What do you like best about the product?
It massively reduces redundant time on account planning and looking for basic contact info of your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not a lot to dislike. The integration is sometimes clunky but this is as likely to do with the destination than ZI itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massively reduces time needed to find accurate prospect contact info, gives a good idea of market size from a contact perspective very quickly.

The Best Business Development Tool I've Used

What do you like best about the product?
At first, I loved the ability to find virtually anyone I wanted to. This allowed me to be very targeted in my sales efforts. As my aptitude has grown, I have found Intent to be incredibly valuable. By looking at who in our market is shopping for our solutions, we're able to reach out in a very timely way. We converted one Intent lead into $500k plus in four weeks.

Today, Advanced Search is my best friend, allowing me to identify prospect companies that fit our profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike, to be honest. Occasionally, I come across one of the following that can be frustrating: lack of an organization chart for a particular company or department (honestly, the org charts are one of the weaknesses of the platform), lack of information on smaller companies, and a rare mis-fire where the profile is just wrong. This last instance is, like I said, very rare, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefits, in my opinion, are (a) allowing my sales team to be very targeted in who they pursue and, (b) identifying which prospective customers are demonstrating buying behavior for our products. I am a big believer in highly focused sales efforts--marketing to a body of one--over big campaigns, because in my experience the ROI is higher. ZoomInfo is how we become so focused on The Buyer.

What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of the information compared to other sites I have used

I wish there was a quicker option to remove results from searches with having to add them to a Boolean (EG NOT company X)

Zoominfo provides contact info quickly and as I say relaibly

What do you like best about the product?
I love the pop-out tool. It allows me to quickly find information on a prospect during a web search.
What do you dislike about the product?
On-boarding was not as fast and easy as I would like, but the information I needed was available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find prospects that fit my search criteria and receive detailed contact information in just a few minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact information and many helpful features beyond that

Workflows do not always "work". Have to spend time with support on this, and even then there sometimes are no solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is our main source for our entire contact database. Without it, I don't know where we would be.

I don't like how it doesn't show all organizations. you may need to add smaller businesses

It is solving transparency. I can see a company's revenue which helps me scope better

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access is a massive factor for me to use ZoomInfo Sales OS. I can reach out to the crucial information that I need to reach out to the right person which saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts I reach out to are no longer working there or have a different title than what is in ZoomInfo. So updating the information regularly would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the intents of the customers so that I can proactively reach out to them. I would have answered most of the questions when I reached out, thanks to the Intent Feature.

Tags give me a quick way to organize and mark lists of top prospects

The data is set and cannot be edited by the user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Zoominfo solves for me is putting time back in my day to prospect versus spending most of my time looking for the correct data before I can make outreach.
