Really Helpful information

What do you like best about the product?
How comprehensive the org structures are is really helpful when trying to work the organization. The revenue data is more accurate than other providers, and the intent data is really really helpful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike. I think that the interface is fairly intuitive but the integration with salesforce does not stay logged in, you must log back in each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding cell phone numbers, finding other contacts, importing contact information to salesforce easily. Our team uses Zoominfo regularly if they are ever curious to know anything about the companies that they are working with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you consider when you need the data to be enriched, as many enrichment tools are unable to perform real-time enrichment. I would make sure to go through a trial period for this product prior to making any purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to find the right prospects and insights about the companies across various regions. Filters are very apt and useful. I use it for business development and marketing activities. Apt and updated data is available. Contacts are easily available for various sectors across globe. Zoominfo can easily be integrated with various other platforms. Organizations information is available and can used for your reference, if required . Efficient and effective data is available for different professional users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the location filter don't work properly but this is rarely. Apart from that each and every thing in Zoominfo is perfect. Otherwise if you apply various other filters as per your preference and requirement , it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Zoominfo , I am able to extract the right information in various formats and it has user friendly interface.
Complete mapping of the accounts is done through Zoominfo. I use it for market intelligence also.
Data can be exported easily to other platforms like HubSpot, excel and other formats. All the relevant stakeholders can be mapped easily and their information like email id, business contact, phone and mobile number , and their location is available for reach out so that good sales pipeline ca n be achieved .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend people to opt for this platform in order to maintain a strong database and effective pipeline and also it can be used for Market insights and updated company information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to get the details of the contacts that I need almost immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
The search colors all fade into each other and make it difficult to know where to go on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I have solved include those in which I need to find the key contacts at my target accounts.

Best Platform Available for Corporate Contact Information and Business Development

What do you like best about the product?
With ZoomInfo, I can collect the business contact information on nearly anyone I like, in any market. I can find corporate emails and direct corporate phone numbers that allow me to work around gatekeepers. ZoomInfo has a very good search tool to collect specific data in bulk and also gives direct insight into company size and structure. It is the best tool out there for anyone who is looking to develop new business because it has all the data and all the tools to make business development efforts as simple as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike? I wish ZoomInfo had a better database of cell phone numbers in the contacts provided. Also, sometimes when using the search tool I feel the information isn't specific enough to what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue of being able to develop accurate business development lists and the ability to integrate directly into the sales platform we use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to find emails and phone numbers of contacts and adding them to Salesforce with only a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having accurate data. Some companies aren’t in their database and some contacts aren’t accurate (they are no longer at the company).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. From trying to find more accounts/companies to go after, to finding the right contacts that fit our ICP and increasing efficiency around data entry into our CRM (Salesforce). We were able to add ~800 new accounts within just a few minutes and also generate lists to help with targeted demand gen efforts.

Great Product....Reliable Data, Intent Data, InBox AI

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly access contact information at almost any company in the world using the Chrome Extension. Intent Data powered by ZoomInfo is also a great function to prioritize your ABM strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then the site is glitchy and will continue to buffer. Sometimes the contact information is not correct, however, if you suggest an update they are fairly quick to update the contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovering companies that I never knew existed and fell into our TAM...Accomplished by viewing "Similar Companies"
and Intent Data Reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There might be cheaper solutions out there...But you get what you pay for. Since ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg have merged, the platform is king.

Still the Best for Data Quality with vast Quantities but Sales and Service Suck

What do you like best about the product?
Data quantity and quality as it is by far the largest amount of data and has pretty good quality for having so much quantity. Mobile numbers and direct lines are the main value. They also supposedly verify all emails using neverbounce but we have not found that to be the case as many still bounce. We love the email alerts of all the new people that matched our saved search criteria. Problem is you cant see them all in a list that can be exported to Salesforce has to be a CSV and that list does not match the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
sales and service approach and lack of support. They lie to you and then try to cover up the lie with more lies. The crazy part is they don't need to just state the truth and show your data is best. Especially with all the new features they keep releasing and the acquisitions there product is superior. Bad email quality as many emails still bounce event though they are supposedly verified in neverbounce. Lots of prodcuts are disjointed and their is not a streamlined approach to moving from one to the other. Would love to see bulk export to Salesforce/Outreach of new leads from email reports that matched saved searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
appending of existing and inbound data, and new lists for emailing and cold calling. We also use the Form product to help people not have to enter more than their email address if Zoominfo has all the other details we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
negotiate hard with sales as they will treat you horribly so might as well take as much commission away as you can.

Onboarding & Training better than any other B2B tool I've ever used

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and training process was by far the easiest I've ever used. They started by getting a good understanding of our business and our needs and tailored from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint so far is the accuracy of data. We specifically use email addresses and they tend to come back with only 80% accuracy. I understand this is the nature of the data, but this seems to be less accurate than the 92% we were sold on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily and quickly fill the top of our marketing funnel. While our sales process is longer, in the first few months we've seen some success with sales & marketing engagement.

Have your goals & KPIs in mind for use.

Great Database That Makes Prospecting Easier

What do you like best about the product?
The searches are very in depth and can dial into exactly what you need. Can save searches and get updates frequently. The information is very accurate as long as it’s above a score of 90.
What do you dislike about the product?
The engage tool is really buggy. Supposed to automate emails sent out but it tends to get stuck a lot at various stages meaning you have to go in and do it manually....defeating the purpose of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to gather multiple sets of really specific prospecting lists.
