Consistent and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, and is a must-have for the modern tech stack. We use ZI everyday at my current organization where I lead sales development, and I've never been at an org that didn't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really - every time a competitor comes along, ZI adjusts accordingly and adds new functionality. With the size of their org and with all of the acquisitions they've made, they seem to have a solution for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the primary tool we use to pull in accurate contact data into our crm. We are starting to dabble in the intent data as well, so I'm excited to see what that has in store. Simply put we need to be able to contact people - ZI has the info we need to contact them at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility is amazing. You can easily find whatever prospects you may be looking for down to the software that their organizations are using. All in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing that I dislike that may be difficult. Probably the complexity in uploading lists, the process could be easier but it's "fine" I don't mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving the gap between people that work in sales & their prospects. It saves time & definitely drives motive for conversation to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
We originally began using ZoomInfo to increase our contact lists but were pleasantly surprised with all the additional features that allow us to narrow down our search for companies that are generally interested in our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading contact lists, I wish there were more filters. We often get 15 different contacts from a single company which is frustrating as we would prefer to only have about 5 per company. I also wish there was a way to remove contacts and companies already in our system in a streamlined way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its providing us with reliable contacts to add to our email campaign lists

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to gain visibility into my customer environment via technology stacks and contacts that, prior to having ZoomInfo, I would have had to do manually. Saving me countless hours of redundant researching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of ZoomInfo is from time to time, there is incorrect data. If ZoomInfo could integrate with Outreach to have contacts imported faster and not always have to import to SFDC first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time spent on locating the contacts I need. The benefit I have realized is having a clear picture of what my customer environment contains. My business performance has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about it is finding out the company's ARR as well as being able to source phone numbers and Linkedins from the data base.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is sometimes the phone numbers are inaccurate

Its solving the problem of not being able to build pipeline exclusively from linkedin.

it is solving the idea of cold calls are hard, it allows us to really get info to make calls warmer

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info SalesOS is extremely helpful in finding essential details about leads and potential clients. SalesOS saves me valuable time in my daily schedule, not having to scour social media for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about SalesOS is that Listmatch isn't very user-friendly, in my opinion. The value fields in ListMatch are not explained very clearly, so the user knows what to fill in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving the problem of data mining and lead generation for sales professionals. This program provides all of the data mining tools that a salesperson needs in a single platform.

Dynamic Change to Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS and ZoomInfo has allowed our organization to drastically change the way we prospect. We can now intentionally and surgically find the right prospect, with accurate and current information, at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend to anyone using ZoomInfo to take advantage of the ZoomInfo University and all of the training available so that you can really layer the information available into a much more powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we implemented the SalesOS platform, we were, like most companies, "hunting and pecking" for prospect information. SalesOS has narrowed that time spent on prospecting that now can be spent on Campaigning.

Cohesive Sales Platform for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing amount of information, beats out most of it's competitors for accuracy and numbers. Extremely intuitive and being built into Chrome through the extension allows for great user experience. Simply click the button and the prospect on your screen pops out with their details, can't get any easier than that. Ability to create custom lists and subscribe to certain queries/searches is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be inaccurate/outdated, but as I said above, still ahead of competitors. It's hard to recommend how this could be improved but I'm sure incremental improvements to the algorithm and functions will get to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contact details for prospects has always been one of the most difficult areas of sales. Have worked in many sales roles previously that do not have ZoomInfo and the difference it makes to saving time and actually getting in contact with the people you want to speak to is enormous.

What do you like best about the product?
Many features are used by my team, used as a simple single company search providing valuable information, used as a single company list creation compiling a list of IT contacts, also used as a wide Metro area search to creat large call list for multiple companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with the tool timing out on me and since I am in the tool all day off and on having to login-in multiple time. That matter has been resolved once I found the setting to stay logged in 8 hrs a day. Some times the site count is off but for the most part pretty accurate and a good base to go off of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge is generating a sales pipeline this tool allows all users in the company to generate an account list that they can pursue. Since I have trained the outside reps on using the tool they have generated their own lists and increased the pipeline,
