What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is the ability to search top accounts and review roles and individuals of interest to boost visibility to the organization. This helps make my call outreach more broad and specific to the individual and their role.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the information posted on the database does not appear to be the most up to date. Furthermore, there are instances when looking up the company of interest does not have the proper organizational chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to find publicly available organizational hierarchy chains, and ZoomInfo consolidates all this information in a seamless platform. This helps me reach additional contacts to hit my targets.

Ease of use, able to source my leads quick and correctly, exporting to excel and importing to my crm is healpful

Does not always have LinkedIn badges on the leads

It solves my need to make exploratory calls to find the correct lead

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to find company data and tech stack info to make better prospecting cadences. This saves me time and increases my conversion rate on my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside that I can tell. Sometimes logging in can be slow when signing in with google, but other than that, no issues!

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo has been crucial to better quality prospecting at our business. It's easy to use, gives great information and is vital for anyone in a sales/commercial role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little frustrating that most contacts are set to USA first and you have to filter to get to the UK, but this is a minor point. Keep doing what you're doing.

ZoomInfo lets us get a better understanding of internal relationships and what stakeholders may be involved with purchasing our solution. It also allows us to more effectively prospect.
Easy to get the information you need
What do you like best about the product?
I love the google chrome extension for zoominfo. It makes it super easy for on any page I can easily look up information about the company. I also love all the tabs to see different aspects of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate. For example the revenue. I have also had some issues with zoominfo and importing contact data into our crm (salesforce) and having names and job titles being different than what was on linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me find a prospect's email address and phone number that sometimes wouldn't normally be public information on their linkedin profile. I'm able to contact the prospect with little to no effort

It is so user friendly. I've been able to navigate and teach others how to use it.

It can be overwhelming and you can fall into a rabbit hole unless you know exactly what you are looking for.

I love having the extension so it works well alongside other resources I use--my work is that much more efficient. Also love how easy it is to creat lists and LOVE WebSights!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced any downsides. Sometimes the person's company/info hasn't updated when they've moved organizations but it's not something that's impeded my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me get real contact information. I prospect into a lot of companies that we have never prospected into before so I have no contact information. SalesOS enables me to actually be able to reach out to prospects and actually have the opportunity to create awareness, have opportunities and SELL and do my job and get paid. And who doesn't want to get paid?
It's a one stop shop database with millions of businesses to find the ideal POC's.

Zoom info Sales OS is the most powerful database we use in our company. Helps find the right contact with their roles and responsibilities. Gives us the info such as email address & contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system gets slow and it crashes. Title section area needs to be looked as few titles are not updated yet if we search them on LinkedIn. But that happens very less

Helping me in my prospecting and penetrating into different companies. Getting direct phone numbers of top professionals. Helping to increase conversion rate and higher returns.
