What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the LinkedIn integration feature. Along with the contact's email, number, and mobile number, I can conveniently click on their LinkedIn to engage there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the Intent feature to not be as accurate as portrayed. At times the signal score is high but when I call into that company, I find that they are not looking at what the intent signal was for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is disconnection from my leads. ZoomInfo allows me to get accurate contact information and lets me know if that company has been on our company's website which allows me to know how to pitch myself to a prospect.

Time well spent

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have very targeted prospecting, and the ability to push that prospect info directly into Salesforce, and start my communication. The best part is that everything is in one place, and I can use Scoops to quickly gather insights to help me better relate with the people I am talking to.

Find targeted prospects, gather (accurate) data about them and quickly turn that information over to cadence is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is old, or incorrect. Also, if a company is very young, they may not exist in Zoominfo and sometimes Zoominfo will recommend information that is not true to the opportunity. From my experience, that is often not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the time sink related to prospecting. I assign what intent signals I want to target, and turn on the engine. I get back the exact prospect profile I was targeting, and Zoominfo does all of the data scrubbing and pre-qual for me.

What do you like best about the product?
accurate information that I cant find by just googling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints, other than an comapny im looking for may not be listed.
But for the msot part everything I need is available for me.

Zoom info helps me wit research and accruate contact information

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! The ability to perform advanced searches, receive inside scoops and export seamlessly to Salesforce at any time. There are other solutions in the market, but I haven't come across any that are easier to use or have as much data as ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very minor issue, but when you go to search outside of advanced search, the text that you input doesn't always stick and I would guesstimate that three out of four times this happens. I try to just leverage advanced search every time, but if you forget, you'll enter this 3/4 cycle, which can be frustrating to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building up our database with target companies and prospects to reach out to. We can also expand our reach within existing customers. Both of these use cases help us grow our business and increase revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The information is accurate. There are so many ways to obtain and retain the information we pull from ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to purchase multiple tools to find the information we need to reach potential partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts are up to date, the synopsis that is provided are thorough and the connections are plentiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could adjust the fields to what I wanted to see most - like titles versus some of the other information for each contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a more reliable source of contact information vs. Media Radar.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has completely changed the way we connect with the right prospects. It allows us to find the right people quickly and even see the chains of command within an organization. I really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the search tools are a bit confusing to use, especially with the chrome extension. It can be hard to see all the contacts that I need without opening it on the actual site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo really lowered the time it takes me and my team to find the right contacts. The site we used before was a bit outdated and a lot of the emails would bounce after being sent. I appreciate that Zoominfo stays up to date with the right information.

Easy to use and easy to import to CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I am in sales and have found it very helpful in targeting my right buyer persona by using the filters in advance search. The ease of also migrating that list to the CRM is also easy and saves me heaps of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I had done many filtered searches, there are few things I found pretty annoying is that ZoomInfo sometimes has outdated or incorrect data. Some profiles had changed their roles, so their emails were incorrect, some profiles were fake and telephone numbers were non-existant ( I had to use an external app to find those numbers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me save time. In my previous company, I didn't have ZoomInfo, and had to manually import each and every lead into the system. This was very time consuming. The export feature in zoominfo really does save me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filtering system best. I am able to use applicable filters to find ideal prospect matches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have many dislikes. I wish I didn't have a monthly ZoomInfo credit limit so that I could use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scoring system allows me to find prospects that are legitimate, current, and accurate.
