An Excellent tool to find new prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search based on Geographic location and then specific to industry. I also enjoy the ability to search company's branch locations for each company and the list that I can then call down to ID potential DMs. I enjoy the ability to search via job title and to find a targeted prospects. I appreciate all the phone number contacts and work history of a potential client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of work history doesn't provide me any great insight to the decision makers.
Also, there is not a search function that allows me to search for the Point of Contact based on a "contains x criteria" Some of the contacts only contains partial e-mails like gsmith.... in the e-mail instead of showing the domain name.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to correct diagnose the proper people to reach out and close business in the transportation industry. I'm able to add and market transportation services to other key stake holders and influence'rs in the buying process through the contact found in the contact search function.
I'm also able to secure new business for specific transportation flow needs that we need for Schneider. I'm also able to secure new business leads for 2 different vertical of business offered through Schneider National Carriers.

Increased my prospecting capability
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you access into contact info including mobile numbers which is very important during COVID since people are working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to use it. A second screen pops up when I am trying to do a search which is inconvenient. but again I am not trained yet so there might be a way to go around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am still a new user but It made prospecting much easier and a bit more fun. You can dig into each companies employees and filter your results to get to your contacts of interest. Definitely a time saver
Best lead tool out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the most up to date contact information of any lead generation tool in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive - prohibitively so for many small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo lets us rapidly find accurate contact info for prospects.
Integrates great with Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
Gave us info that helped make sales, really integrated seamlessly with salesforce. We had ZoomInfo as one of a few different info services that gave us data on potential and current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't tell how much of the info was from a ZI database, but many of our cold calls were to outdated numbers. That could have been because of poor database management on our part, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better Business to Business growth and gaining more customers because of it.
Good lead service

Ease of use on their main platform, Chrome Extension
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails are incorrect about 10-15% of the time and there isn't a simple click or button you can press to communicate to them that is in incorrect. I was told to email my rep if information but I can't do that multiple times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is getting us the contact information of people we need to reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good service at a fair price. It's very easy to use the Google Chrome Extension which helps quite a bit. The mass majority of the information is correct. We chose not to use the export feature for our sales reps so they wouldn't drain the site after a month or so and they would focus on quality versus quantity. I would also suggest this for additional companies if they don't want to see the site drained after a few short months.
Makes finding the right person to contact that much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of ZoomInfo is having access to mobile phone numbers. I like being able to submit updates to ZoomInfo so that items that are incorrect can be fixed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of ZoomInfo is when the information that's found is outdated and the person hasn't been at that company for years. I also dislike when you're using the Intent feature but have to seek out the person that was looking for the information you're trying to connect with. It's sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack and is not helpful at all and when you do make contact with someone, they have no idea what you're talking about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping to save time and allowing me to contact more customers each day. I have realized the benefit of being able to contact the right person much more quickly by having direct phone #'s for them.

I like how focused they are on the salesperson persona and our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting bulk contacts from different accounts into a sales cadence could be polished up a little bit.

Builiding pipeline through getting the necessary data and insights.
Beneficial for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The scoops with industry/company specific news! I also like that the technologies used and the contact score reports are available to use. My other favorite feature is seeing the direct reports in the Org Chart section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the smaller companies don't have any or valid contacts. I also don't like when they have listed 2 or 3 different ERGs, or CRMs because that the validity of the technolgoies listed is uncertain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many of our old contacts were invalid and we often didn't know what technologies companies were using. Zoominfo helps to solve the industry/company research that is so beneficial to prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very versatile from just looking up contacts to having detailed scoop information on a company or person. I am thoroughly impressed by the features. You can get so much information just by visiting a website. The level of detail on the contacts in the program is amazing as well. It has made contacting potential clients so much easier especially with a lack of companies being on site. It isn't just Zoominfo you have access to, but also a host of products including Chrome add-ins and Engage which is an email marketing tool designed to cut down the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training and set up is a little clunky. The customer service and IT team do a lot to help out though. So even though the process can seem a bit slow, they work through it with you in real-time. My questions have been answered amazingly fast. There are a lot of resources online as well that can help with issues. Overall, our seasoned sales staff is getting up and running well with this tool and that speaks to the ease of use for the product. Once we have gotten past some of the setup issues, they have been using the tool a lot to find those decision-makers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping our sales team connect with the right people at the right companies. It goes beyond just finding a company to giving you the decision-maker to speak with. During this interesting season in business, finding new clients can be challenging. With less and less information shared on company websites for contacting a real person, a tool like this that gives you all the contact mediums (phone, email, direct dial, cell phone) is priceless. This is a great tool to be used by salespeople that might need some help finding those clients who are not presently working from an office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and see what a difference it might make for your organization. The free trials are well worth the time to see what information is available as well as being constantly updated.

Zoom is a very easy product to use and one can find that it is very easy to find the information we might need. Anyone with no demo can also use the product, which is a great attribute in the product. Especially, after reviewing multiple products in the market, users will notice that it is a great source of information for the sales team. People should also consider using Scoops part in the product which is a great feature if you are looking for specific market intelligence in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the product one may find that the data is either sometimes pretty old or even the data is wrong. This especially happens when we are looking at the software products the company uses. The revenue and other data is also sometimes incorrect which creates confusion sometimes. The company needs to work on better intelligence when it comes to revenue and Information Technology products the company uses. As wrong data leads to not insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping us solve a bunch of issues like helping us with finding C+ level people in companies, finding their revenues, IT spend, Software spend and everything related to that. We then check market intelligence via their Scoops feature. Which is a great help to help us research for our meetings.
