ZoomInfo is one of the best tools for account and contact enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for over 5 years, and it's truly one of my favourite tools for sales and data enrichment. The platform offers an extensive and reliable database, and during my time at Anaplan, I’ve explored it in depth—from ZoomInfo University to RingLead enrichment, and setting up workflows for account and contact enrichment, as well as leveraging intent data. There’s so much functionality packed into a single platform, and I genuinely enjoy working with it
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo offers a vast platform with a lot to explore, including valuable live webinars. Overall, it’s a great tool, though at times I’ve felt that the data coverage for APAC and EMEA regions could be more extensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Data Operations leader, I use ZoomInfo extensively for account and contact enrichment, data exports, and seamless integration with Salesforce. We also leverage NeverBounce for email verification and use RingLead for deduplication management. Additionally, enrichment my sales team is coordinated through Chorus, ensuring streamlined and accurate data across system

It's easy to use and implement into third-party platforms. There are a lot of features that both sales and marketing can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company had the opportunity to test their new copilot features on launch, but unfortunately there were a lot of issues, such as core features just not working. Some kinks needed to be addressed before launching publicly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team uses ZoomInfo to find new contacts and companies, verify email and phone, and understand company intent. This has been useful in reaching customers and understanding how companies are engaging with us.

What I really like about ZoomInfo is how it's plugin fits into the linkedin sales navigator. Its easy to use, has a huge database

I'll get a cellphone number from zoominfo but the number is invalid

Very easy to use. Mostly accurate data is what i get on this platoform.

Its mostly hard to get leads and their data. So i use zoominfo to look for details of the leads i wanna target. Helps save money compared to other traditional vendors

Great source of sales lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how leads and the contact Numbers on Zoominfo are accurate and mostly not fake compared to other Softwares B2B contact Data. I like how easy to implement it is. I use it everyday to fetch data and Contact details its very user friendly. It was east to integrate. Customer Support has been really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such I dislike about zoominfo. It sometimes Glitches but I think Zoominfo team is working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us generate sales lead and export data, helps us fetch contact details and email IDs of the folks who are concerned to our work and can be reached out to using the medium of the data which zoominfo provides. the auto call dailer has also helped in directly calling  the stakeholders who's data is available online.
