My view about Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive database it has and the attributes like email address, telephone number, personal cell number and you can easily integrate your soft phone with zoominfo and call the people, I start my data by exporting few contacts and start dialing from it to generate oppotunities
What do you dislike about the product?
Data's are sometimes in accurate for some region, dubai and middle east
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracte database for the companies, real time update wheneve you suggest contact update via form

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i liked about ZoomInfo is its data accuracy. Apart from data accuracy, its integration with other tools and espacially is user interface is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of advance features makes its usage quite difficult.
Also, support is very is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is making sales eaiser with his vast database and adding profitability to an organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked its integration with other tools.
Its segmentation and targeting of customers.
Its database is also very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its support is very poor.
High in cost.
Need a learning curve for its proper use.

ZoomInfo sales is making sales such easy, making small interprises to sustain in this competitive environment.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales standout features is its extensive and accurate contact information, which helps sales teams identify and reach out to potential clients effectively.
Its seamless integration is awesome.
It is also very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need improvements in userface.
Quite expensive for small businesses.
Requires continuous support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing access to vast database, leading to lead genration and also helping in segmentation and targeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is the ease of use to fit into any workflows. Utilizing the chrome extension side bar is a fast and easy way to quickly get email addresses and phone numbers for almost any contact you are researching. It also works great with other systems like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to capture real contact information and easily export leads and contacts directly into your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some account managers that I have worked with have'nt been overly helpful. Mostly trying to sell you upgraded packages, however the tool is so intiutive that training isn't really necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying contact information for prospects can often be a challenge, and managing a team of sales development reps who cold call and email to get in touch with executive leaders across a range of companies requires an accurate source of contact information. ZoomInfo enables us to not only capture contact information, but enrich our CRM database as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The volume of data that's available about private businesses. The plan was affordable but only if I purchased through my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I could not configure interfaces to other products because I was under a corporate plan. Lack of accurate phone numbers, especially mobile. There is a fairly substantial learning curve to using the product, especially if you want to use advanced features.

Qualifying companies and Developing lead lists

Sometimes the prospect work location is different than where he is actually based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves the problem of sing multiple tools for direct numbers and Email adresses, it gives accurate information with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline your day from a prospecting perspective. The AI tool to help you email is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some industries it doesn't pinpoint the persons locations rather the companies HQ location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity and identifying potential buying signals with intent are the two that come to mind.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get contact information for any prospect right from my browser using their chrome extension. I never have to leave the company's page or LinkedIn. My company has it set up so it syncs directly to Salesforce so I don't have to do any sort of manual inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not linked to the right company. However, I play in the SMB space, so a lot of companies have similar names and don't necessarily have the online presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the problem of providing data needed for prospecting. I'm an AE that needs to prospect, and to manually enter/find all the data I would need on my own would take forever. I also like how there are mobile numbers, as it's been hard to get people on their office lines lately. Having the mobile information is very helpful. I also use it to find some new accounts as well as cross reference data between the website and LinkedIn.
