Great tool for business development
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great tool for helping our sales professionals with their business development activities. The triggers are extremely helpful and keep the teams abreast of new information occurring at their assigned clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some accounts where I wish the tool had more info and potentially full organization charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding phone numbers including cell phone numbers is extremely beneficial during today's environment. ZoomInfo does have a lot of cell numbers in the system which enables our sales team to connect with more prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool. Use the triggers and all the functionality. Conduct training with the ZoomInfo representative to learn about all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
The data quality is one of the best in the Industry. The platform is extremely userfriendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features like intent and websights come knly with premium packages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting the right person at the right organization is Key. ZI is able to streamline that very well by narrowing down and giving extremely curated results increasing our rate of conversion tremendously.

Intent data and chrome extension are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times the mobile number is wrong and it never seems to be updated when I suggest contact update. Also people have gotten mad and claimed that they are on a federal do not call list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the org chart of a company and the chain of command has been a great benefit.

Ease of use and sending links and meeting invites. Share screen functionality. the training available on line and live ZoomInfo training.

Hard to find a dislike in service. my only issue is the 40 min time out on a basic account. having to reconnect after the time limit can be frustrating.
Might find a better way to layer the different levels of service or increase the Basic time limit to 1 hour.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to obtain contact details for Sales prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing information and searches that do not accurately reflect he person or firm for which I am looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prefer direct, person-to-person contact. The ability to phone a prospect directly is extremely valuable.

The organization it allows the user is key. Being able to filter through companies and contacts by the quality of the data saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my particular industry for biotechs there is not as much data for contacts. While there is a good amount of company records, I would love to see ZoomINFO move more into this industry to provide better coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of time management by using zoomInfo, collecting the data of our customers is much more accessible now that we can also easily export into hubspot with one click.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and how it cuts through results to the one you need quickly. The phone numbers are great, so are the emails. Zoom Info makes finding new contacts and their information seamless and fast. It is also nice being able to have their social links right at the tips of your fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be old or incorrect. I sometimes find people who left the company over 6 months ago. The data can also be incomplete sometimes and I wish there were more contacts to be able to contact. I also wish i could stay signed in longer. I have to resign in a few times a day but that could also be related to my multi factor auth at my company. The browser plug in for zoom info can also be slightly dysfunctional. I have to log in on each page I go to which can lose a lot of time, especially when prospecting for long periods of time which I do frequently since I am a sales dev. rep. and my job is to consistently find new contacts to reach out to to see if there is any interest in learning more about my product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting updated contact information is paramount. Our CRM data can sometimes be outdated and getting new data from zoom info is very helpful. I also like being able to export large amounts of data quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows you to search for professional contacts and its a great platform for data analytics companies. You can generate leads from the platform and filter data according to your specifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate information and sometimes the information is not updated.The platform has some country restrictions which makes it difficult to use outside the United States. You would require an extension of the browser or vpn to bypass the restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more contacts and its great platform to prospect for new clients. It is easy to export data to other software.

It is a very good software for data analytics.
