ZoomInfo from Sales POV
What do you like best about the product?
We say in sales reaching to the right person is half the work done. Being in prospecting domain, Zoominfo has always helped me connecting to the right point of contact with all their contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Zooninfo in the past 2 jobs. Zoominfo doesn't let to search POC via any specific department.I would recommend adding this feature as this can help in searching the POC very swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zooninfo for prospecting. Zoominfo is better than Sales Navigator in every way. Zoominfo updates it's data base very frequesntly whereas LinkedIn doesn't even let the company if the certain person is working in the company or ever had worked in their organization

What do you like best about the product?
We can get a lot of new info like customer's email, contact and other helpful information, which can be used for Sales and can also be beneficial to prospect new contacts to prosper in Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to lose but a lot to earn, so it is a valuable platform we can use to e-meet new business contacts and upgrade our business contacts, proving us to be successful Salespeople.

Zoom info SalesOS is solving a lot of gratitude to make us successful sales professionals. We tend to gain a lot of helpful contacts, which can improve our productivity and make a vital business impact.

What do you like best about the product?
The part where you can reach out to every organization based on the technology implemented in their organization. To cater to the pain points as per the needs of the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just a repetition of the process when you have to log in again and again. One subscription per user is not ideal. There should be multiple users allowed per subscription.

Customer pain points are addressed in a professional manner. To help meet our goals and develop future business opportunities to form a mutually beneficial situation

Lack of information. Sometimes it starts lacking, but it always provides the best information.
Best Tool for Data mining
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOS is the best tool for data mining. it has many more good features than other software. Easy to use and user-friendly. My experience with Zoominfo has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
till now I found it very useful nothing to dislike in it. Everything and the feature are fine. Tool is very helpful for sales and to get more clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used many of its features and found this tool helpful. I am able to find out when people are looking for our services/products and reach out to them to close some results.
ZOOMINFO Sales Comparability
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is that we can easily find the desired POC's along with their Job Descriptions in the designated departments with regular updates. with correct contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, but sometimes it shows info of people who are in a different company now but are still shown in their old firm with the same old designation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping us prospect in a really good and targeted manner by giving us the correct information of the contact along with their targeted department and standards.
Get to the right people!
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you visibility into an organization's hierarchy and enables you to reach concerned people. It also lets you see what other people are working there, the organization's size and what types of departments. Another thing that's amazing about it; it enables you to know the last update on a person's ZoomInfo profile. This lets you know if that person is still working in that company or has left it. It is easy to use and has a friendly interface. My peers prefer ZoomInfo over others, and my company has been using ZoomInfo since the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be some attempts to see such info for free. Some competitors offer up to 5 free trials, and only after that do you have to pay to get full access. You cannot get emails and contact numbers unless you purchase a package. I use Zoominfo daily, but sometimes it does not show updated information on a person. For instance, if the email domain or extension number is changed, you'll never know unless you somehow reach that person. Lastly, if a person has left the company, it is not updated in the ZoomInfo report. You'll still see them as a company's part. When you reach out to them via their email or phone number, it fails. It would be better if ZoomInfo kept its information updated; the rest is good.

It helps verify the company's address and ensures whether the required people are still working there. Plus, you get their contact information through which they can be reached. It helps you see the organization's size and gives you insights into what departments are there.
Must have if you're in sales
What do you like best about the product?
Quantity of lead info available and ability to export that info into CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
While mostly up-to-date, sometimes leads aren't matched to the right companies, but I do like how it's simple to Suggest Contact Updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the appropriate leads for targeted sales campaigns and contact info for those leads.
More Prospecting in Less Time
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to input the accuracy of the people you're searching. It allows you to move the slider if you prefer more accurate information. Importing leads into Salesforce is seamless and quick. I was able to reach out to folk who I would not have found otherwise. It's helpful the person's LinkedIn page is within view so I don't have to open up another tab to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sell into higher education so this might be industry specific but sometimes the titles are a little off in the sense they sound more corporate and less higher ed. I'm not sure where ZI finds its information for the folks in the system but some of them just need some more verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS cut down time on searching for people so I could have more time prospecting, researching, and enabling. Reaching a greater number of people with personalized messages is always a plus.
