We are using for Marketing and sales out reach. We still in the proepecting phase so no end results related to closed sales yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding contacts mobile phone numbers. It is especially helpful to have these numbers during covid because desk phones don't get picked up as often.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of the phone numbers. Sometimes I will call a phone and it is a home phone or a spouses phone. Not a great conversation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to find contact info - search for company size, create and import lists of specific companies based on specific parameters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you set up the integration correctly for mobile numbers because if they don't map you'll have to manually copy and past

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and consistency and user friendly interface when switching to different filters. Utilizing the scoops and exporting them are really simple. ZoomInfo also has a huge database of companies and contacts which helps in contact discovery and growth in the contact database. Being in a sales role, I have used many tools similar to ZoomInfo, but none are as accurate and detailed as ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the AI feature for related contacts. It seems to not be consistent or pulling correct people within the account to target per scoops. Ranking also is a little off with the AI. If that feature was fixed to better give insight to who in the account would be pulling this data would be more helpful. Not a big fan of the credit model that you can use up your allotment of credits pretty easily if you are a startup company trying to fill your database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasting a lot of time to see if accounts I had were in Salesforce and upload correct contacts. The ability to select and filter roles and export them into the database saves multiple hours on manual work. It gives the ability for sales representatives to run campaigns and lead/contact hunt on their own. With scoops it also gives direction on where to start inside of an account with good information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through a detailed demo when evaluating the tool and compare it to current tool, processes and employee time when doing outbound prospecting. From there look at ease of implementation and exporting data based upon if this is being used in an inbound or outbound role.
ZoomInfo's training session was incredibly helpful in learning how to navigate the platform.

I wish there was more time to go over scoops.

I am using ZoomInfo to research prospects and compile results in an easy to use chart.
Filtering Quality Data to Reach Decision Makers
What do you like best about the product?
Other than the obvious of getting contact information of people I want to speak with and do business with, the support team whether I need to call Dani Bushmaker or Olivia Nicholas is amazing! I am still trying to navigate and figure some things out but their university and videos are also very helpful and when I need to email a question to a support team member they are very prompt in responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not automatically remove credits from your account of emails that bounce back when I have my accuracy level set the highest. There are two separate platforms so toggling back between Zoominfo and Zoom Engage is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been very successful in connecting with decision-makers using the various filters offered. It is nice to drill down and have it tailored to my needs-based project by project.
The marketing improvements are noticeable !!

Through this platform, our team has managed to improve marketing operations, drawing on the potential cloud-based tools offered by this software, especially for database administration, assigning tasks to our staff, and optimization of workflow processes. It provides an accurate, 360-degree view of leads and various opportunities. We collect consumer data including names, jobs, emails, and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We started using Salesforce as a ZoomInfo plugin, since it allowed its integration, however, we opted for other strategies since we cannot easily synchronize the data between these, therefore, noting that the synchronization does not take place in the background, we designate this task to a working staff, always thinking about our productivity and making use of all the functionalities that this software offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generate potential clients by accessing their data without the need to process it, allowing us to capture and evaluate them through a proactive digital relationship. Your veracity in the information you provide is key for our sales department to prospect and have a good relationship with buyers. We increased our contact database by a large percentage, we discovered new companies and individual consumers, segmenting them in different ways to enrich our database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful opportunity for companies of any size to be able to access thousands of contacts, even to reach people all over the world, who without the functionalities offered by this software would not be so easy to achieve. It is an advantage with which you can easily expand the business, being more likely to attract key potential customers. Its interface is easy to adapt and navigate, it has its open API, allowing it to be integrated into your business preference CRM.

Extremely helpful tool that I use daily
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag accounts and contacts in different fashions really lets me customize my views around my business. And the Intent Scores allow me to understand more efficiently where opportunities/challenges within my prospects may exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accuracy of data can be a little light at times.

I am identifying needs that exist in the market that I would otherwise be unaware of.
The powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
They have the most amount of data. Most mobile numbers, most emails, and crazy amount of org chart data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really slow. When you find a prospect on LinkedIn, you better pray that contact exists inside Zoominfo's database somewhere or else you are not going to have fun importing that person into your CRM and SEP. Though Zoominfo is changing that by making updates to their ReachOut extension. Hopefully those updates will be live soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving a huge problem. Sourcing your own contact data is a monumentally tough task and you are leaving money on the table by doing it yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You pretty much don't have a choice. If you need data, you need ZoomInfo. However. You may also want to get a supplemental data provider to cover the bases that Zoominfo misses. For example, I have seen many companies use Zoominfo and LeadIQ in tandem.
