Great investment to support your sales/marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to learn & navigate (Zoominfo has a set of easy-to-watch video tutorials to get you started with their platform + onboarding 1-on-1 calls);
- Simple & intuitive UI;
- Diverse filter options to craft your target lists;
- Great database on US-based companies;
- Open API meaning its relatively easy to integrate Zoominfo to a custom data environment or to a CRM platform like Salesforce;
- Great out of the box field mapping options for Salesforce integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some of the companies (mostly small-to- mid size) need to be updated with new leads, financial info and contact info;
- Their database on EU-based companies (small-to- mid size) needs to be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Option to lead generate by crafting "cold" target lists or "warm/hot" target lists that are based on Scoops info;
- Easy to connect to a CRM system which reduces the time that your sales/marketing people waste on creating new records;
- Preforming quick researches on target companies or using the platform to identify them.

Find Contacts quickly!
What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM Info allows me to search a contact quickly. I am able to identify if there still work at an organization as well as title and accurate contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will not save my log in info and that is frustrating and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is prospecting and ZoomInfo allows me to work quickly and efficiently at adding new contacts to Sales Force.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very helpful for us to establish strong bonding between business to business and business to customer type relationships. It has reduced the obstacles that were creating problems in the way of marketing of my product. I was very much confused to target the right platform and it was very difficult to find the authentic information as well. But ZoomInfo has helped me a lot in finding the right platform that could benefit me not only in sales but also the links it provides me, proved out to be helpful in my marketing campaigns as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software does not work so fast and takes time to display the entire contact list or report and I have to restart the software as well. Further it do not extract the information form certain apps like linkedIn, this is a gap as it pushes us to find more reliable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has influenced the productivity of my organization and it is very user-friendly tool. With no complications about the installation as well as integrations and configurations, I am satisfies from its quality services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is suitable for the newly establish business set ups and for the medium size business. I think this software could be improved more. But it is very reasonable in price and it would help you in targeting some main bodies which will prove fruitful for you in future. So I will suggest you all to use it.

overall the contacts in specific agencies are a bit outdated

i am finding phone numbers that werent available on other platforms. i can consolidate and create custom lists as generic or specific as i want

The platform is constantly refreshing the information and providing insight into what accounts we should focus on

The dashboard doesn't let you customize the territory. Also I would like to see all lists combined.

some time they give only company URL and phone number knw persona contact info is given which i dnt like in zoominfo

the most main benefit in zoom info i can eassily fatch company as well as empliyee infomation in search bar.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate and updated the information is. It precise and gets me to contacts fast and more efficiently with confidence
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of other tabs I dont use but probably should watch a tutorial. It's a hefty platform that you can get a lot out of if you know how to use it well and correctly to search the right contacts.

Doesn't always have all the prospects info so you have to search other places that is time-consuming and sometimes frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
Industry's largest database for contacts discovery, one of highest numbers of Mobile and Emails available. The Platform is very easy to use and the best part is the Preview file, which is not provided by any competitors of Zoominfo, It helps a lot. As our organization work only on the USA database, So highly recommended for the USA market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to work on More than $100M revenue size company, as Large Industry database size is low, as compared to SME database. Also, SCOOPS are not that much genuine as Zoominfo claim that it is Source by some of their internal contact from the organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with Best and most accurate database in the market, which love by every sales professional. The Intent is also so accurate which helps us in Targeting Leads perfectly. And the best part, they keep updating important contacts time to time, which help us a lot.

Zoom Mobile connectivity integration questions regarding our CRM, all options were clearly explained to me quickly and clearly.

Gets you the contact names, numbers and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the info is not as updated as it seems. I'm not sure how often info is refreshed but it would be nice to stated such on the header of their site.

Being able to get the right folks for the most part. The benefits is it saves me time in my day.
