What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can find all the prospect's information with just a few clicks.

Some numbers are wrong but for the most part it is the right information.

It solves the problem of tracking down prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of ZoomInfo is the ability to search through a company's contacts with ease. I'm able to find exactly who I need in a specific department in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into issues with ZoomInfo and SalesForce not integrating correctly. I find myself restarting my browser or clearing my cache more times than not to try to troubleshoot on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each time I have an issue, it appears that it is already being resolved and sorted out. It is usually fixed within a few hours, if not immediately.
Quality Database. Easy to Use + Export. Accurate Contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy ZI is to use, how seamlessly contacts export and how you can select what information you'd like to include in your export. The data provided for contacts is accurate and abundant. Busines and personal emails, phones, cell phones, HQ phone, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found several solar manufacturing and specialty chemical companies that do not appear in the ZI database. We often find no company or contacts listed. Would be great to see more solar and specialty chemical companies under $5 or 10 million.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZI to find leads at companies when contacts move on or are no longer reachable. It's been top-notch for finding the locations/branches/facilities available at larger companies. Being able to access contacts at all the branches of a facility really fits well with how our sales team operates.

Sometimes we get high bounce rates from the emails we pull from zoominfo

Lead generation in the biotech and pharma space, also providing direct phones for cold calling
Powerful database
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most accurate contacts of any other similar database. It is very user-friendly and easy to use, with up-to-date information available. It shows that there are humans behind all this data which is (at least for me) quite important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, no dislikes. The thing is easy to use, accurate and support is excellent. It all depends on your internet speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing the work of a cold contact, and ZoomInfo gives me accurate references. Once I send out a cold mail I follow up with a call, and contact accuracy is my primary thing.

Helps me find contact info and keeps me up to date on recent activities

ZoomInfo allows me to find the right contacts quickly. It minimizes my back and forth between different sites trying to find the right person to reach out to and their contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts are usually right, however I've run into a few that have been stale. There is a way to share when you find incorrect information so ZoomInfo keeps getting better, so that helps, but overall I've found the info. to be pretty reliable.

ZoomInfo helps me find contacts quickly, allowing me to spend less time researching and more time focused on outbound activity.
Zoominfo and Engage gets us the right contact quickly and it is easy to use. It helps us grow.

Zoominfo Sales is very helpful in getting us in touch with the right contacts very quickly for business opportunities. It's very user friendly and it gives us good results as far as growing our business. I am impressed by the whole platform.

The downside would only be having expired contact information at times.

Zoom SalesOS gets us to the right decision maker most of the time and it gets us business opportunities fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the accesibility to contact cards and employee history most beneficial. These pieces are extremely useful when reaching out to prospects. It's especially nice to have access to direct lines/emails as opposed to the general contact card alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of ZoomInfo that could use improvements is the frequent updates. I've noticed that in some cases, contact cards aren't updated as frequently as they should be.

ZoomInfo has drastically improved my sales process. ZoomInfo simplifies the prospecting process by doing all the dirty work for you. I guarantee it will improve your sales numbers significantly.
