What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo’s been super helpful for finding contacts fast. Most of the info is accurate and it saves me a ton of time prospecting. Some emails bounce here and there but overall it gets the job done. Bit pricey tho.

Good tool but pricey & some data old, could use fresh data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to waste time chasing bad leads. Now we get decent data quick (not always perfect), and can reach the right ppl faster. Saves time and gets better convos started.

The platform’s buyer intent data is especially powerful as it helps me identify companies that are actively researching solutions like mine, so I can prioritize leads that are more likely to convert.

ZoomInfo Sales solves several key challenges in the sales process, and those solutions have had a direct impact on my productivity and results. One of the biggest problems it addresses is the time-consuming task of finding accurate contact information. With access to their databse, I can quickly identify decision-makers and reach out with confidence. It also helps me prioritize leads using buyer intent data, so I’m not wasting time on cold prospects but instead focusing on companies actively researching solutions like mine.

I've been using ZoomInfo for over 5 years, and it's truly one of my favourite tools for sales and data enrichment. The platform offers an extensive and reliable database, and during my time at Anaplan, I’ve explored it in depth—from ZoomInfo University to RingLead enrichment, and setting up workflows for account and contact enrichment, as well as leveraging intent data. There’s so much functionality packed into a single platform, and I genuinely enjoy working with it

ZoomInfo offers a vast platform with a lot to explore, including valuable live webinars. Overall, it’s a great tool, though at times I’ve felt that the data coverage for APAC and EMEA regions could be more extensive

Very easy to use. Mostly accurate data is what i get on this platoform.

Its mostly hard to get leads and their data. So i use zoominfo to look for details of the leads i wanna target. Helps save money compared to other traditional vendors

What do you like best about the product?
I like how leads and the contact Numbers on Zoominfo are accurate and mostly not fake compared to other Softwares B2B contact Data. I like how easy to implement it is. I use it everyday to fetch data and Contact details its very user friendly. It was east to integrate. Customer Support has been really nice.

Nothing as such I dislike about zoominfo. It sometimes Glitches but I think Zoominfo team is working on that.

It helps us generate sales lead and export data, helps us fetch contact details and email IDs of the folks who are concerned to our work and can be reached out to using the medium of the data which zoominfo provides. the auto call dailer has also helped in directly calling the stakeholders who's data is available online. It has helped me in overall B2B data generation and sales and marketing work.

It seems a lot at once, a bit overwhelming when you first begin, but once you do the walk through it is transparent

All the functions and filters it has, I think that making a correct selection of contacts and purchasing processes is very important for sales prospecting.

The price factor, here I see the biggest challenge for small companies looking for a very comprehensive tool at an affordable price per user.
