Amazing Sales Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and find accounts. I can also set up alerts for specific targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't bulk-select prospects or filter the view to see more than 25 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding ICP leads
Easy way to consistency access accurate data
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of ZoomInfo SalesOS is easy to follow; I picked it up after about 10 minutes. It's easy to find a company within my ICP, find my key stakeholder within that company, and then see their contact information to follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
For micro-cap companies, I find that sometimes, only a couple of employees are listed on ZoomInfo, if any. So this lack of data is a bit frustrating. But this isn't the case for most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, I am using ZoomInfo to find the contact I need at a company within my ICP and then quickly find contact information for that person. It's saving me time and energy.

Zoominfo is the launchpad for effective networking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of anything, honestly. Customer service has always been responsive to our needs.

Connecting with the correct people, in an efficient manner.
Making Lead Gen Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach the right point of contact within a company instead of calling the generic office number/gatekeeper. Keeping our CRM info accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. We use Sales Pro+ and it meets all of our needs. there are certain times when information is missing but any time this happens we do notify zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes to reach the correct point of contact when doing cold calls. Instead of calling the office or company number calling the right point of contact directly saves a lot of time and makes the process more effective.

Zi really has the best contact data. Additionally the website has fantastic UX, very simple and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
ZI chrome extension can be buggy - sometimes have to close out screen and then it works after doing that

In order to prospect cold accounts, you need a way to reach out to them... Without ZI I cant do that
Zoominfo is fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
I often have old salesforce clients that I get the undeliverable email back, so then I use zoominfo and find out who replaced them and reach out. It is a great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I like it all, I like it all! Nothing is perfect, but this is pretty darn close and you get so much information and emails and phone numbers. This is great!

Linkedin Sales navigator does not give you the persons email and phone and all that. Zoominfo is an easy way to access all I need and it solves so many problems for me!

Zoom info helps me close out new business by providing accurate information and phone numbers. I love this thing!

There is nothing to dislike about this program.

The going back feature doesn't take you back to the previous page but to all the previous contacta

Couldn't do my job without this
What do you like best about the product?
The information in ZoomInfo is valuable and helps me contact the correct prospects. I genuinely would not be able to do my job without the help of this platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to log in on average five times per day from various different spots where I use ZoomInfo. It would be a lot better if I didn't have to do this and if the 'Remember Me' button worked.

ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the problem of finding people's information. I can connect with people through LinkedIn, but sometimes nothing is as good as a phone call or a personalized email.
Fantastic enriching tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is fantastic for performing Sales outreach. Prospect meetings skyrocketed once we started using this solution in our daily workflows. Something I could never go back from using!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes be a bit buggy, specifically the Google Chrome extension. Sometimes, it will fail to load or you have to refresh the website a few times. However, I will say they are always quick to fix problems like this.

Being able to enrich sales and marketing outreach with more prospect information. This makes it easy to perform outreach and ultimately, get new sales into the pipeline
