Get good leads
What do you like best about the product?
It help me gather information from the leads that I need and get insights for prospect more people, the accuracy is good.

It doesn't has, all that I need I have on it.

It helps me to get lead information easily

What do you like best about the product?
I find the accesibility to contact cards and employee history most beneficial. These pieces are extremely useful when reaching out to prospects. It's especially nice to have access to direct lines/emails as opposed to the general contact card alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of ZoomInfo that could use improvements is the frequent updates. I've noticed that in some cases, contact cards aren't updated as frequently as they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has drastically improved my sales process. ZoomInfo simplifies the prospecting process by doing all the dirty work for you. I guarantee it will improve your sales numbers significantly.

Most of the numbers are not reachable, it will be great if the numbers are correct

What do you like best about the product?
I think that ZoomInfo's user-friendly system, is one of it's best features, alongside all the other tools it offers, like the Chrome extension which I basically use on a daily basis
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have an option where I could go and look for specific leads divided into different categories, I mean I would like it if there was like some sort of folder with all companies from that sector, instead of me going in an trying to look for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to find contact information for leads that are passed onto me and I have zero point of contacts, this has given me the chance to make more sales
Best tool on the market to help prospect
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is spectacular. Most data I come across when prospecting is accurate and the UI is very easy to use. Zoominfo SalesOS has undoubtedly amplified my sales career.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes. Sometimes data is outdated but not regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helps me because I don't have to waste time searching for accurate data. Intent data on the platform also allows us to really pinpoint where we should be putting our attention.

So far, there hasn't been any dislikes from my side. However, I would like to see more Direct numbers for contacts would make it easier. Easy to navigate

Prospecting and finding the best contacts to reach out to. Having the ability to send out multiple emails at a time to different prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate and complete information, easy to find contact names and numbers, ability to create lists to call from. This takes the guesswork out of prospecting and finding the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive solution for a small organization. Would like to see it come down in price for smaller enterprises. The product itself is great. We don't use the intent data, so if there were a package that just provides the company info and good customer contact info, that would be sufficient for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of businesses we call on and many of the contacts we have are inaccurate or incomplete. Zoominfo helps us find those contacts and we are able to make headway with the right people.

Easy export to Outreach and the fact that I can add it to specific sequences

Logging in may be a bit of a hassle. Avoid opening multiple tabs

Targetting very specific Job Titles and having an easy access to company insights and details

The Intents feature is amazing, being able to see companies looking at certain topics that your business might have solutions in. And then all those accounts have rich data sets; employees, financial data, technology used etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Is a very large platform so can be really clunky sometimes. Unresponsive at times, slow to load certain features. Login issues now and then. Otherwise pretty good

Helps me gather data on accounts. Data like what the account is researching lately, and emails of prospects at the company. All super helpful data for when I need to reach out to prospects
