ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo is that it allows me to easily prospect and reach out to people so that I can do my job effectively. It is also nice that ZoomInfo integrates with the other tools that I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is that I often find that contacts don't have the correct contact info or they are missing email addresses/phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving with ZoomInfo is being able to reach out to contacts that I can't find information on from the Internet. The benefits I've realized is that I can communicate with a lot more people because of this tool.
Prospect Smarter Not Harder
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to build out account-based prospecting lists quickly and at scale. The integration with SalesLoft allows me to export account and contacts and immediately add them into sales cadences for outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really ran into any major issues. However, I have noticed on a few occasions that a contact couldn't be added to SalesLoft, even though they did have a business email address. It was marked as 'supplemental' which I believe typically refers to a personal email address. I can still add them manually, but it takes a little more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Interactive Offers, we have a specific vertical approaches and ZoomInfo allows me to build out appropriate account and contact lists for the specific vertical I'm working on. It has saved me a ton of time in my prospecting and allowed me to spend more time focusing on accounts I'm already engaged with.

One of the best B2B contact databases available!
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service, ongoing app development and new features, robust contact data. Their partnership with NeverBounce email validation is an amazing plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact quality can be hit or miss depending on the age of the contact (i.e., contacts who moved companies recently weren't updated in ZoomInfo's database). We use different job levels and functions compared to ZoomInfo so we weren't able to fully customize our mapping back to our CRM. Duplicate handling within ZoomInfo is still a work in progress, therefore you may run into scenarios where they have the same contact twice but under different companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed cleaner contact data and found ZoomInfo had the best available data. Benefits we saw included reduced email bounces, increased engagement rate, and more up-to-date contact information.

Its pricey but it will pay for itself, even inside a smaller company. The team hours we save allow us to get farther with less overhead, all day long.
Not just a database.
What do you like best about the product?
It used to be the org charts, research data and general database. Now ZI is sooo much more. From integrations with our websites to interact with form fills and anonymous visitors to contact data, ZI is a staple to our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though this hasn't impacted us, the credit model doesn't seem ideal. We are legacy DiscoverOrg customers and are used to a consumption model that was a bit friendlier. However, as part of the migration, I felt like ZI was fair in getting us a credit threshold we wouldn't reach anytime soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved database with enrichment. Contact data for our outreach. Improved form competitions with form complete. Intent and scoop data to help point ABM and sales reps in the right direction. The chrome extension for Linkedin is awesome too. InboxAI is way cool too and is integral to our reporting.
