Good tool to base your sales stack around
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use - new sales reps are generally able to get going pretty quickly with the help of the resources available.
Data is good from what I have seen so far. No major discrepancies across other systems we have used.
Chrome extension is a big help and is great to use in tandem with other sales tools (e.g. Linkedin SN).
Sccop feature is great too for staying up to date with a target firm's current initiatives/news.

What do you dislike about the product?
Credit based system for exporting records seems like a money grab but at the end of the day, I think it is reasonably priced for what I have seen with the competitors. I may think otherwise if we start bumping up to those credit limits but we will see!
The 'enrich' API connection to Salesforce seems rather expensive as well but the basic SFDC integration (which is free as far as I know) is a good start.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our new biz and BDR reps get more accurate contact data on their targets. We have seen a good increase in quality targets being found via zoominfo. Also helps that the data isnt just limited to the US like some of our vendors in the past.
Thorough tool, easy integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add contact lists easily but while also being able to put that list against any suppression lists we have at the company level. It’s also incredibly useful to slice and dice contacts by info accuracy, location, company size, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company and contact search queries could be United into one master search and more functionality could be built out with the sales force integration to assign newly created contacts to sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely expanding our outbound strategy with marketing and sales. It’s been a lifesaver for sales reps to find and email new prospects. From a data side, it’s great to enrich the existing contacts that we have, especially as people move jobs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, I’m not sure who else you could go with for contact lists that would be better or cheaper for the value you get.

Sometimes, leads do not have accurate information, or none at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact more leads than ever before.

I like the linkedin zoom feature where it finds the info when on their linkedin page

Sign in does not have a "remember me" So I always have to log in but maybe this is user error

saving a lot of time not having to hunt for emails. Also discovering a lot of companies not on our internal list
Great sales resource
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the database gives me access to mobile numbers. During COVID, having access to mobile numbers is key to reaching my best prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform has a wealth of knowledge, sometimes it runs quite slow so it takes a while to complete the task at hand.

ZoomInfo is connecting me to the prospects I need to get in touch with.
On boarding with Zoom was seamless!
What do you like best about the product?
We upgraded to the ZoomInfo platform had a quick transition from Discover.org platform and the entire ZoomInfo team stepped in to ensure our Global sales team were trained. The CSM team set up multiple training sessions in global time zones over a week timeframe. Our sales and SDR teams are excited about the enhanced functionality on the ZoomInfo platform and we are seeing great early adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The quick transition was due to our internal timelines. We need a bit more time to work in the new platform to see what challenges might be but if the onboarding experience is any indication, it should be a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to fully utilize the intent data functionality- our entire sales org is using the alerts and scoops. The robustness of these features are game changers.

Multiple uses: The tool is very useful for different requirements; lead generation, opportunity identification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Details about certain companies with lower revenues need to be kept updated; as well as the limited amount of information with regards to most private companies.

Zoominfo Powered by DiscoverOrg has been a resource used in our organization to drive our marketing strategies and generate greater impact in our campaigns and market launches. Through a quite complete database, we have been able to obtain important contact information of companies and people with interest in the products and services we offer for them and that could become potential customers, all this at our fingertips.

The interface of this application is not the most intuitive and can be a little complicated to use at first.

ZoomInfo has been helpful for the growth of our organization in terms of sales management, has allowed us through its extensive database to find the right customers to establish business relationships, capturing their attention through contact and promoting what they need and we can offer. ZoomInfo has also had an impact on our campaigns and product and service launches to the market, optimizing workflow and improving our marketing strategies.
