What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo powered by DiscoverOrg is an absolute must for my daily sales prospecting activities. ZoomInfo powered by DiscoverOrg helps me to quickly add additional prospects to target including their direct contact info. It also gives valuable insight into company Org charts, technology stacks, company news, and more. This tool is an absolute must-have in my daily arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally employee information is not up-to-date (i.e. an employee has moved on from a company a year prior but is still listed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly access company and direct contact info for key prospects saving me valuable time having to search out that info elsewhere.
Robust Lead Generation with Industry Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The technology insights on the company level help to generate lead lists for SaaS companies to target new prospects with technology integrations and partnerships. Additionally, the contact accuracy score helps to eliminate doubt in lead/prospecting accuracy. The ability to set up Industry/Company specific scoops help SDRs and AEs prospect efficiently with relevant content.
The ZoomInfo Google Chrome extension makes for quick view prospecting which helps users be more productive. While prospecting on sites such as LinkedIn, the extension gives contact details as listed within the ZoomInfo platform. Additionally, the reverse works for company websites. The other added addition of the Chrome extension is allowing users to see if a contact/company is already in the CRM and who the record owner is within the CRM.

There is some outdated contact and company information living within the platform, however the new accuracy score helps to sort through data quality.
The platform is expensive and some AI features require a larger subscription package. This can be difficult for smaller companies to budget for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead list generation for specific company initiatives, as well as enhancing current CRM data to ensure that data quality is as accurate as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really understand the AI insight capabilities that the new ZoomInfo platform offers such as Form Complete, Scoops, and data enhancement. Additionally, understand how often data is updated and what the criteria is for "accurate data". The new accuracy score within ZoomInfo makes this very easy to track and monitor. Take into account the ease of navigation throughout the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a value for both our sales and marketing organizations. We leverage the database to complete more of the demographic and firmographic information that can be missed through self-research or inbound form fills. When accurate, ZoomInfo helps us to better qualify leads and score based on demographics data. Having a reliable solution to update and maintain our database (CRM) and improve data accuracy is very valuable in a b2b setting. Having reliable contact data for our outbound team is also helpful and opens up more engagement channels from prospect through renewal.
What do you dislike about the product?
A key part of any solution (and the adoption of that tool) is trust. If there is one major aspect of the solution that needs help, it is data accuracy. My team constantly has to use Linkedin to confirm or update data that ZoomInfo enriched with unfortunately inaccurate data. This causes operational inefficiencies, delays, and team members eventually not trusting data.

ZoomInfo is a great tool. I recommend it as it seems to have the most data out there... But the accuracy is still a big issue.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a big game changer because I can get information from a contact and it starts the first line of communication. It is super easy to use and it's user friendly once you get used to the interface. It's extremely easy to look up a name, company, and what the user role is to find the right contact for the companies I am looking at.
I also like how easy it is to transfer contacts to Salesforce so it can automatically upload cells and emails without me manually doing it for each person. It saves a ton of time and it only takes minutes once you learn how to actually do it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it makes me sign in every time I go on. I always forget and it signs me off every single time so I have to log in again everyday. Sometimes it won't allow me to sign in at all if I don't wait a couple of minutes
I also don't like how it doesn't have a ton of information for small companies. I work with companies that have less than 1000 people and it's hard to find numbers on these accounts because they aren't on ZoomInfo or they aren't updated. Sometimes when someone has been at a company for more than a year, ZoomInfo doesn't have their information and it is difficult to try to look for it myself since these companies are small start ups.

We are getting numbers and emails for businesses and engineers who never knew about our product and that initial phone call gets the conversation started about performance monitoring to make their lives easier.
Not only we are helping our prospects, but it has also improved the business here at where I work because before we didn't have a software that helped us look for numbers and now we have ZoomInfo and it helps us get in contact with the people we need.

Get it! This will make prospecting and finding new customers so much easier. It has definitely changed the way I work. I think that there are some improvements that can be made but overall it's such an easy to use tool and I know it's helped my team/company a bunch.

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect for leads sourcing, and able to export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export more leads at once, maybe that can be worked on to save time.

Overall, ZoomInfo is a great tool to quickly & easily look up contact info of an individual.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to build lists easily and accurately. Its very easy to use and the layout works well. There are a lot of companies listed, and most times I can find who I'm looking for. I've told many people about this software, and I think its great that you can get someones mobile phone number very easily. Also most the time the email address is accurate as well. Another benefit is the org charts and the way to search which IT software/hardware they use. This helps when having a conversation with the individual, and referencing what they have and how we can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not accurate, which is why I cross reference with Linkedln. I also submitted that someone wasnt working at the organization, and they actually passed away, but I don't believe it was ever removed from the company listing. This can be embarrassing as I'm calling someone who has passed away, and also asking for them. I've noticed that Zoom sometimes assumes that an email follows the same structure as other emails in the company, but some of the C-Level contacts, typically have an email address that is unique, and different from the standard email address others have in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with the individual instead of the gate keeper. Being able to get in direct contact with the individual instead of the gate keeper, save me a lot of time and hassle. Another great feature is the ability to create accurate/organized target lists.

I like that the platform gives you direct dials and email addresses which are pretty accurate.

ZoomInfo helps me to see an organizations hierarchy which helps me understand where decisions are being made. I can see where the decision makers are. I have realized the benefit in the time I save in doing research.
