typically incorrect or outdated. As well as this, we had no way to import this data into a CRM system. ZoomInfo does its best to ensure that the contacts we see are correct and updated and that the importing functionality is top-notch.
